We moved my mom here after a terrible experience at another facility. Peachtree Creek has been such a huge blessing! The staff treats my mom like family and make the effort to ensure that she is still living her life to the fullest. The activities director, Tia is the absolute BEST! She loves the residents so much and always plans fun excursions for them. Recently she put together a Fall Fair for residents and loved ones which was so much fun! There were all sorts of treats, a caricature artist, a dj, bouncy houses, games etc. It was such a special day for everyone! Tia always goes above and beyond, as well as the other staff members. We are so thankful for this place!

Peachtree Creek is the absolute best! After a terrible experience at another facility in Atlanta, my mother has found amazing care at PC and we are forever grateful! The staff continually checks in to make sure each resident is comfortable and happy- they go above and beyond. Tia and her activities staff work incredibly hard to make each day exciting for residents. They are always doing parties, outings, or interactive activities. The Peachtree Creek Fall Fair this weekend was just a reflection of that- music, performers, great food, outdoor activities and more! We could not recommend them more!

When my love one arrived at Peachtree CREEK several months ago, she was very recluse and did not respond well to the new faces she did not know. However, a CNT named Pam was assigned to the Lilly Wing and I must admit, she has a way with the residents. She's hands on, she listens intently to the residents and tries to keep them calm based on what is needed at that time. I truly appreciate Ms. PAM for always keeping me abreast of my love one needs, she is the main reason that my love one is more engaged, more expressive and sociable. I feel reassured that I selected a great place in Peachtree Creek Memory Care. My family is grateful to have someone like Ms. PAM on our team and we feel our love one is in great hands because of her, along with a few other select staff members @ Peachtree CREEK

There are some great staff there that I will miss who really cared but what makes up the other half is untrained or "here for my check". Extra mile will not be done for you unless you complain or get a hold of the good staff members mentioned before. I walked in on my loved one or items in their room covered in feceses on a handful of times.When my parent was concerning me on his behavior, I got a shrugged shoulder on what to do. Mind you I didn't expect them to diagnose him but once when my parent was lethargic and we were trying to wake them up they shook my parent and told my loved one stop playing possum, your fine. They always seem shorted staffed but I was told they are not.Theres usually only one staff member to one long hallway over maybe 15 rooms which always made me feel bad for them. Once a lady fell and hit her head so hard on the table in the cafeteria it was instant bruising and slight concussed and my husband had to search for someone to help her. There was no one in her hall and no one came for awhile so my husband stayed with her. He said there seemed to be no sense of urgency.Falls will be reported to you but copies of reports won't be given out. My parents floors were so gross that it made a tacking sound when you walked across, like in a movie theater. The activities director and executive chef I was happy with. The food looked great and my loved one seemed to love.There was a lot of variety.The activities director really pulls out the stops.You can tell she does it for the people and their families. It's not a show, she cares. I believe a major blame is on the owners, seems it's just an investment and won't listen to their employees about their concerns. I received no money back for the large priced items they lost. It's not worth the 5 grand a month even after the renovations and gold colored plated faucets. I wouldn't send my loved one here.

The facility's staff organized an outstanding celebration that showcased their commitment to making every resident's experience exceptional. From the moment I stepped onto the transformed patio, I could feel the love and warmth that surrounded the event. The staff had put great effort into creating a beautiful ambiance, with tastefully decorated tables adorned with fresh flowers and delicate teacups. It truly felt like stepping into a cozy, elegant tearoom. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches were evident throughout the event. The staff took the time to personalize each table setting, making sure that every resident and their guest felt valued and appreciated. The atmosphere was filled with love, joy and a strong sense of community as we gathered to celebrate our Mothers. What truly stood out during the Mother's Day Tea was the staff's dedication and attentiveness. They were attentive to each resident's needs, providing assistance whenever required and engaging in friendly conversations. It was heartwarming to see the genuine care and affection they had for the residents, making them feel cherished and special. The entertainment provided during the event was delightful. There was a live harpist whose musical performance was exceptional and I must also mention the delicious fruits, pastries and sandwiches at the event. The efforts put into creating a comfortable and inviting space will truly be remembered by all and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that the residents and their guests felt at home and had everything they needed. I live this facility. I volunteered here for several events for the residents and enjoyed it so much! The facility is really nice and the residents are so much fun! The staff are really kind to the residents and us volunteers. They let me eat when I volunteer and the food is really god. The residents always seem very happy. I first came to this facility a few years ago when new ownership took over and I've been around to witness all of the AMAZING changes! It's newly renovated and beautiful and quaint! It's set up perfectly for dementia residents to maneuver around without confusion. The staff is very patient with the residents. The resident look happy and the activities are so creative and fun! One day they were going out to the governors mansion for a tour and another day they were making edible arrangements with the residents! They even do Zumba classes with Zumba skirts and are always taking bus trips to places! The outside courtyard area is the BEST! It's such a great peaceful space that the residents can have the freedom to walk around and still be safe! It's such a great place!

I personally experienced for myself how loved the staff are. It brings such joy to my heart to see people who may have once cared for someone, now being taken care of. There is so much joy that they carry when one of the amazing staff members Atiya Hagins walks through the door. They pile up at the window and the glow in the face as they see her cross the parking lot on her way in because they know that there are in for the time of their lives! Hi there – I must share what I just witnessed at the local nail salon. Your activities director, Tia Hagens (I just saw her profile on your website), was an ANGEL with the women she accompanied to the nail salon. She brought in 6 or 7 women and treated them with kindness, empathy and patience. I only hope if I ever need care (or my mom or my aunt) they are treated as Tia treated these women. Her behavior brought a tear to my eye – the only word I can think of is Angel. God has a special place in heaven for women/nurses like her. Kudos to her and kudos to you guys for having someone like her in your organization. Just wanted to pass along as I am so impressed.

I was skeptical when my mom told me that she was putting my Nana in a home for people who are losing their memory. It felt like we were abandoning her. I came to Atlanta to see for myself. I couldn't believe it! Nana was laughing and looked so happy.! She used to just sit in my mom's house not really doing anything. She's busy at Peachtree! She dances, plays games, and even does chair exercises! My nana! What struck me was how bright and cheerful it is and how great the staff treats her. She has her favorite staff members who take care of her like she's family. You can tell they love her. She's also made friends with several of the other people who Iive there. We stayed with her for about an hour, but she was ready for US to go! She wanted to get back to her friends. I was so happy because I know she was enjoying herself. I can't wait to come back to see her again.

My great aunt was going through a lot when the family came together and decided that it was time to move her from her beautiful home. She was wondering off and leaving her home not knowing where she was. She almost burned down the kitchen in her home once. It was getting pretty dangerous for her to continue to live at home. Her memory was fadingand fading fast.we found this nice, quaint little place and after touring several facilities decided that this is where the family would put her to live out the rest of her days. This place is nice and clean and the renovations are very, very nice. The food is actually good and my great aunt adjusted pretty quickly. She seems happier here than she was at home. She has even made a few friends here . We are extremely pleased with the care that she is receiving that we as a familycould not give her. The staff is caring and attentive and she is thriving the and SAFE here. We appreciate what they are doing for her here at a place for people that have fading memory issues. I would recommend that people pay more attention to the care received rather than all of the amenities and asthetics that the huge elaborate assisted living facilities sometimes boast. We are completely satisfied.
