At Brookdale Chambrel, it is the goal of all the support staff, I feel, is to make the residents comfortable and happy. This must be easy for them, as everyone here (including residents) are most pleasant and obliging to make the residents' wishes come true, as much as possible.

We checked numerous places for senior living communities around the country. We are 80 & still independent, but feel a newfound confidence that we can get great care as we age & not be deposited in a nursing home the way our parents were. We especially liked the attractive independent houses & cottages available. Also Brookdale has the best business model — rent for life! Many other senior living communities we looked at wanted a deposit of hundreds of thousands of dollars, plus monthly rent, which most middle class retired people would rather leave (their savings & investments — what they’ve worked for all their lives) to their progeny. I have recommended this place to a number of old friends & my siblings. They haven’t planned for the “fourth quarter” at all!

Everything about Brookdale Chambrel Roswell has been professional, inviting, patient, courteous and most of all caring. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help and answer questions. The facility and grounds are comfortable, clean, inviting and well kept. The staff have made the moving process for my parents so easy and nice.

In my limited exposure to Brookdale in Roswell I have to say that Im extremely impressed with the facilities and staff. They are knowledgeable and caring to say the least. I have had the pleasure of working at Brookdale on 2 separate occasions. Having served Seniors in the North Fulton area for the last 15 years, I can confidently say you will not find another tenured team like ours. We are a well oiled machine with over 137 combined years of Senior Living Management experience. The residents truly love living here because we become extended family to them. We have beautiful outside areas for walking. The kitchen goes out of its way to please everyones appetite. The staff is very open to feedback and input from the residents. There are many, many activities. Something for everyone!

What is among the first five questions you are likely to ask when you seek to become familiar with a retirement facility - with Chambrel Roswell? After types of living arrangements (i.e., independent living, assisted living, memory care); after cottage or apt.; after cost; after food services; after personal care aspects. You come down to what other living details are there? What about access to a library, a salon, medical assistance, daily personal care or what about physical support? Now, you have reached the age where individual care and physical skills are needed more than ever. Well, Brookdale Chambrel offers an in house physical therapy department with occupational and speech therapies as well. Brookdale Chambrel is one of the few living facilities in the metro Atlanta area that offers a Medicare-recognized therapy center right in the main building. You dont have to make outside arrangements, schedule appointments, arrange transportation and the like. Further, the therapists are certified, well- qualified and ready to assist. After evaluation as to your personal needs, an individualized program is set up and you are on the calendar ready to go to work. That schedule is sufficiently flexible to accommodate doctors appointments and the like. Should you be ill or incapacitated the therapist will come to your living place and carry out the assignment. Where else could one find such an easy to use arrangement? Clearly, its a winner! In my personal experience with the PT lab I have had four two-month sessions in the five plus years of living here: for balance, for strength, for flexibility and the most recent for strength and posture correction. With each session the necessary follow-up exercises were provided. The therapists are helpful, friendly but always task oriented. With this last visit I decided any future improvement is strictly up to me to utilize a defined exercise program. Throughout my experiences I noted the therapists are major encouragers. Even slight improvements are praised. Some clients come away displaying what I consider remarkable improvement - some I could not have expected. Each client should applaud the therapists, their skill set and dedication with which they seek to improve our individual physical living toolkit. My mother has been living at Brookdale Chambrel for a little over 3 years. The staff have gone above and beyond to engage the residents and keep them active. This has been particularly hard for everyone during COVID, but they have done an outstanding job. They have also communicated very well to the families so that we all know what is going on. My in laws lived at Chambrel several years ago. It was a great place then and is still a great place now!!

The memory care at Brookdale Chambrel is a wonderful place! My mother moved here and the nurses and staff are so caring. The chef does an excellent job and the meals are delicious! I highly recommend Brookdale Chambrel if you have a loved one who needs memory care.

Im so happy that I selected Brookdale Chambrel to be my home. My online research found this to have the larger apartments at more affordable prices than other places, and the property and views are beautiful. Here Im a part of an active community where I and others participate and are heard. The meals are varied and delicious, served by attentive staff where we dine in small and large groups of choice. We have interesting and engaging activities, weekly housekeeping, and transportation to health appointments, shopping and more. But mostly Im glad Im here because - its the people - both residents and staff. Friends are easy to make, and I know Im safe, secure and home.

My mom stayed here for a short time before I felt I needed to put her in another facility. What I appreciated about Brookdale most was that ALL the staff REALLY care about your loved one. Naqui is a superstar there and i wish they could clone him. The facility is very big and he does his best to be available. I felt communication was good as well. I appreciate the front desk folks especially Regina. She is a sweet heart. All her caregivers were patient and kind.

My mother has lived in this community for a year now. It is a very old community and the common areas do need updating. They have somewhat updated the apartments which are acceptable. They offer a lot of activities to keep my mom busy if she chooses. The food is my biggest gripe. They do not have a chef on the property. The meals are very inconsistent and the portion size varies daily. Some meals are good while others are inedible. My mother no longer cooks so her main meal for the day absolutely needs to be edible. I think this property still has a lot of work to do.

I had the privilege of taking a group tour through Brookdale yesterday and being treated by the staff with a wonderful lunch. I was very impressed with the whole facility and the tour, itself. Kate was our guide. Kudos to her. Although I'm not in the market for an apartment or a cottage, I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who is in need. I was especially impressed with the amenities.
