We toured many Senior Living facilities in the Macon area & The Canopy is simply the best. Clean, safe, active, & fun, The Canopy at Warner Robins is the perfect fit for our 88-year-old Mom who needed social activities to keep her mind active. The Director of Sales (Rebecca) made the entire process smooth & easy from start to finish.

An amazing facility. Very clean. Active with the patient. Caring people. I've met the administrative staff, housekeeping, nurses, kitchen staff, therapy. I have good opinions about each person I've come across here. It's a beautiful building, and well kept. Activities with the patients are great. .... I read all of the reviews. I don't work here, I just volunteer... I can't agree with some of the reviews that were left. I feel like they were coming from an upset heart. Maybe some of it is true, but it just doesn't seem so. These are nice caring people and this is a great facility. The cleanliness is tops.

Been working here for a while. Always short staffed. Something is ALWAYS broken. The executive director talks down to her employees, if she speaks to them at all. The Lpn nurse Manager Christen is never available when you call her, she barely returns phone calls. The med techs does the nurses job, such as calling/faxing doctors regarding medicine. The med techs are also doing the quarterly charting on patients. Now she has an rude med tech she has named as an “assistant”. This assistant belittles staff, calls people out of their names and gossip about everyone under the sun. She has resident family members personal numbers, have family members buying her food & etc. she even lied on a worker telling the family that the worker was “racist” This was reported & nothing was done about it. Now this place is going from 8 hour shifts to 12 hour shifts in April. The executive director basically said “we’ll happily accept any resignations” 4 people have already quit with more to follow. They never took in consideration that most of their employees have other jobs, children and other obligations It’s “all the other Sri companies have went to 12 hour shifts and so are we”

The Canopy offers a beautiful and professional Assisted Living experience to their residents. You need to tour this place for yourself to know how beautiful it is. They are always doing fun things for their staff and residents! Great New Assisted Living in the Central GA area!

The Canopy is full of people who care immensely for their residents. From the director of nursing to the marketing team, all the way to the Executive Director, I have nothing but great things to say. The facility is a must see. It truly is a unique and fun atmosphere. They say the people make the place, and its true. The Canopy has a lot to offer in the way of great people.

I am so excited for this facility open up! Their team is hardworking, passionate, and caring. They are willing to do whatever needed to make sure their future residents will have the best experience possible. Not to mention the building itself and amenities they offer are amazing!
