They care more about the outside appearance than inside the apartments. I've complained about mold for 5 months and nothing has been done. They've called me to complain about my dog poop But when I ask about the mold, I'm always met with "Well you should move." The place is clean and well kept on the outside, which is why I gave 3 stars but they need better management and maintenance.

The Walton Village & Legacy at the Walton Village (55+) is the best decision we made in our lives without having any regrets about it being a place to live in for the rest of our lives, a place of peace of mine. Great landscaped, quiet neighborhood, great staffing, already ready to resolve any issue's personal or with the property. Try it out for yourself.

Walton Communities cares about its residents and addresses concerns and needs as promptly and as thoroughly as possible. The staff are wonderful, thoughtful and caring.

Although I didn't get approved because I'm over income ( they included child support from my divorce decree. I haven't gotten child support in 12 years which was verified with the child support office), Julie and Shelley were polite and informative during the application process.

This is a great community to live in management is excellent in most cases Safety is no problem. I would recommend and I have recommended people to live here. It's a great community once again.

I have lived here for 5 years and have had a wonderful experience with the staff and the community. You could not ask for a better place for the price. This is a perfect community if you have children and want a safe, clean, and quiet community.
