Great management, great staff, & everyone at this location is friendly. Teamwork, the clean environment, and collaboration amongst people in this facility is what I love most. My first Job was at this location 8years ago and I don't expect leaving anytime soon. I would recommend this facility for anyone searching for the best senior facility to place their loved ones.

I'm live in grace about 6 years ,you have and wonderful team of professional working here, my care givers took care of me when I was having a total melt down .There are so many people I'm truly grateful for management to nursing staff .all the care giver , trash pick up , laundry pick up and room cleaned . thanks for being with me every step of the way

Very clean, friendly staff. They treat everyone as family. They are always have games and arts for everyone to participate in. My mother has been there for about 4 years and has enjoyed it. They also have the hair salon and people to take care of there nails .

My mom has been at Grace in Boise on Allumbaugh for a year now. We are incredibly happy with everything. The facility is clean and smells nice, the staff is helpful and friendly, and there are lots of fun activities and outings. The administrative staff are also friendly, helpful, and responsive. I give them an A+.

My dad has been at Grace an Allumbaugh for a year now. Dad has been well taken care of by a kind and well trained staff. Alan, the manager, is knowledgeable and the nurse Crystal is the best caregiver. They've built a great relationship with dad, one that I didn't think was possible. The Activity Coordinator Rita is an angel always looking for fun activities, often pulling dad in on the fun. The med techs, aides and housekeeping staff have helped dad feel right at home. The transition was made so much easier thanks to all those who work at Grace! We looked at many facilities and are thankful we found them.

Residents are very active in this facility. They love karaoke, playing bingo, they play pool, go shopping and going out for lunch as a group once a month. They have services in different denominations. Catholic groups are having rosary every Friday with all their requests. This is the perfect place to live for our love ones.

Grace Assisted Living has been wonderful for our mom. Many of the care takers, medical techs, activity directors and nurses that work with her show how much they want what's best for her! They'll call us if they have a concern which shows that we made a very good choice in moving Mom to Grace!

Affordable prices, huge activity room, work out area, lots of open space and no pressure sales. Dining area is open and the residents were very friendly. One of the top choices.

We moved our mother to this facility over a year ago and the experience has been exceptionally positive. One of the operational aspects we appreciate the most is their transparency. Everyone communicates professionally and in a timely manner. They truly care about each resident as an individual person. There also appears to be low staffing turnover and happy employees. The facility nurse, Crystal, is one of the best! Our mother is thriving and doing better than she has in many years.

When the time came, our family did alot of research as to which assisted living place would work well for us and our dear mother. Having our mother at grace assisted living was a good thing for many reasons. It's a beautiful facility - She had community and friends to spend time with that she enjoyed and could relate with. Her room was very comfortable and was cleaned in a regular basis. The staff was very kind to her any time I was there with her. The food was as good as can be especially with restrictions they have ti contend with. The facility would often have outside entertainment come for the residents, and they were always worthwhile.

The administrative staff was very helpful with the transition into the facility and the staff in general receive high marks for their friendliness. The nursing staff are attentive and kind, providing the care we all hope our family member receives. The facility is clean, visitors are welcome and dad comments how good the food is almost daily. The activities director is a package of genuine enthusiastic energy who engages the residents with encouragement and authenticity. The folks at Grace connect with the residents making them feel they are a cared-for part of the community. They offer a range of activities to include outings for the residents, live music, transport for the residents and stretching classes, to name a few. They offer medication management for those who need it and in-house medical oversight. My family is so grateful to have my dad in the care and safety of Grace where he can receive the assistance and support he requires at this time.

Updated review: I recommend families or residents bring any issues directly to Grace's Administrator. Grace Assisted Living reached out to me (I think in part because of my original review about my Grandmother's room being messy). They gave me information on the cleaning schedule and also gave me resources and a contact to reach out to if there is a mess in my Grandmother's room. My Grandmother's room has been clean every time I have visited since we spoke with the facility's administrator and I'm confident that our issue has been resolved now. I am happy that they took the time and effort to look into the issue. Initial issue: My Grandma's room (she is 97) is often messy when I visit. My Mom and I have both noticed it on several occasions over about a one-month period. My Mom has mentioned it a few times to the staff but it appears they haven't made any changes to fix the issue.

Our dad entered Grace Assisted Living in July 2020. We have been so pleased with the care he has been given, especially since he entered in the midst of the Covid outbreak. Everyone has been so kind and helpful. Shantel has been very respectful to our dad and to our family. She advocates on behalf of the residents and is very conscientious in all she does. We are so appreciative to her and to ALL that work at Grace Assisted Living. Thank you from all of Jack Williams kids!

I have been coming to Grace in Boise for about 7 months visiting a friend of mine. I have to say I am so impressed by the caring staff and the heart of the administrator. I am a Cna with First Choice Hospice. I come into this facility 2 twice a week. This is one of my favorite places. The staff is very friendly and caring. The residents are all amazing. Very clean. I would recommend this faculty for anyones loved one..... ❤❤❤❤

I love working at GAL, Allumbaugh Facility. Im having fun, I remember when I started 2012 this was my first job and I feel that Im home, I feel the love, teamwork, friendship, the family prays together stays together!! I was the Chef at Grace Allumbaugh for 6 1, 2 years and found that Grace is actually and really the place. The amount of care from all the employees and management in my opinion is exceptional everyone seems to feel they have a career not just a job to do and it shows in every department. When you take a tour be sure to ask and see the kitchen you will be amazed at how clean the new Chef keeps her kitchen! (good job kitchen staff)

I have worked for Grace for 8 years. I absolutely love it here! Working with the residents is so rewarding. I cook for them as if they were my own family and seeing their satisfaction makes my day complete. I could only hope my own family would be treated with as much kindness.

In the world of assisted living communities this community is at the top of my list.There are so many reasons why -t is apparent when you enter the building, the decor is well done, not overbearing which make it easy for each and everyone of our residents to feel good to know that is their home.The kitchen staff takes great pride in the meals that are served and are always willing to go that extra mile to insure that every residents needs are met.As a member of the staff I know that each of our residents are like family, we all strife to honor their needs & wishes and make everyday a special day for them. Ive worked at Grace for a year. I stared off as a housekeeper, but wanted to become a caregiver. What helped push me to that was seeing the caregivers at work. You could see the joy and fulfillment that they have for helping them. After I did become a caregiver I can say it was a great decision. It feels great to help and take care of the residents. Nothing is better than seeing them happy after doing your job

Molly Brock, who posted those horrible things, was let go by Grace because she was caught stealing. Not only was it on camera but she admitted to it. Grace looks out for the safety and well being of their residents. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are cared for and their needs are met. The staff and administration are great people with big hearts. Molly Brock is a disgruntled former employee who stole from Grace and is mad she was let go. Keep doing a great job you guys!!!

I have worked for Grace for going on nearly 5 years now, and it is by far the best assisted living facility Ive worked at! Not only do they care about the employees but the residential care is top notch!We ensure each & every resident has the exact care that they need, because every single person is different. The decor & layout throughout the facility is very warm and inviting. I would honestly have to say though it truly feels like home from the hard work each & every staff member puts in to making the residents feel such as that, at home.I wouldnt want my parents to be anywhere else but here when it came to be the time if they needed such assistance.
