The best decision I've made. The people are wonderful, and very accommodating. I wake up and go to sleep with no worries of day to day living issues. Just about everything I need is provided. Its clean, the grounds are beautiful. I am very happy here.

Amazing on site live in managers, Brian and Randi, make the place special, caring, safe and secure. The food is really good. The wait staff is attentive, kind and caring. The special events are well planned, fun and fantastic. The salon is adorable and residents are happy. I am so impressed with how well the maintenance technician keeps the place running so well. On site golden homes is wonderful as well as the PT team. Beautiful place!

I am a retired Army Veteran, Sanford estates has helped me along the way. They moved me from a Days Inn 20 miles away. I didn't feel safe there. I am very active in the community and I fight hard to get Veteran what they need. I was welcomed with open arms by the managers and sales leaders. The food here is amazing. Y'all are a blessing thank you.

Our parents live at Sanford Estates and are very happy there. They are well taken care of and safe. If we have any questions or concerns about anything Toni and Lonny are always right there to help. They always take care of things immediately. Melissa does a fantastic job with keeping things active and fun over there. It was the best thing we did to move them into Sanford Estates and we highly recommend them.

Wonderful independent living community in Roswell GA. My dad has been living there for two years and is really happy there. Caring staff, many activities, friendly residents who look out for each other. Well maintained community!The complex is looking out for the residents during the COVID-19 pandemic and I know my father and others are safe while all precautions are taken. Thanks to all at Sanford Estates!

Current resident review - August 2018. Beautiful, elegant facility built in December 2016. Frequent management team changes - five Manager and , or Assistant Manager team changes in one year. Very average food - great breakfasts, okay lunches and very weak suppers. Transportation to doctor appointments and shopping strong. Historically weak activities program for residents.

My father moved into Sanford estates in June 2018. My father is very happy there and has made a lot of new friends. Its a Very well run complex, the managers and all support staff are very attentive to the residents needs. A good variety of activities if residents choose to partake. The complex is brand new and is maintained by a very caring team. The in house ala carte aid staff is outstanding - they offer additional services for a very reasonable fee as needed. As far as Im concerned, Sanford Eststes is top notch!

I cant speak highly enough of this place. I just recently visited my Nana and had the pleasure of staying at Sandford for about a week. In addition to the extremely courteous and caring staff, the amenities are perfect for both young and old. A full library, computer room, game rooms, activities, a real movie theater - the list goes on. This is the type of place I wish to retire to someday.
