My mother-in-law was a longtime resident at this facility. It has been years since she passed away, but the memories of the care and compassion she received here remain close to my heart. This is a specialized facility that serves Korean-speaking residents, making it an incredible option for seniors who are most comfortable communicating in Korean and who appreciate familiar language, culture, and meals. The administrator went above and beyond to make every resident feel at home. She made sure they received nutritious meals, maintained a beautiful backyard where residents could relax and enjoy the outdoors, and created a warm, welcoming environment that truly felt like home rather than an institution. More importantly, every resident was treated with dignity, kindness, and genuine care. The administrator also made sure the facility remained compliant with regulations while never losing sight of what mattered most: the well-being of the residents. I am forever grateful to the administrator and her husband for everything they did. Their dedication never felt driven by money. Instead, it came from a sincere desire to care for people during one of the most vulnerable times of their lives. In today’s world, where many large nursing homes and rehabilitation centers continue to grow through mergers and acquisitions, truly personal care can be hard to find. This facility stands apart because it treats residents as people, not numbers. I believe there’s often a waiting list to get in, and for good reason. If you have a Korean-speaking loved one and are looking for a place where you can trust the people caring for them, I wholeheartedly recommend this facility. Be realistic with your expectations, be fair, refrain from asking for things you can’t provide, communicate your loved one’s needs, and you’ll find a team that genuinely wants to help. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to the administrator and her husband. Your kindness, compassion, and dedication gave our family peace of mind, and we will always be grateful.
