There is a Medtech/caregiver by the name of Angela L who is highly disrespectful, one day while visiting she undermined my conversation with one of the other care aids when I asked the caregiver was she the supervisor she said no she is always rude and starting trouble with them, having her around will bring your business straight to the ground. Other then that all the other staff is wonderful and pleasant, I am a frequent visitor of a friend of the family who loves it there.

This is a beautiful community. My family and I completed a tour with Heather during the tour she introduced us to Lakita Who offered for us a table to have lunch. We also met with the executive director Katrina. She took out the time to give me extra details and introduce us to the board of directors of their community, These ladies were sassy!!! Seem like something my Mother would definitely want to join. The people were very friendly and it seemed like they really cared for the people. They are definitely my top pick and we hope to move in very soon.

Very beautiful community. I had lunch while visiting a family friend it was fried chicken Wednesday and it was great. The Food and beverage director was out in the dining area with all the residents and the Executive Director I believe her name was Katrina was having lunch with some of the residents. Everyone seem to be enjoying their lunch and my friend said he was very happy and pleased with this place. Thanks to everyone for all that they do.

We have a phenomenal experience with The Phoenix. Our aging parent was a difficult case. Karen held our hand the whole way and our transition was incredibly and unexpectedly smooth. Our parent enjoys the activities and has a beautiful view of the lake. Most importantly we have peace of mind that our parent is safe and secure and well cared for. I highly recommend The Phoenix!

I work at this senior living facility and find it to be a lovely place with very caring staff and passionate managers! The building itself is designed like a ski lodge and has beautiful stone and wood throughout. Everything is built spaciously and is maintained well. Our dining services has jumped up a notch with our newest Chef with his dedication to providing several nutritious choices at each meal. We have meetings like a Senior Counsel and Chefs Chat to keep the dialogue open and make sure we are listening to what is going well and what needs improvement. Come check us out!

This place is first class all the way. If you care about how your parents are treated and the quality of their environment then you should definitely give this facility a look. Good food, quality facility and caring staff. Plus they have a great dock so if your a lake Lanier boater you can visit from the water.
