I toured your facility! It was a very clean place. A beautiful home vibe. I loved that it was all senior independent living space. Daphne was so very gracious and kind, very helpful explaining all that the facility offered in great detail answered-all the questions that I and my family who visited the facility with me had. She showed us several options of apartments so we got a good feel for what was available. Also showed us other areas such as dining room, explained menus. Gave us great detail regarding events and activities. Gave us an information regarding transportation, medical care and much more.

Beautiful before you even reach it! Plenty of parking, very well landscaped & laid out. Walking path with amazing view around the community! By far the friendliest community I’ve toured! Daphne, the sales director was so knowledgeable, friendly, kind & caring. She knows her stuff and made the day memorable with her special tour gifts ! Vicki the GM was so kind! She really knew her stuff and it was evident she loved her staff! Happy residents ™

What a beautiful bright and friendly community! The lawn is manicured beautifully. Flowers planted, patios clean, & everything looks loved before ever entering the community! The cottages are adorable! Wow! The portico was stunning, brand new bus & very happy residents welcoming everyone as they walk in. The residents were so helpful and happy! Ambassadors were so proud of their community & wanted to share with everyone!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care my dad has received at this independent living facility, Laurel Grove. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and genuinely treats the residents like family. It gives our family great peace of mind knowing he is in such a caring and supportive environment. I especially want to recognize Mrs. Vicki for her exceptional kindness and dedication. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure my dad is comfortable, cared for, and treated with dignity and respect. Her patience, warm spirit, and genuine concern for the residents do not go unnoticed, and she has made a tremendous difference in my dad’s experience. Thank you to Mrs. Vicki and the entire team for creating a welcoming community where residents can truly feel at home. 10 Stars! The community, staff, and residents all wear smiles. The residents are very warm and welcoming. From the time you pull up to the property, upon entrance, and every area off the entire community is beyong impressive. Michael Williams is one of a kind. He listens to understand, he's compassionate, and its evident he loves serving people. Every single person my mom and I made contact with felt like family. I feel good about choosing Laurel Grove for my mom.

I've been coming here to visit a client. The place is set in a quiet location. It's clean and beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. If I had an elderly family member that needed a place to live, I would highly recommend this place.

I would give them a 5++++ stars!! This was a GRAND SLAM on our tour of facilities of Independent Living for my mother in law. Michael Williams was a wonderful "tour guide". The staff that we met from the GM (Vicky), Chef Bryan, the receptionist (Denise), AD (Tanya), Housekeeping (Sherry and her Co- worker) were friendly and welcoming. The accommodations and the amenities were in her price range and all inclusive. So many wonderful amenities that were included in the monthly rent are mind- blowing. This is THE ONE! A Place For Mom service led us to their door, and Michael, Monica, and the staff made my mother in law want to stay!!! Thank you so much!!!

The atmosphere is bright, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The apartments are spacious and thoughtfully designed for seniors’ comfort and convenience.The staff are not only professional and attentive but also genuinely caring. Especially Michael Williams is very informative and helpful.

I toured Laurel Grove with Michael Williams, and it was a great experience. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The tour was thorough without feeling rushed, and it gave me a real sense of what life here would be like for my Mom. You can tell Michael genuinely cares about the residents and families. He took time to introduce me to staff members during the tour, and also accommodated me being late twice having to reschedule. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful time at Laurel Grove during the Hawaiian Luau event. The staff was so funny and welcoming. The building was spotless, and the food was great as well. I have never seen a general manager get out on the dance floor and get down! It was a wonderful experience. My grandmother and her friend had such a great time socializing and interacting with all of the residents. Thank you so much for ann anmazing day! I can’t wait for the next event!

From the time I entered the building I felt so comfortable. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and eager to help. The Director, Roslyn Jones , was so kind and patient with me . she guided me to each room and allowing me to take my time in each area. The rooms were spacious with plenty of storage. And the building was well kept. I’m definitely considering moving here.

When the new management came onboard, residents' meetings were resumed. It made the residents feel like their voices were heard and valued. The housekeeping staff is very efficient, caring, and a great team. The transportation system is excellent with a knowledgeable,caring, and efficient driver. The activities director has brought knowledge and skills that create a fun and loving environment. The waitstaff and kitchen staff care about all the residents. I'm impressed that the kitchen and waitstaff take my food allergy into consideration. They go above and beyond to make sure it's safe for me to consume the meals. Each month, we have different events, and the management staff has done a great job of making sure we feel valued and at home.

I have been here for 3 1/2 years and I have a great apartment and we have a great office staff, wait staff with some of the fine young kids who are so polite and always willing to help Our office, and all the other emphanloyees are the best. Always willing to help. Our housekeepers are so helpful when they clean our apt. I would like to have more activities. I am always willing to help and I love it. Thanks to all..

We moved to Laurel Groves on July 3, 2023. We received a very warm welcome from everyone and the staff has remained warm, welcoming and supportive. Management has changed somewhat since we have been here and like all independent living places experiences growing pains and remains flexible. The refurbishing that took place a year or so ago I am told has made a very positive difference in the lovely atmosphere. The grounds are well maintained. In a short time we have grown very fond of staff here, especially our Assistant Manager, Jessica Ford who has an award winning smile and a can-do attitude. And the cleaning crew and young people who serve our meals are very sweet. The long time residents have also been gracious a and welcoming to newcomers!

I have lived here for 3 months, and the staff is wonderful. Housecleaning service is great and very friendly. There are always activities here for the residents which stimulate our minds and bodies. One outstanding activity is when they arrange a couple times a month to get a restaurant to handle a group and then they provide the transportation. They provide transportation 3 days a week to take you anywhere in a 10 mile radius. I would have given 5 star except for concerns with food sevice. Example is 1) popcorn shrimp wss served I received 6 scrimps while another person same table got 10, 2) bucket salad was advertised but I got a chief salad with no dressing, 3) Sometime food is cold but I understand trying to serve 30 plus folks within a 10 to 15 minutes this happens, and 4) sometimes they run out of juices or the main entries because the food truck hasn't arrived in time.

My grandpa lives here, I want to say this place is beautiful. The residents are friendly and so is majority of the staff. My grandpa sings praises about some staff, known by Bibi and Z. I met Bibi, I wish I met Z. I wanted to thank them both for making my grandpas days a bit lively. My experience would have been amazing had I not bumped into such a RUDE WORKER NAMED SANDRA and by god was her attitude STRAIGHT AWFUL. She was practically throwing the food as she served it and snatching plates while people were still eating, even my grandpa. Come to find out she’s a housekeeper, but she should still be professional when serving. Or just professional in general. Cause my grandpa told me this SANDRA refuses to make his bed if she vacuums his floor. I’m like huh? Isn’t a housekeepers job to straighten up living spaces? I’m curious if management even exists here as my grandpa and others have ALREADY COMPLAINED ABOUT SANDRA, ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. MANAGEMENT DO YOUR JOB!!! CONTROL YOUR WORKER. p.s. Everyone else I came across wash a pleasant experience.

I never thought my first review would be for a retirement home. I have been looking for suitable homes for my grandma and this may be the one, or at least it enters my Top 3 choices. The staff were all friendly and helpful, while touring I saw a choir and turns out they’re a small part of the activities offered for residents. I thought it was nice. Surprisingly bathrooms here were the cleanest ones I’ve seen among the homes I visited, which is wild. But I think it speaks on cleanliness of the establishment, which is a major plus when deciding. However, I think the cherry on top of everything was the food. The food was flavorful and filling , I don’t know about everybody else’s grandma but my grandma could never eat no bland food. So I give the flavor a win. I also thought the dessert was so pretty. So Its only right I recognize the effort and give the plating and presentation a win too. And even though I said it already the staff were really lovely and from what I seen it seems they have a level of care for the residents. So I would like to praise the staff, and give a shoutout to the kitchen. And we’ll see what my grandma decides.

I recently visited here and ate lunch. The place is a bit hidden, but the food was great and the dessert looked pretty. I’m happy to have my parents live here, it’s peaceful and the employees are very involved with the residents.

My Aunt, who is more like my mom, moved in September 2022. First day we walked in it felt like a warm hug. Mom knew instantly it was were she wanted to be. The staff was extremely accommodating. Mom loves the activities, socializing with like minded people and being able to maintain some of her independence. The staff is so sweet and personable. They are genuinely compassionate and caring with the residents. The wait staff, predominantly high school are very engaging and seem to enjoy what they do. The recent renovations are FANTABULOUS! It really is like being on Holiday everyday at Laurel Grove.

My mother lived there for 5 years. As time went on, services diminished greatly. The food was not consistent and got worse as time went on. Pricing continued to increase as services decreased. We moved out recently and are very happy with our choice. We do not recommend this home.

I just visited with my Mom and I felt welcomed from Beth, who performed the tour, to the residents who showered my mom with attention. The food was very good as well. Lots of activities as well. Met the activities Director too and she has a natural energy that made me want to come the activities. I pray my mom is willing to switch!
