I am a current resident here and my stay has been outstanding. Canisha Robinson has been an excellent social worker. Samia, Stormy, Cici, and Veronica have been exceptional RN’s. All the CNA’s know their job and do it well. I would definitely recommend this place for rehabilitation or long term stay. Great job to the whole staff here.

We arrived during a management and staff change at this location. They have done an amazing job taking care of my loved one. They have gone above and beyond to meet our needs and concerns. I am truly blessed for the staff that I am in communication with daily and for the way they are turning things around.

My family member is currently in this facility the building is under soft but evident construction (doesn’t affect the guest) Ana Kaye assisted us andshe was very helpful the staff over all seemed nice was smooth the attractiveness of the building can be better but I won’t grade based on that as they are actively constructing

Placed mom here for rehab. I was uncomfortable with the condition of the facility, but over the past few weeks - big changes! Skilled workers have descended on this facility, repairing and painting walls, new lights, new ceiling panels, polished floorsbig time face lift! The staff? Awesome people! Responsive, polite, caringstaff gets 10 stars. A special thanks to Canisha Robinson, the Social Services Directora little dynamo that stayed in constant communication with me, always making sure I had the latest info on mom. Many thanks to you Canisha; I am truly grateful.

I volunteer and paint the ladies nails with my friend and neighbor. I always enjoy coming here. They recently did a Christmas party and we came and it was great, the other volunteers are amazing. The building was clean, the residents seemed well taken care of. The director is friendly and helpful. If you can please go volunteer here, if you can donate Please do. If you can bring items for the residents please do! They need and deserve help and love from their community.

I am with a group of volunteers frequently going to Crossroads and I really enjoy my visits. Every time I am there the residents are happy and are being well cared for. The facility is very clean and the staff is friendly. We sometimes come with games, food and treats and the staff allows us to interact and chat with the residents. We met last week with Mr. Ng, the new Executive Director and he shared his goal with us; which is to make Crossroads the best facility possible for his residents. As a volunteer I always look forward to spending time at Crossroads.

It has been recently bought by a new company and it’s clear they are trying to make the place better. However it was previously so run down that they have a long way to go.

My sister was there for 5 yrs.

a family member was transferred here from another facility where bedsores developed and went downhill pretty quickly from there.despite the outward appearance you cant beat the staff they always attend to the needs of the residents in a timely manner despite the obvious understaffing. The executive director will not hesitate to step in at a moments notice to attend to the residents. The property and building improvements lately are obvious.I have never observed any bug or roach presence and would like to thank the staff for their continuing support and dedication to the residents and families.I have personally visited other facilities in the local area that are newer and much more expensive that do not bring to the table anywhere near the compassion that Ihave witnessed everytime we visit.

I'm sorry but someone really need to change the website when you first look it up when you see the website you think of this is a nice place wrong far from it it looks nothing like the website. That place is depressing like really depressing. The food. They feed the patients I wouldn't dare serve to anyone. Lining patient up in a small hallway in wheelchairs just so they can see sunlight or look out the window it's just sad. They need a volunteer program to be honest and they need to do something to live up the place. It's just a sad place

My brother is a resident at this facility he has been there for years and all he can ever talk about is how the staff and nurses had always treated him with love and kindness and and made him feel like he is at home I want to take this moment and appreciate the staff for there ever loving and caring for him and the others there.

Thank God I didn’t listen to the reviews I drove to the facility and met the staff who was absolutely amazing and made my sister feel like she is home. I would have to thank everyone for doing above and beyond for my sister the staff keeps me well update and inform with changes or any emergency which I love. I would like to personally thank the administrator for dealing with my family cause I also know we are absolutely hard to deal with she has been very helpful and patient with us from the beginning. This place has really cleaned up and have a whole new staff. ™

I have had the most amazing experience with the staff members and residents. My Aunt has been at this facility for some time and they have treated her like their own family, she always talks about the love she gets from morning to night, every time I visit there is always a activity to a game night to someone’s birthday there celebrating, this is more of a home than a nursing facility. I appreciate every last one of the staff members to nurses to cna’s.

My mom admitted to Williwwood and I most say. Other than taking care of my mom myself. My experience with the staff and management at this facility has been great. The nursing team and Administrator is always available whenever they are needed.

My father almost lost his life to alcohol. Finally got him to the ER bc he refused care but he had alcohol induced dementia and didn't even know what year it was. His blood pressure was 60/40. Almost dead. Looking story short, he has been here and sober for over a year and it's happy here. He has friends and the people who work here are awesome. Ty staff!

In fairness I realize no nursing homes have raving reveiws. Intially I was so disappointed and frustrated. I only chose it for location and availability. As the staff has gotten to know my mother during her rehab stay it has gotten better. There are some CNA that are rude and don't want to help. They come to the room press the call answer button in the appropriate time frame, but don't follow thru on the request or task. Actually the registered nurses are very good. They caught an UTI and have had doctors coming in regularly to handle it. They now have her on an IV antibiotic. An issue we continue to have is the food. I am food safe certified and there are big issues here. My mom has chewing issues and is on a mechanical diet (requires soft food) not cut up meats. I would think meatloaf, spagetti, chicken pot pie, and simple easy to eat homestyle food would be very easy to prepare in large quantities and make everyone happy. I have work for an assisted living community and it is clear they have insufficient equipment to make the food properly. Example...they place all sandwiches in the oven to melt cheese and make it a HOT meal item.. All it does is curl and dry the bread completely out and she can't eat it. They make equipment that can make 60 grilled cheese at a time without drying them but they dont have the equipment. I'm not sure why the dont place the sandwiches in baggies to keep them edible and soft. Older folks have a hard time chewing. They dont use proper insulated covers to keep food hot going to the room bound patients. They send biscuits and toast(oven bread) with no butter. I have worked out most issues but the food. It was so infuriating when it took 4 weeks to get a cup of coffee at breakfast. I finally brought a mini coffee maker in and would drive there to make it for her. She is getting it now. I understand there are new owners, and I am hopeful that they follow Google reveiws and make the needed changes. The staff seems excited about the new owners. And please have consistant uniforms, name badges and their position.

I just want to take the time and appreciate all the staff at willow wood. My mother had a stroke and couldn’t walk and the only word that she would say was right. Well at first I was reading the reviews for this place and was a little worried about having my mom here, but when I saw that my mom was approving in her speech and moving around more made me happy. Then one day I came to visit my mother and she was like I have something for you. When I got there she walked for me but I had to hold her hand but it was still amazing. Then a couple weeks after that I came back to see her she got up and walked by herself to the bathroom and back to her bed I was so amazed how this place has helped her to stay strong to get back to herself. My mom was suppose to be released on November 20th, but instead this place has helped my mom get out sooner then that. My mom is back home on Halloween October 31st.!!! Thank y’all so much.!! ’

This is the first time I've been here to visit my grandma and I spoke with her and she said the place is really nice the people are really friendly when I walked in it was clean the people were helpful nobody was rude I'm not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from but from what I see this place is pretty nice.

The parking lot needs some street lights for security at night. It is so dark you can't see where all the pot holes are in the lot. It is a scary place at night.
