Since this new management team came on board, things have gone really really well. They have a great attitude, are very responsive and helpful. There have been also steady upgrades over the last couple years. I've had no issue with varmints. I can't tell you the last time I even saw a roach.

Everybody needs to learn how to get a long. An clean up after themselves...an over all...just be glad God give you a nother day. So make the best of it... I have lived here 11 years... Everyplace has its ups an downs. Nothing is perfect in this world. Life is short.. so enjoy everyday the best you can . You,LL have good days an bad. But anyday Above ground . Is a great day...Management does the best they can do . With the resources they have. So just do the best you can do... Overall there are always room for in provement an it can be done. You cant expect 5star a 3star price . Im in a wheelchair, disabled. Its hard to find places. Now I can. But I would rather see this place improve. 2 things 24hr elevator service . An better roomates. Some really are not ready for independent living yet. I have experience dealing with the mentally challenged. I handle it. But it can be hard for people who havent...we just need a little better screening of roomates.. be better for peachstone. There be less move outs. An less evictions,an less trouble all around... Then maybe , this place can be a success. That would be great..

My son has lived there for the past two years. He really likes it. Whenever I visit his roommates are always very respectful. The unit is well kept. The grounds are clean. I also love that it is well lit at night.The office personnel are always nice and professional.

I have been a resident at Peachstone Independent Senior Living Apartments for a year. Recently, I have signed a lease to extend my residency. I have seen an improvement in the surrounding residences and living conditions here in the last year.The management staff have been responsive to my needs and numerous questions. Felicia Alford manages quite well under difficult circumstances which can arise in a changing senior living environment. Maintenance has been responsive to my needs as well. It is a good place for me currently being single and in my early 60s. Peachstone Independent Senior Living Apartments is home for the while and this is my present personal review.

I used to drive for Medicaid transportation and I reported people back and forth to the doctors appointments and I have seen a lot of stuff that goes on in nursing homes and other things but to my nature I dont know whats going on behind closed doors but it seemed like a very nice place but whatever you see going on it actually dont happen like that
