My experience working with Nicole Rich to acclimate my loved one into an assisted living apartment was remarkably seamless. Nicole toured with us and was extremely knowledgeable about the amenities, services and personalized care plans. Ms. Rich guided us through the process of procuring the necessary medical documentation and was extremely patient with us as we navigated the process of identifying the services that would be needed to ensure my loved ones safety and quality of life with dignity and compassion. I am grateful for the supports and personal services offered and it is an immense relief to know that the residents are in caring and competent hands.

The Social at Savannah is a completely focused on providing great care for their residents. The residents seem genuinely happy and well cared for. You can always find residents watching movies and/or playing Bridge, Canasta and board games. All of the Staff members are great, they are always kind and helpful. . It's a friendly, safe place to live. A much deserved special recognition to Nikki, Dorothy, and Anna for all the tasks they manage and manage it so well!

My Sister had been a longterm resident at Social @ Savannah since 2019 until her recent passing. She loved her residential situation there & made many friends with other residents living in the independent living facility over that time. Nice place for an older person to call home if they need some over site with a meal plan offered but who otherwise still want to live on their own.

I live at the assisted living community at The Social at Savannah. I’ve been here since Nov 19 of 2022. I initially was reluctant to move but I love it here now. The residents are wonderful and employees are tremendous. I really enjoy getting a ride to shopping with all my new friends. I had no idea I would love and appreciate a new place and a new social group at this stage in life. I highly recommend the Social.

The team at The Social is outstanding. My parents have been there for 3 months now and love it. Everyone went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and make the move in as easy as possible. The place is amazingly friendly and supportive and the food is really good. My parents had several options and Social was their hands down choice. Having all three stages of care is a huge bonus. My father said “if happy is 100, I am at at 1000”. Hard to beat that. This move has worked out really well and I trust them completely.

Toured the memory care community recently and was very pleased to find spacious, updated apartments with options for companion rooms. Memory care is positioned so that windows view an adorable courtyard complete with string lights twinkling gently at night! Every time I am at the Social at Savannah I get a very homelike feeling. The team always is always very kind and caring towards me. Beautiful place. Various options to choose from. After recently moving in we had issue with keys (quickly resolved), fridge wasn’t cold and freezer wasn’t keeping things frozen (currently working on) and the kitchen sink was leaking in the cabinets and on to the floor (currently working on). I love that they have transportation, although meals included they take them to the store by signup if needed.

I was fortunate enough to recently work with Kenley to help an individual in need. I cannot say enough about Kenley’s kindness, patience, and overall passion for helping the aging population. Kenley is absolutely amazing. My wife and cousins toured the property and couldn't have asked for a better person to show us around. The grounds were nice and have everything you need but what put us over the top in making the decision was kenley. When I tell you she was so patient with us and our endeavors and my mother who can be a handful. She took time and explained everything in depth and even offered to call and walk her thru step by step. I would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for senior care.

One of my favorite places to hang with all my older adult friends. Beautiful shared spaces out front and back by the lake. I use to visit my best friend Judy here and her and so many other residents truly make this a diamond in the rough. Can't wait to come back next week and see everyone. We recently moved my mother-in-law to The Social at Savannah. The process was a great experience from the beginning. Every staff member was friendly, helpful and truly seemed to like their job & the residents. Dallas, Kenley & Le’Ria were rock stars in guiding us through the process. Moving is never an easy process, especially for our elders. The feeling we got from the beginning was genuine warmth from everyone - which includes the nursing team, dietary team, activities team & leadership team. So far, we feel Social at Savannah was the right choice for our family.

I toured many places before I found the Social at Savannah. Kenley, who gave me the tour was warm and personable and answered all my questions respectfully and patiently. Patience and respect are sadly lacking in today's world and make all the difference. Hi, Im Ginger and I put my mom in the The Social at Savannah at the end of October 2021. I worked with Kenley Routhier at the Social in sales and she was wonderful. I was in a hurry to get my mom a room and settle in before the holidays. Kenley worked with my mom to put her on the first floor cause she can't walked good and set her up with her meals and meeting new friends there. Kenley is always there for everyone that needs help. The Social is very friendly and clean. The rooms are spacious and has a full kitchen. The people that work in the kitchen are very helpful getting what you want to eat and drink. I love the Social events they have for the people staying there. The Christmas Party was fun with great music and food. One thing I can say the best thing about the people that all work for The Social at Savannah is the staff are so friendly and treat people staying there with great respect. I would recommend this place to everyone. Love the Social at Savannah.

We recently moved my mother in law into The Social. From the first meetings with Dallas and Kenley, we were sold! Everything we wanted in a living community for our mom is here - and more! A place to work out daily (including a separate place for physical therapy), a library and nail/hair salon, transportation for doctor visits, wonderful church across the street, arts facility, gorgeous dining room and bistro, front and back porches for socializing and even a raised garden for her to work! The staff and residents are all very friendly and welcoming and each time we talk to her or visit, she is happier than we’ve seen her in years! She lived with us and was very happy being so close to her family every day, but her happiness is next level here. We highly recommend The Social!

We moved my parents in this week and everyone from the staff to the Residents have all been so warm and welcoming. Making a decision to move from your home to an Independent Living atmosphere for us was not an easy one but a necessary one. We visited several places and when we walked in to tour The Social with Kenley we all knew this was the one. My parents actually made a commitment that day. This is their 4th day and they are already participating in activities and making friends. It is a tough adjustment but thanks to the wonderful staff at The Social I am already starting to feel at peace for my parents and their well-being. I know they are in good hands.

I have been an Independent living resident here almost 3 weeks and I fell in love with the community on my first visit! The welcoming from the other residents was phenomenal and I have really enjoyed the commraderie here so far. The tram members accommodated me with an apartment that was wheelchair accessible and perfect for me. I love that they have activities that are perfectly tailored to the residents personalities and interests. The socialization benefits have been outstanding for me mentally, spiritually, physically and I know they are for the other residents too. It's like living in a big fancy hotel - I love it!

My mom is a resident at the Social and we both love the staff there. I received tremendous support as we transitioned my mom from their independent living facility to their Memory Care building this past summer. The staff take great care of her on a day-to-day basis and keep me updated on any areas of concern that arise. My mom loves them because they treat her like family, even throwing a small birthday party for her. We are blessed to have found such a caring group of people to help us with this stage of my mom's alzheimers journey.

I don’t know how to express how grateful I am for this place. I would NEVER trust my Mom to just anyone. Kenley was absolutely incredible helping explain how everything would work, showing us around, introducing us to the staff and being totally transparent, didn’t feel like I was being sold a service. I have no problems getting updates, visiting and staying in contact with my Mom and the staff. We are currently in NC and I was nervous at first, being so far away but the staff at The Social has made me feel so comfortable and relaxed knowing my Mom is in good hands. I looked at several places in Savannah and know we made the right decision. If I could give 6 stars I would. Also my Mom is in the Memory Care unit, I case you’re wondering. She’s so happy, which is what it’s all about.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the employees at The Social and in particular LaRia and Dallas for their help with the transition of my father-in-law into an independent living facility. They made the transition extremely easy. We are very happy that he is living at The Social. We are able to put our minds at ease that he is in good hands and well-taken care of. He enjoys having three prepared meals a day. The facility is always extremely clean and well-maintained. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. We/he couldn't be happier with his new home. We visited several facilities, but we decided on The Social because of the aforementioned facilities and staff. This was the very best choice for him. There are also a lot of activities and social events offered to the residents. I would highly recommend The Social to anyone that needs Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care. It is nice to know all of his needs can be met as he gets older at this one location.

My mother moved into this community two years ago. She immediately felt at home as she made new friends and bonded with the staff. They did such a great job of supporting and keeping the residence safe through the pandemic. The staff is wonderful. I have been so impressed with Thrive’s efforts to improve the community - not just the buildings and interiors, but the teams and leadership as well. When my mom first entered the memory care section of the community, she was 20 pounds underweight and was having trouble with her medications. The staff was very compassionate and accommodating to her needs and before we knew it, she was back to her ideal weight which helped in getting her on the right medicine. It was such a relief! I highly recommend the Social at Savannah.

My mother really enjoys living at Savannah Commons. However for the past month I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with the changeover in the ownership. They took out double the amount she owed for the month, and now it’s been four weeks without any resolution

My grandmother lived as a resident of Savannah Commons for over 4 years. She began in the Independent Living section, and as time went on, moved to Assisted Living and then eventually Memory Care. My family and I visited Savannah Commons often and even stayed overnight in their "family" apartments (which are furnished apartments that you rent like a hotel room). The rooms are great and meant we could spend even more time visiting my grandmother, since we stayed on-site. The staff is simply amazing - so kind, so loving, and very welcoming to family and friends who visit the residents at Savannah Commons. They always greeted us and my grandmother with a smile! As my grandmother became more elderly, she needed more care, and the staff really stepped up to meet her needs. The nurses and hospice nurses are all very informed, ready to assist, and it's clear they enjoy their job. I'm so thankful my Nan had this incredible community and staff in her final years.

My mother moved into Savannah Commons in October 2014 in the independent living facility and lived there until her untimely death February 2015. A friend of mine who had a good experience with her own mother living there had recommended it to me, as well as another friend whose mother currently lives in the memory care unit. When I toured the facility prior to her moving in I was very impressed with everything I saw and after moving her into her own apartment I was not disappointed. Everyone there was friendly and did all that they could to help her to acclimate to living in an apartment after over 50 years of being in her own home. The other residents took her in as one of their own and she was invited and encouraged to attend the meals and many activities they offer by residents and staff alike. The building was always clean and inviting at any time I went there and in any area I visited. When I would visit, almost anyone I talked to knew who my mother was by name, and many of the staff knew and recognized me as I entered. Although our original intention to have her live there for many years to come was cut short by her death, I cannot say enough about the time that she did spend there. Her online legacy guest book shows how much the people there cared about her through the comments they all made. I am thankful that in her last few months she was surrounded by friends, residents and staff, that cared so much about her.
