My mom was a resident of The Ashton for three months before passing away. During those three months, she received excellent care from the staff members working on the second floor. Even though she was under hospice care, everyone on staff went out of their way to make sure her needs were met. While they were very efficient in their jobs, they were also very affectionate and caring. I wish I could mention everyone by name. However, won't attempt doing so fearing I might overlook someone else. I have no complaints about The Ashton or the concern shown to my mom.

My great grandmother has been here for one month, and now looks like she's been in a boxing match. She's lost 15 pounds so far. Every time I walk through the front door I see the staff on the phone watching tiktok. No one at the front desk answers the phone! The staff does not help the elderly use the restroom or change their clothes at night when necessary. The entire staff has an extremely low response rate when the life alert button is pressed by the elderly residents. Also my grandmother's room amenities were never met ( TV remote)

Ashton Senior Living is absolutely great community for seniors. It is fabulously spacious, the staff is attentive and the facility is simply gorgeous and most accessible at the same time. I am a Physical Therapist and I highly recommend this Senior Living for anyone!

Its a beautiful place, large scaled and grand but loosely tethered together. It smells of urine at the large entrance, (which is surprising given the open space). Only 2 CNAs on the floor usually and neither of them can redirect very well, just stating NO, and not explaining why. They either arent trained to just redirect a resident for respects sake, or dont understand Itsa necessary skill in caregiving. The residenta sit way too long in one spot, dont always get taken to activities, and dont get opportunities to interact with staff other than at changing or feeding times. Also, the nurse or assistant constantly lets supplies run out they should have reordered for the resident, as well as bathroom supplies for the facility constantly being out. My husband and I have been disappointed in the care. One good note...my FIL is almost always clean and shaved with nice clothes on..even if they usually arent his

Ashton is a new, beautiful, clean Senior Living Home. Their care-takers took excellent care of my Mom for the 2 1, 2 years that she was there until she passed away. Mom loved the care takers, delicious meals and fun activities Ashton provided. I will be forever grateful to everyone at Ashton for the love and care they gave Mom.

So thankful I chose Ashton for my mom. She receives individualized attention through the day from people who seem to truly care about her. I stop by weekly to check on her, and she is always content and comfortable. She tells me how much she likes the staff there, and how glad she is that she is never alone.

The caretakers at Ashton took such great care of my dad (Lloyd). After coming from a facility where he was neglected and mistreated, as soon as he got to Ashton he was comfortable and happy. Visiting was such a nice experience and Im so thankful he was able to spend the last few months of his life there. Thank you to everyone who contributed to his care there!

I feel so confident in knowing that my parents are in such a caring, clean and beautiful place. I visit with them every day and have lunch, and the food is delicious and healthy! The staff at Ashton are very compassionate and quick on their feet to attend to my parents and other residents. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a place to care for their loved one, in fact my Physician is the one that recommended us!

Love the staff and the residents. The cook staff serves great food and the surroundings are lovely, clean and no oders present. They have lots of fun activities for the residents..I believe they are continuing to grow their staff making Ashton better and better.

I would just like to say that Ashton Senior Living is a very good place to stay. Because honest and being truthful about it there comes a time when your family has to be put into a place where they are taking care of. Ashton Senior Living staff has been very polite and respectful to me. Curtis McGill really had a vision for this place, and he is well thought of by his staff. The food is fabulous here and people need to come and see it because you never know where God will put you to be. As long as my father is happy and satisfied here I am also. God Bless each and every one that is a member of Ashton Senior Living keep on doing the good work!!!

My mom has been there 5 months in memory care. I visit regularly ( several times a week) and encounter Mandy on a very regular basis. She has never been rude, condescending, nor unpleasant. In fact, I have my thoughts about the ppl that are leaving negative reviews. Now About the facility. Its always clean and NEVER smells. The place is ran in decency and order. The staff is pleasant and have a heart for their work. Mandy is about her business, and runs a tight ship. It may not include stroking your guilty conscious. But shes there everyday all day. I met Kirk too. He has always been very pleasant. Im not there for meal times so I dont know how good the food is, but mom eats it. And there are no activities in the memory care unit that i have EVER witnessed. But Mandy honestly didnt set an unreal expectantion for activities. That is why i gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I did see activities in the regular assisted living part. I would recommend.

They provided every thing I needed. The medication management was excellent. The food was good too. Mandy the manager takes good care of the residents. Curt and Max are very friendly and helpful and Curtis and Lydia are very nice people.
