The staff at the Oaks is fantastic. Scott was incredibly helpful in coordinating a move-in date for my mother-in-law and getting paperwork handled in short order. The facility is lovely and welcoming. Residents are often seen enjoying the outdoor rocking chairs and indoor seating areas. The team of caregivers are kind and have the best interests of the residents at heart. I highly recommend this senior living facility.

I cannot begin to describe the patience, empathy, and professionalism of the care takers at the Oaks in Ellijay. I am ninety years old and have had experienced with many types of care giving organizations from schools to hospitals to assisted living places. Never have I seen such wonderful service. >We had the pleasure of having Thanksgiving dinners yesterday and today. The food was wonderful served by our wonderful staffs. I am so fortunate to be able to live here.

My wife and I have owned a home in Ellijay for 15 years and it was time to relocate. We have been taking care of my 91 year old mother for several years and she would not be able to navigate the stairs in our home safely. Last summer we started to look at options in the Ellijay area when we contacted Jesse. Jesse arranged a zoom type tour due to Covid-19 with myself and my mother. We worked with Jesse for several months in getting my mother in by November 2020. Jesse, Jenifer, Tammy, and Nikki just to name a few are very loving caring special individuals. The staff works very well with the families, and have many activities to keep the residents engaged making it a wonderful place for the residents. The staff has dealt with the Covid-19 pandemic extremely well keeping everyone safe. So my family thanks Cameron Hall and all its staff for doing such a good job.

Several friends had told me about how wonderful Cameron Hall of Ellijay worked with both the residents and their families. Just how well the staff treated everyone in a professional manner. Everyone starting with Jennifer and Jessi made me feel comfortable with my fathers stay. He was a resident for a year and half. The team is well trained, caring an very responsive to residents and the concerns of family members. At all times the safety and well being of residents is foremost in their minds. The food, activities and medical staff is very impressive. Would rate higher if it were possible.

In October of 2020 my brother and I were faced with making a difficult decision, our father could no longer take care of himself and live on his own. My dad (age 90) has always been an extremely independent person, he wanted his own apartment and did not want to live with anyone. We visited several assisted living facilities and did not get a good feeling from any of them until we went to Cameron Hall. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness and the staffs interaction with the residents. The staff worked with and helped to make the move stress free. With the encouragement of the staff my father is now eating his meals in the dining and meeting people and believe me this is a huge step for him. This staff has a heart for caring for their residents and it is comforting to know that my dad is being looked after and being taken care of by this wonderful staff. If you are looking for a friendly, caring professional staff that goes the extra mile for their residents you will find all of that and more at Cameron Hall of Ellijay.

A truly impressive senior living community. Recently arranged for a family member to move in; the staff was kind, caring, patient and super helpful, even in the midst of a pandemic. Facilities are lovely, clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend to other families.

The staff at Cameron Hall (CH) is amazing! Moving a family member into assisted living is always a challenge, but doing it in the midst of a pandemic takes the challenges to another level. The Team at CH could not have done more to make this process easier on my entire family. The care my Mother has received has been exceptional and the staff is amazingly responsive whenever i have a question. Over the years, I have had to navigate medical care for many family members. I am not exaggerating at all when i say CH is among the very best I have worked with for myself or my family!

I have had several occasions to visit Cameron Hall. I have attended many functions and even helped with some beading classes for the residents. The residents always seem happy and "at home." There is always caring and helpful staff available to assist all the residents and guests of the residents.

Cameron Hall is a wonderful place in our community. The staff is always friendly and helpful and you are always greeted with a smile when you come in the door. The residents that I know have formed friendships while living there and enjoy a much higher quality of life than they would at home by themselves. Im a local firefighter and have a lot of interaction with the staff at Camron Hall on a regular basis. All the staff are the greatest pepole you could ever meet. Britney Hightower is sweet and helpful, and cares deeply for the residences there. I can't day enough about the place.

Cameron Hall of Ellijay is not just a top-notch facility located atop a picturesque hill in North Georgia, but more importantly is comprised of a wonderfully caring staff. From my first phone call desperately seeking quality care for my parents, Jennifer & Jessi showed great patience and care while helping my father transition from the ICU to Cameron Hall. After the move in, I spent one week along with my parents at Cameron Hall. I saw firsthand the wonderful interactions between staff and residents. Tammy, Dolores, Brittany, Betty and all of the staff at Cameron Hall went to extreme efforts to help my parents settle in all the while treating us all as if we were part of their family. I joined in on many of the meals and was also impressed with the quality of the food as Chef Mindy made sure we received a delicious meal. To the entire staff at Cameron Hall, thank you all so much, your team's thoughtfulness and caring will never be forgotten. Keep up all the amazing work you do.

From the moment you enter Cameron Hall you are met with kind, caring staff. The environment is serene even though activities are going on constantly. While I was there, activities such as playing bridge, fingernail painting and a plethora of other fun things were happening. I hope should the need arise I should be so lucky to have a place like this to go to.

I can't just say something great about one person! This is a facility filled with amazing people! From the front desk Britney Hightower, to educating the public, showing your amazing facility and discussing the assets that's offered the all knowing Jessi Barton and I would never leave out the most caring person I know. Cameron Hall in Ellijay is a very nice facility! My church youth group was asked to volunteer there recently, planting flowers for the residents to enjoy out near the new patio/garden area. Britney, the front desk concierge, came that day on her day off to help us with the work. Each time I have entered the facility, Britney is there at the front desk, with a smile and friendly greeting. I have also witnessed her interacting with the residents. She greets them by name and speaks to them when they pass by her. She treats them with kindness as if they are her own family member. She also interacts the same way with other staff there.

Cameron Hall is taking excellent care of my mother and she is happier than any of the other homes that she has lived in the past 4 years. We had to move several times for various reasons and Cameron Hall is head and shoulders above any of the others.

My Mom moved to Cameron hall just before her 96th birthday. She is blessed with good health but keeping a house was just too much for her. Our experience at Cameron Hall has been Excellent across the board. The staff is uniformly wonderful. The facility is well designed and is kept in fantastic shape. Even the food is great. The cooking staff go above and beyond to cater to the resident's individual needs. And the cost, a major factor to us, is very reasonable when compared to similar facilities. I just can't say enough good things about them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a facility for a loved one.

My mother moved into Cameron Hall Ellijay when she was 96 years old. She had moved to Ellijay at 92 and lived in her own condo until we all feared that she might need a little more "supervision". She chose to go to Cameron Hall rather than living with family. Her only "complaint" ever was that there were just so many "old people" there! At the time she was the oldest! My mother was very social and totally enjoyed her three and a half years there. She loved the staff and the activities. She never seldom stayed in her room and really treated the whole facility as if it were her own! We were blessed with wonderful caregivers, med-techs, social and administrative personnel. She considered them each members of her family. None of the rest of my mother's family lived in Ellijay and they were amazed that we have such a fine facility here. Cameron Hall deserves all the praise we can give! It gave my mother a great deal of joy and a wonderful home and provided me with peace of mind.

My experience with Cameron Hall Canton was ten years ago when my mother, Jackie Ewing, moved in there. She was diagnosed with dementia and was not happy to be there but it didn't take the caregivers long to keep Jackie involved with the activities that Cameron Hall offered. When the Ellijay Cameron Hall opened we moved her there so that she could be closer to us. She experienced the same warm and loving care there and was quick to beomce active and invlolved in there activities, as well. Jackie had to go back to Canton in The Bishop Wing and the one-on-one care she recieved there was wonderful. Jackie was fortunate enough to stay there unil the end, and the caregivers took care of us, as well as Jackie to the end.
