I love this community! I stop by every time I am in the Duluth area. When my aunt is ready and needs more care than what I can provide I will choose to place her here. Country Gardens Duluth is a great Community where the residents are loved and cared for. One of the best things about the community is how active the residents are and how well staff tends to their needs. The Life Enrichment programs here are designed to stimulate and engage residents on a daily basis. Always giving residents something to look forward to during their day. The food is prepared on site with a home cooked style. Staff is available and willing to help when it is needed. Overall, it is a warm community with a family style atmosphere. I would also recommend going on their Facebook page. It is an active page that shows all the different fun activities and fieldtrips they do. The residents seem very happy in the community.

After much search and research, we discovered Country Gardens Duluth and are thankful we did. Country Gardens Duluth deserves five stars for the incredible value they provide! While the facility itself is older, the care and attention to detail more than make up for it. The staff is wonderful, and I especially want to highlight Keisha S. as she goes above and beyond with her kindness and professionalism, making a real difference for the residents and their families. My mom is at Country Gardens Duluth and I can't praise them enough. Mom loves the place and all the employees. Peter is the Director and does an amazing job. If anything needs attending to it is done very quickly. The meals are outstanding and the chef remembers everything mom loves to eat. Mom's room is lovely and she tells everyone who will listen how great the room is. I visit mom every Monday and can tell how very happy she is to be at Country Gardens Duluth. Thank you to all the employees for making Country Gardens a fantastic place!!

I want to thank, Scott Ulrich, and his team for the excellent care my mother consistently receives when she stays at Country Gardens. I provide care for my mom at home, and every time I have picked my mother up after staying there for periods of time she has been well cared for and is happy. I give them 5 stars and then some for always being there to support our family in assisting with her care during these elder years. I recommend this facility to others who are looking for a wonderful alternative to home care. Our physical therapists and nurses also visit when I am out of town, and have also commented on the excellent care that my mother and the other residents receive. I have very high expectations, since I am a gerontological nurse practitioner and know what kind of care my mom should receive. Thank you again, to Scott, and your entire team for your leadership in making Country Gardens a home away from home for my dear mother.

My family has been at Plantation South for going on three years. Mom has been there for several respits. She enjoyed it so much she decided to stay. The staff are wonderful. Room is always spotless,her laundry doneand folded neatly.Mom can mange mostly on her own just like the extra help. I have popped in a great number of times. never did my mother or her friends have any complaints. The food is the best around. I really mean it, Mike and his crew in the kitchen is so thoughful of her individual needs. I believe how an establishment keeps it kitchen is how they treat there residents. I have a hard time tracking my mother down. She is such a social butterfly. Mom has been to fourother places. This is her new home away from our home. Gunny Z USMC
