I find The Bridge to be full of caring people. I was I impressed by the love and care of the caregivers. They are extremely compassionate with their residents. There are many activities and entertainment to please the residents. The food is made with care and there are several dishes to select from. I have seen many of the residents joining the entertainers , and having fun. Great place to live.

‘Really fun Juneteenth activities today at The Bridge—my mother-in-law had her nails done, we bought some great salt-free seasoning, we bought some yummy chocolate-covered strawberries, enjoyed some icees and Jamaican jerk chicken smothered fries while enjoying music and videos outside…..Nice job, Paula and Team!

I come with a group from our church, Free Chapel. We come to share Jesus by singing hymns, give a brief message, hugs, smiles, and give encouragement. We always leave feeling more blessed than what we were able to give. It’s an honor and a privilege to come.

I do not have the words or vocabulary to express how wonderful my experience was when my mother lived at The Bridge. My mother Mildred Pinion moved into The Bridge sometime in 2010 when she could no longer care for herself at home. She had early stages of dementia. The personnel working at The Bridge were the most caring, loving and supportive of each guest and made them feel at home. Each guest was treated with kindness, compassion and respect. I lived very close to The Bridge and was a regular visitor almost every day for the 8 years my mother lived there. I have stayed in touch with many of the ladies that cared for my mother. They are Gods angels that have a gift for caring for the elderly. And believe me their job is not easy. My mother lived at The Bridge for approximately 8 years and peacefully passed away October 4, 2018. I highly recommend The Bridge for your love ones. No place is perfect but The Bridge comes very close. I will always have fond memories of The Bridge and their personnel because I know my mother spent the last 8 years of her life happy and content. Thank God for The Bridge.

The Bridge has been a wonderful place for my aging mother when I could no longer care for her in my home. The staff is friendly and caring and in an industry that can be challenging. They continue to do the most challenging work with dedication and patience. They give me peace of mind that my mother is safe when I cannot be there to care for her. There are a wide range of activities for the residents thanks to the wonderful activities director Paula, and the staff decorates for every holiday. The concerns I have from time to time are handled with care and respect.

My mother is a resident at The Bridge. For the most part our experince has been excellent. Like with any company there is a lot of employee turnover with the support staff. I assume it is a pay issue. This frequent change in staff requires my mother to have to get comfortable with a stranger providing her the personal assistance she requires. This is the only reason I didnt give it 5 Stars. The executive staff in general does an amzing job making my mother feel very comfortable. I am very satisfied with their attenteiveness to my mothers needs. I am especially happy with how Paula James and Lashon Smith Brooks treat my mother. They always make a point to personally check in with my mother even though their job duties have them very busy. And last but not least Thembi Knight, and all the front desk staff are always so welcoming. The Bridge is a great place for my mother and gives me and my family peace of mind knowing that she is in good hands.

The Bridge in Lawrenceville GA has taken the best care of our parents. We moved our mother and father in almost 6 years ago. Their quality of life was enhanced. The staff does not change often which I take as a sign of a good company with good people. Some folks helped us move our parents in and were also there to hold our hands as they passed. The Bridge is an excellent choice for providing care for your loved ones. We have recommended it in the past and will continue to recomend it. We are so glad for the many friends that we made there . My wife and I have toured over a dozen facilities thus far to find the best place for our loved one. Every facility has greeted us warmly except this one. We realize today was a hectic day for the staff because of the family Thanksgiving dinner, but the attitude Lashon displayed while checking us in was unacceptable. If she is rude to potential future customers, I cannot begin to imagine how she would treat residents. I am giving them two stars because the room was spacious and bright, but the HVAC was buzzing loudly and Cady made no mention of it being fixed even after my wife pointed it out. We realize that no place is perfect, but first impressions count. We’re going to keep looking.

My Granny lived here for 6 years until she passed away. They all loved my Granny and cared for her like she was family. Her favorite part of the day was breakfast. She always looked forward to that meal. Thank you for everything you all did to make her stay wonderful.

If I could give more stars I most definitely would! Words can not express enough about this place! This is the most uplifting, clean and professional facility that I have ever been in! Every last one of the staff from the executive director (Chris) office manager (Heather) Resident Services Director (Marly) Lifestyles (Paula) all the way down to the CNA and med techs are so welcoming and very professional! The moment you walk in they make you feel at home and is so involved with all the resident and really care! Every last one here is like family to me! I have been in a lot of facilities and this is my one and only choice!!! If you or you know of someone in need of a GREAT facility THIS IS THE ONE!!! Keep up the GREAT work The Bridge!!! ———
