DO NOT put your loved one here! They are only good for residents in good health. They almost killed my love one. If we didn't move her when we did she would be dead. She was i hospital multiple times from June 26 - August 4. She wasn't sick when she went in. She had pneumonia, multiple UIT's and had C-Diff. Even though they caused these issues and we HAD to move her, on August 4 they still charged for full month of August. This place seems great when you tour but is anything but! If you love your loved one stay clear from this place!!!!

Could not be more please with the accommodations for our loved one. Care is authentic and it shows. Food is amazing. From AL to memory care everyone is pleasant. It's everyone that makes this a great place-just to name a few- Amanie, Keya, Perry, Rosa, Victoria, Diane, Alfonso, Joe, Mary, Jules, Rena, Dee, Misha the PT department - wish I could name everyone cause they all deserve praise. The residents themselves are a family and care for each other. This is a true community and a great place. Thank you all, feels like a great extended family. Thank you for caring for my parent as you would your own!

The Residence at Oak Grove has the kindest staff! Amanie (Executive Director) is so responsive to requests and the staff (memory care, dietary, activities, etc.) make sure my mom is well taken care of. They have a really hard job but they do it with kindness and compassion and always showing my mom respect. My family is so happy with our choice and appreciative for the excellent care that my mom receives.

Each time I visit my family here the professionalism and care exhibited is always so heartfelt. The atmosphere is very inviting and cozy. All the residents are always greeting and the food and presentation is as delicious as it looks. Great job staff and thank you for caring like you do. ½

This facility is like a 5 star hotel and restaurant. The staff are very professional but treat you like family. Food they prepare for their residents is prepared as they were cooking for family. I am very happy my family will be calling the residence of oak grove home. The staff of oak grove ROCK!!

Exceptional!! We toured and knew right away it was different from other places. The Residence at Oak Grove offers a warm, caring and homey environment, but most importantly courteous and professional staff ready to help. Our mother moved in a week ago and she is enjoying all the activities. Moving our mother here has given us peace of mind knowing she has all the support she requires to live independently in a fun, enriching— and homey environment!!
