The Indigo at Bartlett has a beautiful courtyard, it has a country-like feeling. Our families enjoy the large secure courtyard. Our Chief cooks up such colorful and tasteful food using nature ingredients. Our care staff treats our resident as their own family member. Granted there has been a lot of changes, our care staff have remain diligent with caring for the residents.

Just wanted the community to know about the exceptional care that my aunt received at Chapters Living. If I had a concern it was addressed immediately. The staff was kind and courteous. Including the greeting I received when I walked in. The other thing that I appreciated was, the supportive staff were out and about in the community. Such as dietary, marketing and activity support. The Indigo is beautiful, I walked in and it felt homey and their huge courtyard was beautiful with walking paths for resident to navigate freely and safely. It has a country-like feeling. The staff is welcoming and friendly.

Artis of Bartlett has given myself and my family peace of mind. No one ever wants to have to move a parent out of their home; their comfort zone and I for one always said I would keep my mom in her home as long as I could. I had brought in a care giver at one point, at first just a couple days and eventually moved up to 4-5 days a week. Unfortunately, my mom had a fall and ended up in rehab and from there it was realized she needed 24/7 care. It was a tough decision, and I didn’t have allot of time to decide but wanted someplace close to my home so I could visit often and when taking my mom out, she would be familiar with her surroundings. I visited 3 places in a weeks’ time and looked into others on the internet and by phone. Artis of Bartlett was my # choice because it felt so much like being in a home for the residents. The kitchen, the family room right off the hallway of the residents’ rooms, all provided a sense of being at home. The rooms are big enough but not too big. We were able to bring mom’s favorite chair as well as allot of nick knacks and memorable items to make her room feel like home. What I was looking for was a “Home” like environment and not a “Hospital” like environment. This is what Artis brings to the table – HOME. My mom has been at Artis since Middle of August 2022, it has taken until now for her to realize that Artis is now her home and where she is living. It has not been an easy adjustment for her or for us and knew it would take time. The team at Artis has helped contribute to this adjustment and made the change for ALL of us much easier. I would highly recommend Artis of Bartlett to any family looking for a place for their loved one. It is a tough decision, but Artis made that decision so much easier for myself and my family.

Gina Konkler Artis was such a blessing to our family at a very difficult time with our Father. My sister and I walked in to inquire for our Father at a very stressful time and Cheryl and her staff made us feel like they really cared individually for each person. We immediately knew this was going to be Dads new home. The staff treated Dad like family from day one. The place was very clean and always welcoming. Dad's final days were spent there and we couldn't ask for a better place. I highly recommend Artis of Bartlett if you’re looking for a place for your loved one.

One of the most difficult decisions I’ve ever made was to have to place my mother/best friend in memory care. We visited many facilities and once I visited Artis of Bartlett, in my mind nothing else else would do. I cannot describe the eventual relief due to the level of care AND love she received there. The staff was OnTop of every issue and change in her condition. If there was even a small issue that I had, something a family member would notice, it was immediately addressed and corrected. My opinions and thoughts mattered. In her eventual decline she was always treated with grace and love. She was cleaned and hugged and talked to and brought to social gatherings. The staff and other residents became part of her new family. Her new home not just a place to be. I was always welcome there as well. When she passed this summer. I was inundated with phone calls of concern. My grief was theirs and I consoled as much as they consoled me. Artis Senior living was a blessing for our family and I will always treasure that I was able to enjoy my mother knowing she was safe. I will always be grateful.

Artis Senior Living in Bartlett has wonderful and caring staff. During my Mother-in-law’s 2 years at Artis they were attentive and answered all of our questions and kept the family informed of any changes needed for her care. They were considerate of any and all of our family questions. We viewed several local memory care facilities but new from our first contact and visit this was the place! My wife has been living at Artis since April 2022 and I am extremely pleased with everything the staff and management have done to make her comfortable and feel like part of the community. They are attentive to her needs and mine, and I am always welcome to come and visit her, which I do on almost a daily basis. It is a great comfort to know she is being well cared for during her difficult time. Job well done.

Our mom and our family feel like this is the next best place to home, not only because of the home-like atmosphere but also because of the community of residents and the level of care she receives. We sleep at night knowing she is not in an institution but rather a facility that is most like home with new friends she has made. Once we get around COVID19 and establish a new normal, a life made of new memories awaits our mom and family. This place a gift to our mom and her girls.

My grandpa is currently living at Artis Memory care and I cannot say enough good things about all of their staff members or the facility. During COVID, they have taken every precaution there is and follow it very seriously. While doing so, they also make sure that their community members are still being taken care of without reservations and that they are socializing (socially distanced of course) as well as partaking in activities. My family receives updates often about my grandfather and no one is ever too busy to talk to any of us about how hes doing when we call randomly and are always willing to get us on the phone with my grandpa right away as well set up zoom calls in a timely manner so that we can see him. He had a rough few nights when he first got there, but everyone reassured my family that they were making sure that he was feeling okay before they ever left his room and always make sure to spend time with him. This staff is attentive and as caring as you could hope for a memory care staff to be and then some. They help set his room up and decorated it for our family as we werent able to ourselves due to COVID and they all welcomed him in the front when he first moved in (even the maintenance man who made a personal connection with my grandpa about the days when he use to build things himself, which showed they got to know him before he even arrived). I dont have a single bad thing to say about this memory care or their staff!

Helping my friend find placement for her Mother, I ran into the marketing lady named Jan and she was SO friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about all avenues of senior care as well! Definitely impressed! This place is in our top 3! Have a great selection of activities for her to choose from! We want her more involved with other people- so we are glad to see they have fun!

My sisters and I feel so grateful that our mom gets to be in this facility in this season of her life. She not only has her physical needs met but their staff is attentive, loving and caring. It has a warm feeling of home, a clean and well maintained facility. The residents become like family, caring about each other. We just celebrated moms 90th birthday there, and some of the residents in moms neighborhood came by to give her well wishes and spend time with her. Mom is no longer isolated and alone, this is truly a loving home, in a difficult season of life.

The staff is awsome , made the transition smoth as possible. Shawna is awsome, very sweet always has a smile. The rooms are very nice and great food. The overall cost is very reasonable for dedicated memory center. Highly recommend this awsome facility.

From the moment we arrived for our first visit, Mom was treated like a VIP Shawna and staff met us at the drive and ushered us in for a tour. Within a few minutes Mom was holding court with the staff in the activity center. The layout is open and encourages independence with safety. The yard is huge and beautiful. But mostly Im impressed with the level of love and care for the residents that the staff embody. They truly adore them and share stories and experiences. This is truly wonderful.

Oh my goodness, I am over the moon happy with the care my Mom is receiving. The staff is so incredibly loving and intentional about respectfully sowing confidence and compliments into the residents. They really listen and care, and they design their activities around each residents personal likes. Had my mom golfing, painting, dancing and playing cards and puzzles all in her first week! Coming from another facility that purported long term memory care it became clear that she was not in the right place. Now she is happy and relaxed and loving her life! Thank you Artis!!!!
