Trusted Hands Senior Care agency, is very professional, caring, supportive, and punctual. My experience as a staff has been very impressive. Scheduling for services to seniors are at an all time high! I highly recommend trusted hands to service every senior that meets the qualifications, to receive service . Wanted to say thank you for putting Arame on My father in law’s case. I know she's only been here a day, but she's been fabulous so far.Within the first day, she had him walking, on a schedule for his physical therapy twice a day, organized all his personal care. We see her kindness toward her clients and her professionalism as well. Thank you for sending her to us..she is truly a blessing!

I got a call in Chicago at 11am that my mom was in the hospital, and I was in Atlanta by 9pm that night. It was very apparent that she could no longer live alone without help. Monique at Trusted Hands answered my call and walked me through the whole process with compassion and a wealth of knowledge. She listened to my concerns and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I felt relieved knowing I could go back home and my mom would be cared for and safe. I worked for Trusted Hands for a few short months before I had to quit for a move out of state. My clients had a lot of problems with the company including their insurance being charged for hours of care they didn’t receive and every time he would call they would give him the run around. This went on for weeks and I’m sure is unresolved. While employed I had multiple pay mishaps, including my last check not being paid to me although I supplied the company with proper paperwork with the clients signature. When I called for an explanation I was given the run around. Pam specifically told me that they were “so busy that day” and that they “might be able to call me back” I understand being busy and having to wait for a call back but I’ve always gotten the complete run around from Pam. She’s made multiple mistakes in my schedule and accused me of picking up shifts I never agreed to and when I said I was not going she would freak out on me only to call me later telling me it was her mistake. The only positive thing I can say is Jeff is a great communicator and anytime I had a problem I would ask for him because he was quick, respectful and would get right to the problem. I am disappointed in how I was treated throughout my employment

I met Trusted Hands Senior Care at the Older Atlantans Month 2019 event and found out that they provide excellent in-home care services and are licensed for 26 counties in Georgia. They have caregivers and skilled nurses on staff who can take care of your loved ones. I would recommend using their services for in-home care or skilled nursing. The staff whom I met at the event is great and they work hard to provide quality care.

Ive had a great experience with Trusted Hands and had a write a review so others that need in-home care for their moms, dads or loved-ones would know who to call in the Atlanta Area. I have a loved one that needs help with bathing, dressing and getting meals prepared. They had a caregiver come in the same day and start work - that was very helpful to me because my Dad had doctors appointment that I could not leave work for that day. I called other companies but they either didnt have a caregiver or wasnt able to answer all of my questions. I like the knowledge this company has and all of the reviews they have made me feel very comfortable with their services. I would recommend them to anyone. I also like that they volunteer their time to the community of Atlanta. Its all about giving back.
