I brought my wife, Pamela, to Brickmont (The Claiborne) two years ago after several bad experiences at other facilities. The Brickmont staff has been wonderful and very caring. Right from the start after meeting Elizabeth Cioppa, I felt good about the place. Pam's caregivers, Stephanie, Sam, Alicia and Kristin during the day and Vena, Kartisha, Madison and Kiera (who carefully helps Pam shower) in the evening are wonderful. Her MedTechs, Alicia and Andrea ensure she has her meds (with a smile). Laura, the activity Director keeps Pam busy and her mind active. Aaron, the chef always greets us with a smile and delivers great meals every day. The front desk is always covered with pleasant and helpful people like Jennifer and Cecelia. THANK YOU Brickmont.

The experience we've had with Brickmont has been amazing. The staff and the sense of urgency to move our parents into assisted living was nothing we could've expected. This was new territory for us and everyone at Brickmont guided us through the process. The first couple of months have exceeded our expectations.

We recently move to Brickmont of Roswell when the home my loved one was living was sold and closed. The sales director and director were both knowledgeable and responsive. The rooms are more open and spacious than many other the other homes we looked at. The activities offered were comparable to other homes as was the food. Many of the caregivers are kind and caring. IF your loved one has NO health issues, is on NO medications or can self medicate (unlikely with the strict guidelines), Brickmont might be an option for you. However, IF you have to communicate with the head nurse on any matters you will be HIGHLY regret your choice to move in. Medications are not given on time, I believe sometimes they are given incorrectly, and as needed medications are often not made available at all. (Please read other current reviews referencing this same issue) When considering Brickmont, or any other home, I strongly advise you to meet and interview everyone one you will have to communicate with on a regular basis. Had I gone with my gut feeling when I met the head nurse for the first time, I would have NEVER chosen Brickmont. Hopefully my lesson learned can save someone else the misfortune of having to go through the same experience we did.

we toured this community looking for a place for my mother-in-law. it was just what we were looking for. We came in right about lunchtime and was impressed how the care staff assisted the resident, and was very nice to us. we saw much fun activities to keep resident busy given that my mother-in-law likes to stay busy. the food looked really good. amazing care staff. she is loving it there.

The moment I entered the facility I was greeted by a pleasant and very friendly concierge who was very accommodating and answered all my many questions. I was taken on an impromptu tour of the very immaculate facility. The entire staff seemed very professional and friendly.

My Mother was one of the first resident's to call Brickmont of Roswell, home. Yes, it's a beautiful building with gorgeous decor, but what makes it special are the people. From day one, they treated her so sweetly. They know what matters most to her and make sure she feels it everyday. Everyone you encounter has a smile and a great attitude. My Mother loves it here. And she NEVER wanted to move anywhere, but stay in her home forever. She thought she was okay. Living at Brickmont, she's been busier than she ever was at home. She gets all the social interaction she was missing. She's living her best life. If you are looking for a senior community with heart, look no further.

Toured the community and was greatly impressed with how friendly and caring the care staff was with residents. Activities looked to be very engaging and very versatile given a look at the calendar. I am very interested in bringing my family, it was very warm and inviting and I left feeling very cared for.

Karen made me feel so welcomed during my tour and I can not say enough good things about Brickmont. I was so impressed with the entire building. The cleanliness and pricing were next level. The fact that it is all inclusive really had me sold. So happy my father is a resident. He loves it there. They encourage him to attend the daily activities and mingle with his friends. When I come to pick him up he doesn't even want to leave!!
