We have had a wonderful experience with Home Care Matters. I couldn't ask for a more professional and caring group of people. They took down our needs on the first phone call and they had us set up for assitance the next day! They were truly a blessing for my family after my aging father broke his hip. They helped with cleaning, walking dog, cooking, bathroom assitance, and so on. I would give them 8 stars if I could. They far exceeded our expectations.

During this hard time that we are facing I have not felt like I am alone in this. Best company everrrr! Abbey and Sky these two women are always there when you need them. Very caring, respectful and they go above and beyond to make sure your job and or whatever issue you may have are well takencare of. They go above and beyond for Clients needs as well never leaving them without a care giver to care for them. Only thing that would make this job absolutely perfect would be to have paid sick leave, vacation some benefits in addition, but other than that this company goes above and beyond for their Clients and the wonderful Men and Women who are employed at this company. Home Care Matters made the process of setting up care for my mother so easy. I was wary of having people in the house that I did not know. I was immediately at ease because each and every caregiver that came was so professional and made me very comfortable with them. They were very kind and attentive to my mother. During her last days they sat right with her , sometimes praying with her, singing along with music we had going and just being a great presence with her. Their concern for her was genuine. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for home health care. They took care of scheduling, I just told them what I needed and caregivers were always there 24-7. I could not have asked for a better situation. Great job!
