Never put anyone you love in this poor excuse of a facility unless you don't care if they are parked in their wheel chair in the lobby all day or it takes 2 weeks to get a shower! They are not above messing around with your medication especially pain meds don't bother asking to see a Dr. Or even getting a phone call from a Dr they don't exist in this place they're just names on prescriptions that are given to patients without the patients being notified by a Dr sad place bad place

I have been in this facility for 17 months and I can for sure say this has been the best facility I've been in in these 25 months that I've been hospitalized. The staff is amazing and is always making sure I am well taken care of and they are always going out of their way for me. I want to thank Dani,Ajla,Ceci,Nathan,Camile,Steph,Shadell,Elle, Abby,Gabby,Kala and Catherine for always making sure I'm comfortable as can be and treating me like a friend and not just a patient. Really grateful to have you guys take care of me.

The staff at Cascadia of Boise were wonderful. Cass, Ryan, Angie and Patty took great care of our Mom. Cass worked very hard to make sure our move from Idaho to Washington went smoothly when Mom was ready to be discharged. Thank you to everyone.

Cascadia of Boise on Denton has been great to our mom Carmen!! They take really good care of their patients!!! Shout out to Cass, Ryan, Laura, Anna, Teresa, Angie, Angelica, Shad, Crystal, Steve and everyone else I didn't mention!!! We would definitely give a referral to anyone that might need rehabilitation services!! The staff is amazing and very caring!!!

I came to the facility on may20 with a severe broken neck requiring delicate care by staff. I wish I could remember all the of the wonderful staff that helped me greatly during the time I was here. I also injured my right arm to the point I could not move it and the staff in the physical therapy worked with me to the point I AM now back to 90 percent on the way to full use. Couldn't find the additives to describe them better than top notch. very knowledgeable and thorough in this application of the injury.reversal. Very pleased. Regarding the staffing , The Cand A's that took care of me expertly whose names I can remember as there we so many are, Anglena What a caring Lady, on her way to becoming a Registered Nurse. is attending college and working her way with great grades...Wonderful Caring Lady. I much appreciated her. Khaliah and Wayne, A married couple working there with such obvious professionalism and care, So ready to help me..Much appreciated attitude by both. Kate, Very good qualified C and A working her way to RN and im certain she will make a great Nurse given the caring concern she exhibits in attending to her patients. ANGIE. Ever present ANGIE,i, always first on the spot when you turn on the call light. Great attitude, always makes everything fun. A true professional also working hei way to RN by going to School while working. Cristal a veteran at Cascadis is great help, very Professional, knowledgable and capable helper for you. You will always appreciate her quickly performing her duties to your satisfaction.. Any one will find a well trailed staff ready to help you thru your journey to recovery. You will be pleasantly surprised. Food,,,, The kitchen is great, all meals on time, hot dinner plate, cold fruits. All meals tailored to help you recover from your malady. I'd rate them 5 stars out of 5, Run by a caring lady named Lisa, who visited with me several times to insure I was happy with the content and the way it was prepared. Cant ask for anything better than that. Whoever hired her, hired a true caring professional.. You wont be disappointed.. Frankly I was very pleased by my experience here. UncleDoug.

Most of the 5 star reviews come from people who work here. I am a resident and have been here almost a year. The administration here at this facility are above par. They truly care and do try to help you get things worked out. However this does not always trickle down to the people who are actually caring for you. The call wait time is usually horrendous. Usually waiting between 45 minutes an hour and a half. I often wonder what if something has really gone bad and you need someone faster I don't know SMH/. There is nothing ultra fantastic about any care facility. They are what they are- Nursing homes//. There are no really good facilities. if you truly love your loved ones and can arrange it in any way. take care of them at home.
