My mom has been at Volante for almost 2 months. I'm not sure how much she enjoys it but she has made lots of friends and the nurses take great care of her. My favorites are Shakaya, Sandriana, Priscilla (who treats mom like her mom) and Audrey. They are always making sure mom eats and is engaged in activites when possible. (If she doesnt make it to eat they will even bring food to her room). They take the time to actually have conversations with mom and make sure she is well cared for in my absence. Also when I have a need for mom they are willing to help her out. Shawn the manager and Genelle the wellness director are also very helpful and willing to manage any and all concerns you have. David the med tech also must be great cause mom remembers him by name...LOL. They have a few newbies like Kaitlin who are also trying to engage with mom who is a toughie. Definitely come out for a visit and you won't be disappointed. They have lots and lots of activities to keep you engaged thanks to Brittany the activities director- you can be as active as you want. I'll be back to post if they let me down cause trust I stay on them!

Volante Senior Living at Ashbrook in Villa Rica is really something special. It offers assisted living, memory care, and independent living in a way that feels like home. From the moment you walk in, you notice how welcoming the place is. The staff genuinely cares about the residents, treating them with respect and making sure they feel valued. The building itself is clean and cozy, with open spaces for people to relax or spend time with others. What really stands out about Volante is how they handle memory care. The staff understands how tough memory loss can be, and they work closely with families to provide care that’s both personal and thoughtful. The activities they plan aren’t just about keeping residents busy”they focus on helping people stay mentally and emotionally healthy. Families can feel good knowing their loved ones are in a safe and caring place. Another big plus is the community atmosphere. There’s always something going on, whether it’s fun social events, tasty meals, or wellness programs. The staff doesn’t just do their job”they truly care about each person’s quality of life, making Volante feel like one big family. And when you see the staff sharing meals with residents, it’s clear they’re invested in making everyone feel comfortable and at home.

Pleasant looking place for seniors. We looked at the independent living section and liked that they were doing renovations to the fairly spacious homes. Pat was very friendly and helpful. She showed us around the main building where the dining room and library were. Many other activities to do as well. Worth checking out if you are looking for a location for your parents or yourself.

Our loved one has called Ashbrook Village home for almost 3 years. Throughout her stay we have seen management come and go and had growing concerns over the care for our loved one until Pat, the new manager came on board. She has made a tremendous difference in the quality of care for our loved one. She is very hands on and always put action behind her words. We have seen her spend entire weekends working hands on doing whatever was necessary. From my observation, she gets to know each resident by name, spends time getting to know them personally, visits with them and sends us pictures of our loved one at special events and parties. She made needed changes with staffing and initiated additional training for all staff. The staff now seems to be very knowledgeable, caring and well trained. Pat, the new Executive Director, is wonderful and we are 100% satisfied with Ashbrook Village again.

I have had a wonderful experience visiting the facility, staff are very pleasant and receptive to my many questions. One staff member in particular (stacy) has continued to welcome me into the facility.

The community is very clean. The care staff are wonderful, and take great care of and love the residents. Management is helpful and involved, always making sure the residents are happy . The food is really good and the menu has lots of variety. Ashbrook Village is a hidden gem that offers a more affordable senior living option in Villa Rica.

This facility use to be a wonderful place. However new management came in and change losts of things. 1 thing they can not change is the wonderful care staff . Pats allot these employees for they care and concern. A special shoutout to Stacy Ann who is always a delight, and a hard worker.

Very impressed with the relatively new team (and company) running Ashbrook Village, Villa Rica. My father was recently diagnosed with dementia (March '24) after running his car off the road. With his Rehab facility nearing the max Medicare supported days, I visited 7 different locations in West Georgia having memory care and chose Ashbrook. They were quick to pull together everything necessary to transition into the facility in very short order. Are they having growing pains, yes, but I am very impressed with Pat the Executive Director onsite, and all of the staff. Stacy, Morgan, Michele all excellent caregivers, David and all the MedTech team were able to quickly come up to speed on all the medications and diabetes measurements/insulin. Sarah in sales was quick to get answers and insure a smooth transition. Sarah the new activities director keeps everyone engaged with various activities. Mia keeps the billing and books and also is very accommodating. Rammell runs facilities and is there whenever I reach out; he and his team are updating the facility and all the independent living units (thus price increases mentioned by other reviewers). The rooms and facility are spacious, and the pricing is balanced. We had some initial concerns about food quality and upon sharing our input, several changes were made to improve it almost immediately. Again, some growing pains they are actively working to remediate. I really appreciate all the staff and how much they go out of their way to accommodate.

We moved my Mom and her twin sister in to assited living in March. They staff is great! From the time we came in to tour the facility with Sarah. She was the sweetest and answered all of our questions and had all the cost clearly explained ahead of moving in. Pat, the Executive Director is fabulous! She has sent us pictures, showing the activities that Mom and my Aunt are doing. She is very approachable, which I think is key. When you are moving an elderly partent in to assisted living, its a HUGE life change. She has made it easy. She literally has treated my Mom like her own. As far as day to day care, StacyAnn is a rockstar!! She cares for my Mom so well. She keeps us updated on the day to day. She gives them the extra little push to get out and about. Keeps them moving, which is great. Nurse Mindy is great! She has stepped in and is always available. She is great at communicating any concerns, and sharing the small victories they are making in their new place. The activites director, Sarah keeps the days filled with tons of activites. I am very thankful we found Ashbrook. Thankful for the love and care they give to my Mom and Aunt. Thank you all so much for loving what you do! ((HUGS)) Ashley Carroll

Ashbrook has taken great care of my mother in the 3 months she has been there. The staff is friendly and professional. The overall care is excellent and the food is good. Getting my mother in to the facility is a lengthy process but the administration made is easier.
