You have to be on the good side with the maintenance crew to get something done to your apartment. I have been complaining about hot water for months. Other people that raise hell get things done immediately. Is hot water not a priority?

Fire alarm goes off 1 or 2 times a week. Intercom is obnoxious and too loud in each apartment. If you are resting the announcements are usually unnecessary and annoying they could put up notes instead of bothering people. Very clean and newly renovated. Great price too

5-7 years ago I would say instantly, yes q wonderful place for your loved one or one's. I am not going to be negative on ths review period because at one point several years ago they saved a woman's life. My mother. Things have changed dramatically. Everyone probably already knows that. Just go for yourself make the decision yourself. Afterall , it will become home.

This is a wonderful place for our older generation, the staff treat the tenants like family, the tenants treat the staff like family it just one big family and I love being there with them to enjoy. Thanks to the administrative staff Ms.Val and Ms Rose!
