Smells like a nursing home when you come in the elevator stays out you have to walk to the other side of the building to catch the elevator.thley don't clean.when you ask for assistance they are not friendly.always changeing staff.no one stays in the front office long.

My mom moved in with me from NY some years ago. Boy that was an ajsutment. she really wanted her own space. so we looked around and came to Grayson Ridge. Really cool place and right around the corner from me. A bunch of active folk her age and shes made a bunch of friends there. The manager Darelle is really good and always helpful with good enerygy. Helping older people takes a lot of patience. Rent could be cheaper but then again we could have gotten a better president to help the economy. I'll get off my soapbox. Last year they brought in a new cleaning company and they have been really good at keeping the common area clean. The young man is always really helpful and really keeps this place shinning. The maintenance guy is always smiling and fixes things really fast. my mom is pretty picky and really opinionated and only has good things to say which makes my day much easier.

Initially I loved this place but now after time has passed it is severely under staff. Repairs take to long and too many excuses are given for things that need repair.

First off it's affordable, and its a brand new building . I feel the staff had to find a balance between execs decisions and residences issues. Im not sure how intense those situations are? Food/ Package delivery can be tricky sometimes but overall I enjoy living here. I wish we had a pool/ seniors like to swim too... Side note: You have to figure out whether or not you can tolerate all the goings on while living in a shared space?

Well, I'm not a resident. My application was denied being over budget. But, my W2 says different. I just think they should at least look at your check stubs and W2 to see if it matches up with what they're saying. Because yall are turning down people for making 52,000 a year. I'm looking at my w2 and it's only 42,000. Nothing I can do at this point. But, very disappointing!!

The property, management and maintenance is nice. My concern is dog owners who are ok with having their pet sit on sofas and chairs in common areas so I avoid them as much as I can. Dogs carry germs (and poop) on their bodies which can cause irritation to the human body. Also, some residents are smoking on the property because I smell it. I understand apartment living can be challenging so I deal with it by staying inside my unit as much as I can.

I love living here, they keep the property vlean, and answer the needs of yhe tenants. So glad no smoking is allowed in this building And how they make tenant keep there dogs in check!

Very nice quite place to live, many things to do, beautiful exercise room but, and there is always a but the elevator keeps breaking. It has been a month now that the elevator stops at the 3rd floor and will go no further. I live on top floor and have to take stairs or walk to the next elevator in the middle of building. There seems to be no hurry in management fixing this problem no matter how many people complained.

I have lived at Grayson Ridge since it opened last year, and I love it. Management is very professional, understanding, and a pleasure to deal with. I have submitted a few work orders, and they have been handled swiftly, courteously, and professional. All the staff is wonderful. The location is very convenient to just about everything I need. I recommend Grayson Ridge highly.

I really enjoy the peace and quiet, the tenacity is ok many are very polite. The area is good for shopping. I enjoy looking out my windows and seeing the deers. There are many activities to participate in.

My mom lives here and for the most part it's a great community with friendly staff and residents. There are only two complaints. The elevator is always down and the system for trash is horrible. If there was a better system in place so that trash isn't piling up that would be great. Maybe the trash company should come out twice a week instead of.once.

I like living here very much. I'm sure when all the amenities are available it will be even nicer. I especially like my fourth floor balcony. It's a nice place to sit and relax. My daughters made all the arrangements for me here and I think they did an excellent job.

My mom loves it!!! Very stylish and great amenities (electric vehicle charging stations, gym, lounge, theater room, salon, arts and crafts room, koi pond, gazebo, fire pit area, raised garden beds, and walking trail)! Outlets are up higher on walls for seniors and lots of storage in kitchen and baths. Each unit also has private outdoor space. Grand kids also love it!

Although things started off rocky, I.e no call backs, or return emails, I met a kind lady who listened, and cared. Ultimately, I now have the one bedroom apartment that I wanted. I believe that God put her in my space! Paprice Kendall, Assistant Manager, is the absolute best!!
