Madison Heights is the best memory care facility that you could put your loved one in. The layout of their facility allows the employees to give the best care to the residents. Every time Ive been to Madison Heights, the employees treat the residents like their own family member. Madison Heights is always trying to think out of the box on ways to get residents engaged and active which is very crucial to those suffering with memory problems. The facility is always very clean and its one of the only places I go to where employees can always be found because theyre always around the residents. The residents at Madison Heights has a joy that you wont see at any other place in the CSRA.

I am really impressed with Madison Heights Evans. I love the fun activities that are planned for the residents on a regular basis, from creative crafting to collecting cards from every state in the US and more. It is obvious how much they are cared for, and I am happy to recommend this place.

Even though my Mom was only there for 7 months, she received wonderful care. The staff was really great caring for her. I loved how she always had that smile on her face when they gave them little gifts and did activities with them.

This is my go-to facility when I have a patient in the hospital who needs placement and has dementia. They have such a great understanding of the specific needs of dementia patients. Also, a co-worker placed his mother-in-law at Madison Heights. She lived there for approx. 2 years and he always had positive things to say about the care she received.

My mom was a resident of MH for 3 years. I found MH to be a loving and caring environment for her. I was a very frequent visitor, and I always felt supported. It was a true team effort to provide a quality life for my mom as her dementia progressed. I consider many of the employees very good friends who helped my family through a difficult time.

I used to visit Madison Heights monthly when I would do art activities with the residents. My mornings at Madison Heights were enjoyable and the staff would encourage residents to participate and would also engage with and assist them. That was part of why I always look forward to my visits here, the residents clearly had support from their staff while I was on site. They would also come to the art museum for monthly outings before Covid. Its nice seeing residents at a living facility get to have a variety of experiences

I have a dear friend who has been a resident at Madison Heights for just over a year. She had only been there for 2 months when they had to cancel visits because of Covid. Even though life in any facility is never perfect and things do sometimes fall through the cracks, I absolutely commend the staff for the great care they have given her. They call me when they see she has a need and they are good at addressing an issue when her family or I am aware of a specific need.

Placing my mother in an assisted living center for memory care was the hardest decision I ever had to make. The staff at Madison Heights helped so much with the transition and have taken such excellent care of her. The caregivers are now my family, they care about my mothers well being and treat her with such care and respect. They have daily activities to keep the residents engaged and most importantly they treat the residents with the dignity they deserve. I am happy with the decision that I made and grateful for the care they give my sweet mama.

I cant say enough good things about Madison Heights and its staff! My mom was there for a year and it was probably one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make but it was definitely one of the best! My mom was happy there and it relieved so much stress from me! It was our extended family! I continue to tell people about our positive experience there! They were an answered prayer!

Ive had nothing but good experience here! My girls and I attended a parade over summer to support. Everyone was welcoming although we were in our cars but all the smiling faces that greeted us as we honked and waved our signs! Workers were happy and the seniors looked so happy to see everyone. My grandmother has Alzheimers and if she was with me this is where Id take her!!

With the help of A Place for Mom organization Madison Heights of Evans was the last care facility I visited in the CSRA. I was warmly greeted by the Staff and was impressed with the sense of caring for the individual needs of the residents. I needed to know I would be bringing my mother to a safe and caring environment. Mom was just no longer able to take care of herself due to Dementia and the onset of Alzheimers. Kelly was a great help in my mothers adjusting to being at Madison. Mom loved and was always happy when she could paint, color or do crafts. There were care facilities that would have been more convenient for me , but Mom needed the Memory Care assistance that the others could not provide. I believe that if you are in need of a place for your loved one , Madison Is a great choice.

Had we not had Madison Heights and the staff (whom I came to feel as family) I would not have been able to sleep at night. They were there for us every moment. Even after a year I still talk to the ladies there. I am so grateful for everything they did for Mama. I can never repay the kindness they showed my whole family. My mama was at Madison Heights for a couple of years. She loved the wonderful staff that took care of her and they loved her. I walked into her room one day and Melissa was rubbing lotion on Mamas arms...so sweet. She didnt have to but she cared. Janice took time to chat with her, as Mama loved to talk. Kelly went above and beyond planning fun activities for the residents. So thankful for Madison Heights.

My mother and mother-in-law were at Madison Heights at the same time, so we got a double dose of the kindness, care, fun and assistance from the staff! They were so helpful in making their time there enjoyable and made them feel like family. They did so much to keep them comfortable, fed, healthy, and loved and assisted with all activities of daily living and personal needs too. Many activities were planned for them inside as well as field trips into town! We knew they were safe and cared for while there. I would highly recommend their care if you are searching for a home for your loved one.

My husband and I used to come monthly to Madison Heights to do art projects with the residents. We miss them since COVID! But we loved seeing the relationship between each resident and the staff (especially Kelly Adriano) Its wonderful to see that each resident is really known and understood and they are shown such loving care. We hope to get back soon to painting with Madison Heights residents. Its such a happy place!

My Papa is a resident at Madison Heights and we are thankful this is a place he can call home. As it has become increasingly difficult to transport him to family events, we have found that he much prefers to be home at MH so we have tried to bring family events to his home and MH is always accommodating with their caring staff. Very thankful for this great facility!

Both my parents were placed here in August 2015. All of the workers are conscientious and really care about the residents. The manager has shown he will not tolerate misconduct by anyone. He and the other managers are responsive, patient, and helpful to your, the care giver, needs. They have frequent social events to help, and encourage, visits by family and friends. I know they are there if I ever need, and they do their best to provide the best time for the residents. Clearly, I recommend this establishment extremely high.

This is a wonderful facility. I've volunteered here a number of times. The residents live in a clean setting, are well taken care of by caring staff and have multiple opportunities to do activities that lead to a high quality of life. I highly recommend Madison Heights!

Our father who calls and checks on his wife three times a day is treated with patience and kindness in letting him know how she is doing. My mother has been at Madison Heights for a couple months and she is absolutely thriving. It was an agonizing decision for our family and we worried about how mom's transition would be. I am so happy to say that she is loving it! She gets involved with all the activities, loves painting, singing, and dancing. Most importantly, she smiles all the time! Her caregivers are so wonderful and I know that they are taking great care of my mom. I am so blessed to have found them, I know mom is in the right place.

My Dad has been at Madison Heights for just a week and finally we are able to relax and know that he is being cared for after three months at a horrible rehab facility!
