The staff is nothing but friendly and helpful. They answer any questions I have day or night. All the time Ive visited, Ive never seen an upset resident. It saddens me to see such negative reviews, on such a loving and caring facility.

Would never leave a loved one at this place. Care was so bad we had to move her. No nurse of staff to administer drugs to where we had to call our hospice nurse to come even in middle of the night. They knew up front that this patient had cancer and would need narcotics but never mentioned they were not allowed keep our person comfortable. The staff mispronounced meds and seemed uneducated in health care.

My mother lived here from June 2016 to June 2020 and it was a great place for her; we hated to move her but had no choice since we were moving to Texas. She loved the people there, was happy, and the people ar Mary and Marthas DO care for their people. My wife and I moved from Chattanooga to Texas in 2020 and are moving back to Chattanooga in 2021. Mom is going back very soon and will be happy there once again and we look forward to it. Most assisted living facilities dont care for their people like Mary and Marthas, I guarantee it!

I was sorry to see the bad review of one of our ex employees husband but we have the best interest at heart for all of our residents and their families. We do not just ask someone to leave for no reason. the review is false and slander. We treat all our residents and their family with respect. the review is totally false and untrue of the events that lead up to the parties being ask to leave the facility.

They take great care of my mom here. They make sure shes clean, takes all of her meds, and eats well every day. She seems to feel very at home and she likes that they will take her to the store. The facility is always very clean and well kept.

My grandmother lives here and really likes it. They make sure she takes all of her medicines and make sure she's kept clean and cared for. She says she feels like she's still as independent as possible and I know that's really important for her.

Wonderful facility. Everything is always clean and all residents seem happy and well cared for. My mother lives here. I wanted her to stay with me, but she refused because she didn't want to feel like a burden. We ended up agreeing on Mary and Martha's and I am glad we did. She is never bored, since they have so many activities, and I don't have to worry about her doing more than she can handle or forgetting her medicines. Thank you for taking such good care of my mom.

I moved in here about four months ago and I really like it. Everyone is very kind and helpful. The building is kept clean. My hips are bad and I have to have some help getting around and everyone is very accommodating. They take us shopping and the food is great! I love not having to cook myself anymore. I feel really lucky to live in such a nice place with such lovely people.

My grandmother recently moved in and seems to really enjoy living there. The facility is always very clean and all the other residents seem well cared for. Nana says the food is good and she is treated well. Couldnt ask for more from this place.

I was saddened to read the response Scott gave on Mary & Martha's Personal Care and I was wondering since he never mentioned if he had a loved one there or not, after reading the post , makes me think he did not. I think M&M is a very nice place, it has a great down home setting, the food is home cooked and good country food. all the staff is so nice and go out of their way to make sure the families and residents are happy, its all like one big family there. the rooms are so clean and it always smells so fresh upon entering the door. the caregivers there are great with all the residents, i think it is a great place to have your love one and feel good knowing they are very well cared for.
