I have family that has lived here for several years. The place has had ups and downs. It's beautiful and nicely decorated. Some of the staff are exceedingly friendly and LOVE the residents! Shout out to them and especially the front-desk peeps like Yovany and Eileen! Kudos to Alberto, the maintenance guy. He is so kind to all the residents and is very knowledgeable. Always has a smile on his face. He has two other maintenance men, who work with him. The food has improved. My family says it's good overall. My family waited for ages for a new treadmill (the prior one broke). The prior director told my family the long anticipated new treadmills arrived. They never did. Not sure why the discrepancy between words and actions. Update: A new director has now come in, and he acquired a treadmill. Huzzah! My family says this director is getting things done. Nice! There was a new'ish activities director, who sadly left to move to another state. The newest director has cut back considerably on Bingo. Bingo is a big deal to many folks there. They used to have it three times a week. They're fortunate if it's even once a week now. They have about four cleaning ladies now, which is pretty well staffed. They have one primary driver now, who I hope will stay. I always want to see Garden Plaza succeed because I honestly believe the staff works hard for the residents! I'm grateful to them all!

We moved here from another facility in Lilburn that many consider the best! After a few months here I can honestly say Garden Plaza is the place to be! As a retired Property Manager, I pay attention to everything. Though all is not perfect, perfection is certainly their goal. Every concern I've expressed has been addressed to my satisfaction or a reasonable explanation Provided! Things are done timely and always with a gracious attitude! I'm always proud to show off my new home to friends and family. It makes me feel good that staff is so friendly and even know my name!

The venue hosted the Ms. Georgia Senior America pageant May 27, 2023 and it was so wonderful. Garden plaza is a gorgeous place, the staff was super helpful and so friendly. We were thrilled to be there for the 4th year. Everyone who attended said it was a beautiful place. John was incredible with the food as always !!!

I absolutely love this beautiful place that ministers to all my needs.. It is beautiful and elegant. The staff goes above and beyond with the details that we need and care about.. We have a staff that addresses all our concerns. Please come and visit us. It will be the best decision you have ever made.

My family was in need of One Level Living for my Mom after she had an incident. In March of 2023, our family life changed. We spent 2 months in hospital and rehabilitation care. It was decided that the best move for Mom as she started to recovery was a place where she would never be alone and did not have the daily challenge of stairs. This is when we met Ms. Lashea Carrillo. My Mom was so closed off and angry about the change that she was not receptive to her. But Lashea was so kind and professional when she spoke with my mom, that later on my mom wanted to meet with her again. Needless to say, Lashea was so kind, informative and respectful to my Mom that at that visit she had decided this is where she wanted to live. Thank you Lashea Carrillo for caring and informing my Mom. We move in June.

Moved in October 31 & my experience has been good & except more good things to come The staff r great. Our dinning room, food & especially our food is great. Especially the dining room servers. Atler (goes to College during the week) works on the weekend is always ready to serve in anyway he can. So nice & perlite. A handsome young man who doesn't mind putting up w/complaining elderly people! WE LOVE HIM

This is a beautiful property with beautiful residents. The front desk staff is always so friendly and helpful. I have been coming to Garden Plaza bringing love to the residents, through song, for years!! Great place to visit to sing . Beautiful place to reside in.

Adler made our Christmas Eve luncheon so wonderful. He took such great care of us as we came to visit our parents for the holidays. We laughed, joked, and had such an awesome time with him. He’s a keeper!

The Garden Plaza staff are wonderful and helpful. We worked with staff for an out-of-state move for our family member that went seamlessly. We visited multiple senior communities in the area and The Garden Plaza options for assisted living were by far the best. Great job and continue to be a blessing for the Community.

Garden Plaza - Lawrenceville has been nothing short of wonderful. My loved one enjoys the staff from the administrators to the grounds keepers. Everyone has been doing a great job providing the total experience that five star assisted living community offers. We have been fortunate to have such great clinical and support staff care for our loved one. Great job and keep up the great work you provide to such a fragile population, especially our grandmother!

Garden Plaza hosted the Gwinnett Council For Seniors Holiday Party and it was well organized, beautifully decorated and the food was delicious. We shall return soon.

A family member resides here, and it is lovely. Beautiful. Clean, wonderful menus, nice staff. Great housekeeping. Interior courtyards are a nice focal point. Dining room staff attentive.

I have family that lives here. The place is immaculate and beautiful. Most of the staff is very friendly. The place works hard to reach out to the outside community. They go out of their way to hold events that include family members, such as the recent Halloween, Fall festival and todays Thanksgiving brunch. Several staff members approached us and made us feel very welcome today. I can tell they work very hard! However, theres room for improvement, especially for the price they pay. This place isnt cheap. My criticisms are 1) Dont run out of food. Have enough burgers, ketchup, basic staples, etc. My family says this happens often and the cost is too expensive to keep running out of food; 2) Dont curse at work if youre an employee there. I overheard an employee there say something inappropriate. Fortunately my family addressed it with the staff and it was handled and addressed very well. Overall, Im grateful my family is treated well and taken care of there. It gives me great peace of mind.

If I could give more stars I most definitely would! Words can not express enough about this place! This is the most uplifting, clean and professional facility that I have ever been in! Every last one of the staff from the executive director (Chris) office manager (Heather) Resident Services Director (Marly) Lifestyles (Paula) all the way down to the CNA and med techs are so welcoming and very professional! The moment you walk in they make you feel at home and is so involved with all the resident and really care! Every last one here is like family to me! I have been in a lot of facilities and this is my one and only choice!!! If you or you know of someone in need of a GREAT facility THIS IS THE ONE!!! Keep up the GREAT work The Bridge!!!

The most outstanding quality of Garden Plaza is the warmth and caring attitude of everyone who works there. We could not find an employee who worked there less than six years from the concierge desk, to housekeeping, to the dining staff. This speaks volumes about the organization. My moms lifestyle has greatly improved from living alone. She is busy, busy, busy, and happy, happy, happy. What is often described as a tumultuous time in the life of a family was an absolute joy for us.

Garden Plaza is a cruise ship without the water and sea sickness. The staff is family and you would be hard pressed to find more than four or five employees who have worked there for less than six years. That is powerful.

I have friends living at Garden Plaza and visit them often. The facilities are beautiful, inside and out. We are always greeted warmly and shown every courtesy. The meals have been very good and plentiful, the many times I have shared a meal with the residents. A wonderful experience.
