It might look nice but just like pretty people do ugly things this place will treat your loved ones like GARBAGE if you care about them in the slightest bit you will not bring them anywhere near this place I wouldn't even trust them with a stray dog

Working in the healthcare industry for many years, Heartis Suwanee is a definite 5 star!! Such a beautiful community and lovely residents! What stood out to me the most was the warmth and hospitality of their staff. Jessica, their Activities Director is Amazing! She's energetic, has a kind heart, only wanting the very best for the residents. I'm excited to work along side the Activities Department and Heartis staff as we at Crossroads Hospice and Palliative Care hosts their Veterans Day Event. So, if you're looking for a quality retirement community, be sure to visit Heartis Suwanee!

I recently volunteered at Heartis and was very impressed with the staff and amenities Heartis Suwanee has to offer its residents and community. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and caring. I will continue to promote and suggest Heartis Suwanee to anyone looking for a great place to live and build a untied community.

Thanks to all the staff for making my mother feel at home and well cared for since her recent move-in. Everyone has been helpful and eager to be sure her needs are met. Jessica has gone above and beyond to create great programming. She took the time to make enlarged Bingo cards, so that my mom could participate with her limited eyesight. Jermaine has been so helpful in getting mom's apartment set up to her liking. He came multiple times until he satisfied my mom with the water pressure in her shower! All the concierge staff have been supportive, reading menus and activity calendars, arranging transportation, and generally being positive and welcoming. Mother is impressed with the quality of services. She loves her apartment, is happy with the programs, and loves the meal quality and selection.

Took a tour of this beautiful facility, met some residents and saw them enjoying life with friendly games, dining and going for walks. I'm sure the pool & courtyard will be busy with activity once the weather warms up! It's a lovely place and Drew & his team are doing an incredible job making Heartis home for many folks.

It's been a sincere joy working with Activities Director, Jessica Ingram, and Lead Director, Drew Williams, at Heartis in a volunteer teaching capacity. Receptionist Shirley as well! They are always cheerful & helpful in administration. And very timely in response time and communications. The residents are delightful. Clean facilities and very engaged in the community. I highly recommend Heartis Suwanee!

This place is beautiful! Came in for a Tour and I was politely greeted by the Concierge. Marcus was thorough and answered all of my questions. I asked many questions, however he took his time and made sure that I understood everything. I was really impressed about the Move In Specials and promotions that they are currently offering. I will be moving my Mom and Father into Assisted Living in March!

My Mom was a resident here, on the independent living side. She had a great apartment that she loved. The staff was extremely hardworking and dedicated and the care they exhibited toward the residents was wonderful. Up until Covid, there were organized outings of various kinds. I reduced 1 star because Mom didnt love the food, although, IMHO, it wasnt that bad. Holiday and special meals were very good.

Staff at Heartis is patient and treat my parents with the upmost respect. Staff is responsive to their needs. Activities and facilities provided are 2nd to none. Highly recommend if you are looking for a senior community for your loved ones.

My mother has been a resident at Heartis Suwanee, first in the Independent Living community and now in the Assisted Living community for the past 2 years. My family could not be more pleased with the care that she has been given in both sides of the community. The entire staff from the Executive Director on down are thoughtful, caring and kind to my mother and our whole family. Since all of the lockdowns have gone on during Covid they have taken extra good care of her and have kept me well informed at all times. The staff and community have been a true gift to our family.

I will be looking for a place to settle soon and was lucky enough to attend the grand opening at Heartis Suwanee. The community is beautiful, but most importantly the people were so friendly and welcoming. Heartis will be first on my list in a few years when I am looking to make a move to senior living.

Heartis Suwanee exemplifies when a heart is in the right place. The facility is exquisite but is outshined by the compassionate, caregiving professionals who work with the residents. The level of health care my father experienced was of the highest quality, while the more personal, daily one on one attention he received was genuinely kind and considerate. Kudos to Sharise Thurman for leading an exceptional team of good people making a difference in the lives of their residents.
