No phone calls from facility, no answer either. They say 34 hrs but Noone ever answers or calls back. They have disrespected employees & of course elders, kick ppl out for no reason, fire ppl & then blame it on everyone else but themselves(the ppl who run it but don't ever put their name out there....[name removed]!!!) [name removed]! RUDE AF, not helpful unless it serves her & non informative because it doesn't serve her & her hrly wage. Everything seems nice at first BUT it's not...BE CAREFUL!

A bit pricey in my humble opinion. Not affordable for a lot of seniors. Took 2 weeks to get answers. Left 2 messages but no one returned my calls. The 3rd week I called and finally spoke to someone but her knowledge was limited.

We like it. My loved one likes it. She says the food here is wonderful. They have an activities calendar. They were less expensive for more services here. The price was locked in and there aren't a lot of extra or hidden fees. Every room in the apartment is wheelchair accessible. They call a lot and let us know every thing that is going on. It would be nice if it was a little bit smaller of a community.
