My Mother lives in this community and we thought it was a great place from the outside looking in, BUT there are MANY issues, some with the nonexistent maintenance, and some residents have sewage backup in their homes and haven't been able to flush a toilet in MONTHS and management is doing NOTHING about this. I would talk to the residents before considering letting a loved one move in.

I would have put zero stars if it would let me and out of fear of retaliation I left off my name. It’s clear that this site isn’t receiving the real reviews for these apartments. The newest regime of management [name removed] is treating seniors, many disabled, exactly like she most likely policed her own property prior to being here because it was filled with residents of all cultures all ages and included young gangsters living the ghetto life. Now she’s here disrespecting senior citizens and leading the staff the same way. She states she’s here to “clean house” but in reality, she is threatening seniors, many disabled of displacing them with most having no where to go or tr ability to move at all! Corporate needs to send her and her power trip to a place where bullying may work. She is literally harassing residents!

Water Tower Park has had it's share of problems in the past, but with recent changes it is becoming a great community. With a convenient location and still tucked away with privacy, it is a great solution to the lack of affordable housing for seniors across our state. If you have inquired in the past and are still looking for an apartment home, please consider giving Water Tower Park another chance!
