The reason I gave a five star to Annabelle on Main is because of the staff who are extremely competent and friendly. As soon as you fill in a maintenance request, it’s immediately done. The community room is always bustling with activities. several times they do a barbecue or other food for the entire community. The grounds are kept beautiful. I would highly recommend this facility due 55+ and especially grandmothers! Kudos to Cowan for helping me set up my IPad!

I live in this complex for 3 years and still loving it. The staffs and residents are so accommodating that this place feels like home. This place is like a resort that entertainments are within reach. Something is always happening be it activities or social gathering. Words can’t express much that you have to see it and feel it for yourself.

Moved my widowed Mom in there a few weeks ago. She's really happy there and the property has great amenities and activities, at a price point that isn't extravagant. Great home for active seniors. Update: Mom has been living there for about two years now and loves the place. Her neighbors are very friendly and outgoing, even organized a group cruise. Highly recommended.

I have lived here for just over a year and for the most part, am very happy to be here. Any of the disappointments I have experienced have been more on the part of their owner, Greystar, than with the management. Sheila and Cody, two of the members of management, are always friendly and make you feel like part of the family. Cody went above and beyond to help me out with a recent package delivery, and I am very appreciative. One of the biggest problems, however, with the most complaints that I have observed, is with the parking. That definitely needs to be changed. They need to make that more accommodating for the residents who live here. Considering most are over the age of 60 years old and experiencing physical difficulties, the parking definitely needs to be addressed and improved. Also, in talking with fellow residents, I know many of us would like to see a more diverse offering of activities that would accommodate the majority of the residents who live here. A great many of us continue to work, either by choice or by necessity, and many of the activities are geared to those who are here during the daytime hours. Payment for the rent and amenities is higher than for traditional apartments, and many of us feel that we are paying a lot more than what we should for what we are getting for our money.

Annabelle is a wonderful place to live. They realize the importance of exercise and socializing for seniors. They provide classes (Balls and Bands and Yoga), morning walks, with the new walks downtown, a very good fitness center and now water aerobics - Annabelle is offering residents plenty of opportunities for exercise. In addition there are events every month providing chances for residents to get together.

Our office staff Sheila, Melissa, Cody & Sandy are top tier, we cannot ask for a better team! They genuinely care for the residents and go above and beyond to take care of the needs of all residents whenever possible. The maintenance team Eli and Raul are always willing to help if asked and make every effort to respond promptly. Nubi our housekeeper makes sure we have a full continental breakfast and strives to keep our common areas as clean as possible.

Not enough parking for tenants not unless you pay 75.00 to reserve a space. I have to keep driving around to find a space and then walk far and that's not good at night especially for a woman not safe at all, otherwise apartment community is nice.Tenants are suppose to have free parking per the lease but they have took away the free parking and turned it into covered parking.SMH

I have been living here at Annabelle on Main for two months and only regret is that I didn’t find them earlier! Everything has met and/exceeded my expectations! My neighbors are great. I have participated in a number of on-site gatherings, games, and exercise opportunities. Shared a few meals with neighbors and it has all been awesome. Love all our gatherings and opportunities to meet and socialize with neighbors. The staff are so attentive to our needs and do an outstanding job of seeing that we are comfortable and engaged.

This place is wonderful. It sits in a quiet neighborhood with a grocery store within walking distance for convenience. The apartments themselves are beautiful. There is always something going on because Monique does a great job planning events. William and the rest of maintenance are excellent. They are very prompt to complete any work orders.
