Keyounia is the new property manager I love living it Sweetwater Terrace it's clean. The people are friendly and it's convenient to 85. I would recommend anyone stay here. The maintenance department is amazing Antonio and CJ are there for anything you need.

They are renovating finally & it seems like all the miserable seniors are moving on to assisted living. I think this will be a TRUE active community soon. Too many not able bodied residents here that only sit and gossip and complain all day.

Just moved in, I would like to thank Yvonne for helping me move from New York and making the process easy. The property is under renovation and they are removing the problematic seniors that complain all day! I am looking forward to all the changes on the way!!
