This place is amazing and my Mom loves it. From the sales team Kadie to custom events with Derric to the front desk. I knew from the moment I walked in it was the place for my Mom. Clean, up to date, food spectacular, safe and fitness, wellness and array of activities. Top shelf and my Mom loves it!!!

This place is Awesome !!!! My mom moved from out of state and I had the task of finding an independent living place for her. Over the course of several months I visited many Senior Living establishments, multiple times. As well as reading lots of reviews Im so glad I make the right choice. Parc has been nothing short of amazing. From the concierge to Suzanne in sales, to Brad ( the general manager ) and everyone in between. It is a tight run ship.When I spoke to residents at other places, a common complaint was the food. Not the case here. My mom loves it... in fact I have eaten numerous times in the beautiful dining room and its great. My husband said she eats better there than we do at home... but I digress.... She also has a gluten allergy ( which was another concern for me ) however the chef sat down with her to make sure her needs are met.Although I do live close taking her to appointments and church are not always an option for me. She can easily get transportation without any problems.* I contrast Parc to the senior living place my dad was in Colorado- less than a year ago. There were nonstop problems. The food was lacking, service was terrible and the care was sub par and management couldnt get their act together. Granted the building was new and big but thats about all. Pretty sad.*Just wanted to give a daughters perspective for others who are going through a similar season in their loved ones lives.

I enjoy working here at the Party at Duluth. I started working here in June, and I just love this place. The people here are awesome, most of the residents that I interact with are nice at well. Although some of them call me "Byron" (which by the way is not my name), I love it here. The Dining Room is a great place to work; the kitchen do a great job cooking such great food for the residents. I personally enjoy the food here as well. I will continue to enjoy my time working here.

Did a tour and love it. VERY CLEAN VERY FRIENDLY STAFF We did have to go to choose one in a different state..but had we choose one in ATL...it would of been Parc at Duluth.

The people here are friendly and welcoming (staff and residents). The food is excellent and of very good quality and variety and prepared deliciously. Great Chef here!! There are a number of activities that you can attend every day; exercise classes, crafts, music and entertainment, games like bingo, bridge, and dominoes just to name a few. There is a big pool to help keep people in shape. The building and your apartment are always clean. Concierge are always well informed on subjects/activities and someone is available around the clock. The furnishings and decorations are beautiful and have a very homey touch; activity spaces are lot like being in a house. I could highly recommend this residence for anyone. I've lived here for 6 months after trying other types of senior living in the last 3 years.

We are return residents at Parc. We left Parc to reside at another retirement community. Although we had good experiences at that community, we came back to Parc for a number of reasons. First of all, the food at Parc is great and the dining hours are such that we are able to eat meals on our schedule. The dining room staff go our of their way to please. The wellness program is run by capable people. Exercise classes are regular every day, the pool is accessible for water aerobics during the week, and the equipment in the gym is first rate. Maintenance and housekeeping could become a big issue but not here at Parc. Both are handled efficiently and on a timely manner.There are many other activities we can participate in that are too numerous to mention. If we had any problems at Parc, they are so minor that I will not mention them. We are so pleased to be back here, and would recommend this to anyone who is considering a retirement community.
