Be sure to have cameras in the rooms to see and hear the caregivers of your loved ones and how they are treated, especially if Agency personnel are used. Be sure to record, or get everything you are told in writing. Be sure you have an updated list of meds being given, and be guarded that your loved one is not being over medicated to make someone’s job easier, especially at night. Be alert, advocate strongly for your loved one here or anywhere, and do your due diligence. We have only had a loved one here and advocating became a full time, daily job.

I work here and this place is so family oriented for the staff and residents., They go above and beyond to help in anyway. I was sick and the managers make a point to call and make sure I was doing ok. They really care about the staff and all of the residents. There is not many places like this around.

What a wonderful place to live! We researched many Assisted Living facilities before we chose Oaks at Braselton for our parents. The Oaks is so homey; the staff are caring and go out of their way to help; and the activities were engaging, varied and fun. They have all put in so much care and effort to make sure that their residents are kept safe and healthy during this pandemic. Best decision we have ever made. Made lifelong friends there. Best of all, I knew that my parents were loved there!

The Oaks at Braselton took such excellent care of my parents. My father loved the food and the blackjack games. Mom was a bingo fanatic! Dad was so glad that he had help and care with Mom. He knew Mom was in good hands. While he lived there only about 4 months, Mom lived there for just over 3 years. The staff members were so attentive and loving to her. I have nothing but love and respect for Oaks at Braselton.

These people are amazing and the facility is lovely! The residents receive exceptional care from team members who are truly interested in the well being of their residents! Management listens and responds to concerns and their attitudes reflect that they care for the residents under their care.

The Oaks at Braselton has done a wonderful job taking care of my loved one for the past year. The memory care unit has great care partners that have love and empathy for each resident. I am able to rest at night knowing that my loved one is happy and content at the Oaks.

I have been a part of the oaks at ashton hills in Covington since they opened and have enjoyed the many times I have done devotions and bible study there. these are fabulous establishments for those needing a little assistance in later years.

My dads been in memory care since May. They have taken great care of him! The staff love him and he loves them and has made some friends with some of the residents. Nothing but love shown there!

Someone who is like family to me lived here and when I went to come visit him I was amazed by how lovely this place was. The staff seemed really friendly as well. If you are in a position to where you need to be in a retirement home then Id say keep this place as an option in mind.

My grandmother has lived here for several years and calls it home. She had to move to be closer to family and because we didn't think she was safe living alone. Everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful and you can tell that they really care about the patients. They do a lot of fun activities and even though she can't move around as well anymore, she still gets to have a social life. We have never had any issues or complaints. It is nice to see my grandmother so happy and taken care of.

Oaks of Braselton is the real deal. They people there truly care about the well being of their residents. They know them, they love them and they take excellent care of them. My Mother -In-Law lives there and we sleep well knowing that the staff at The Oaks staff is there for her. It's a VERY hard decision to pick a location for your loved ones but from day one we felt like they had OUR best interest in mind when placing my MIL. Pop in anytime, they will welcome you with open arms.

My mom lives there and we have been very pleased. She has been there 11 months after a fall and surgery on her back. She gets rehab and has really enjoyed getting to know everyone.
