I love the diverse community that it is. The amenities are very accommodating i.e. fitness center, cozy library area, auditorium / theater, beautiful well kept common areas for get-togethers etc... Are there areas that could be improved??? Absolutely; but ALL things considered, its a clean comfortable community and I enjoy living here. Would I recommend it, I sure would.....

First off it's affordable, and its a brand new building . I feel the staff had to find a balance between execs decisions and residences issues. Im not sure how intense those situations are? Food/ Package delivery can be tricky sometimes but overall I enjoy living here. I wish we had a pool/ seniors like to swim too...

I have lived at Grayson Ridge since it opened last year, and I love it. Management is very professional, understanding, and a pleasure to deal with. I have submitted a few work orders, and they have been handled swiftly, courteously, and professional. All the staff is wonderful. The location is very convenient to just about everything I need. I recommend Grayson Ridge highly.

Very nice quite place to live, many things to do, beautiful exercise room but, and there is always a but... the elevator keeps breaking. It has been a month now that the elevator stops at the 3rd floor and will go no further. I live on top floor and have to take stairs or walk to the next elevator in the middle of building. There seems to be no hurry in management fixing this problem no matter how many people complained.

I really enjoy the peace and quiet, the tenacity is ok many are very polite. The area is good for shopping. I enjoy looking out my windows and seeing the deers. There are many activities to participate in.

The property, management and maintenance is nice. My concern is dog owners who are ok with having their pet sit on sofas and chairs in common areas so I avoid them as much as I can. Dogs carry germs (and poop) on their bodies which can cause irritation to the human body. Also, some residents are smoking on the property because I smell it. I understand apartment living can be challenging so I deal with it by staying inside my unit as much as I can.

My mom lives here and for the most part it's a great community with friendly staff and residents. There are only two complaints. The elevator is always down and the system for trash is horrible. If there was a better system in place so that trash isn't piling up that would be great. Maybe the trash company should come out twice a week instead of.once.

I like living here very much. I'm sure when all the amenities are available it will be even nicer. I especially like my fourth floor balcony. It's a nice place to sit and relax. My daughters made all the arrangements for me here and I think they did an excellent job.

I love living here, they keep the property vlean, and answer the needs of yhe tenants. So glad no smoking is allowed in this building And how they make tenant keep there dogs in check!

My mom loves it!!! Very stylish and great amenities (electric vehicle charging stations, gym, lounge, theater room, salon, arts and crafts room, koi pond, gazebo, fire pit area, raised garden beds, and walking trail)! Outlets are up higher on walls for seniors and lots of storage in kitchen and baths. Each unit also has private outdoor space. Grand kids also love it!

Although things started off rocky, I.e no call backs, or return emails, I met a kind lady who listened, and cared. Ultimately, I now have the one bedroom apartment that I wanted. I believe that God put her in my space! Paprice Kendall, Assistant Manager, is the absolute best!!

Since my last post, things have changed dramatically! We've FINALLY moved in May 2022! I really love my new digs! Management have been extremely supportive and understanding. The building is absolutely beautiful. As with any new building, there are some things that need to be refined and patience by the tenants is a must. If everyone follows the policies set forth by Dominium this building will remain clean & beautiful for years to come! Unacceptable move-in dates have changed 2x now & originally is was Feb 2022! Approved future tenants are having problems with their current living situation, movers & storage facilities as they have to keep changing dates. The staff at the temporary office in Dacula have been more than empathetic and professional but we all know their limited to what they can do and/or say. We're hoping that mid April 2022 is the final move-in date so that we ALL can move forward and settle in! Also when we call the temp office or send email nobody answer phone & no response to emails. Always have to drive to temp office to get any kind of response which is unacceptable especially due to rising cost of gas! NOW, to make matters even worse than before, I spoke with Asst Mgr @ Grayson Ridge & was advised move-in date changed to May 2022! I've got family coming from out of town for wedding & they were anticipating staying with me for few days. Now they will have to incur HOTEL EXPENSES! I'm so disappointed with this whole process! The contractors & corporate need to light fire under someone's feet to get this C of O process completed ASAP!
