My mom is at Country Gardens Duluth and I can't praise them enough. Mom loves the place and all the employees. Peter is the Director and does an amazing job. If anything needs attending to it is done very quickly. The meals are outstanding and the chef remembers everything mom loves to eat. Mom's room is lovely and she tells everyone who will listen how great the room is. I visit mom every Monday and can tell how very happy she is to be at Country Gardens Duluth. Thank you to all the employees for making Country Gardens a fantastic place!!

Country Gardens Duluth is wonderful! They have such a home like atmosphere, and the food is as good as your Mom would make. The care givers are so kind and take great care of my friend that lives there. The activities are fun and the management staff is very accessible. Great choice!

My mother has been a resident at Country Gardens Duluth for almost 2 years now and both mother and I are pleased with the level of service we have received. When ever an issue has arose Scott Ulrich responds in a very professional manner and the issue is resolved in a timely fashion.

I want to thank, Scott Ulrich, and his team for the excellent care my mother consistently receives when she stays at Country Gardens. I provide care for my mom at home, and every time I have picked my mother up after staying there for periods of time she has been well cared for and is happy. I give them 5 stars and then some for always being there to support our family in assisting with her care during these elder years. I recommend this facility to others who are looking for a wonderful alternative to home care. Our physical therapists and nurses also visit when I am out of town, and have also commented on the excellent care that my mother and the other residents receive. I have very high expectations, since I am a gerontological nurse practitioner and know what kind of care my mom should receive. Thank you again, to Scott, and your entire team for your leadership in making Country Gardens a home away from home for my dear mother.

My mother has been a resident at Country Gardens for 4 years and their staff has always been professional and caring towards her. My mom loves playing bingo and doing their arts and crafts. This is a smaller sized facility where staff and management care and will address any concerns.

I have an aunt (in her 80's) who is now a resident of Country Gardens. I recently had the opportunity to visit (I live out of state),, I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming and "homey" atmosphere of the facility, the well-cared for grounds, and the variety of daily activities. But the best part of Country Gardens is the management and staff who care for her on a daily basis. While helping her maintain as much independence as possible, they are always ready to assist when she requests it, and with a pleasant and caring attitude. They are very good about communicating with other family members, and providing guidance and support as needed to them as well.

My family has been at Plantation South for going on three years. Mom has been there for several respits. She enjoyed it so much she decided to stay. The staff are wonderful. Room is always spotless,her laundry doneand folded neatly.Mom can mange mostly on her own just like the extra help. I have popped in a great number of times. never did my mother or her friends have any complaints. The food is the best around. I really mean it, Mike and his crew in the kitchen is so thoughful of her individual needs. I believe how an establishment keeps it kitchen is how they treat there residents. I have a hard time tracking my mother down. She is such a social butterfly. Mom has been to fourother places. This is her new home away from our home. Gunny Z USMC
