Annabelle is a wonderful place to live. They realize the importance of exercise and socializing for seniors. They provide classes (Balls and Bands and Yoga), morning walks, with the new walks downtown, a very good fitness center and now water aerobics - Annabelle is offering residents plenty of opportunities for exercise. In addition there are events every month providing chances for residents to get together.

We leave Annabelle on Main with great appreciation for having lived here. Of all the positive experiences, it is the wonderful work of the whole team managing the complex that stands above all. The best we've ever known, beyond any expectation.

Our office staff Sheila, Melissa, Cody & Sandy are top tier, we cannot ask for a better team! They genuinely care for the residents and go above and beyond to take care of the needs of all residents whenever possible. The maintenance team Eli and Raul are always willing to help if asked and make every effort to respond promptly. Nubi our housekeeper makes sure we have a full continental breakfast and strives to keep our common areas as clean as possible.

My husband, Robert Tatum and I have had a wonderful experience at Annabelle on Main. We've lived here a year and have meet gracious people worthy of calling here home. The staff are all kind, supportive and go the extra mile. The Property Manager, Sheila is receptive to our feedback and does a great job in offering many activities for everyone to enjoy. It's a great place to live. If we have a question or suggestion, it is welcomed and we see the adjustments made in a timely matter. We see all the staff as family. We are thankful for Melissa and her diligence to give time to answer any question and make sure you understand your lease. Cody is a calm presence here. He is a great listener and has impeccable manners. Sandy is a great addition to the team. She has a lively personality and is committed to making sure everyone is healthy and happy. Raul, Eli and Nubi ensures that everything is runs as smoothly as possible. Even when things are not operable for a few days, we are always notified by email. We all know things go wrong; that's a part of life. What I am most grateful for here at Annabelle is the attitudes of the staff. They are a cut above the rest!

I think I've died and gone to heaven! Annabelle saved my life after I sat during the year of the pandemic. I knew I had to get out of my little money pit when the pandemic was over. Thank goodness, A Place For Mom salesperson called me and said she thought I should check this place out. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made to move here and it just keeps getting better and better. Our management team can't be beat!. Kind, helpful and a wealth of knowledge! You couldn't find any better folks anywhere. And that goes for my fellow residents as well. Great care, great friends, great fun. Yes, it's heaven on earth and I'm so lucky!

Not enough parking for tenants not unless you pay 75.00 to reserve a space. I have to keep driving around to find a space and then walk far and that's not good at night especially for a woman not safe at all, otherwise apartment community is nice.Tenants are suppose to have free parking per the lease but they have took away the free parking and turned it into covered parking.SMH

I have been living here at Annabelle on Main for two months and only regret is that I didn't find them earlier! Everything has met and/exceeded my expectations! My neighbors are great. I have participated in a number of on-site gatherings, games, and exercise opportunities. Shared a few meals with neighbors and it has all been awesome. Love all our gatherings and opportunities to meet and socialize with neighbors. The staff are so attentive to our needs and do an outstanding job of seeing that we are comfortable and engaged.

Annabelle on Main is absolutely FANTASTIC in every way one can imagine. The management staff provides superb customer service, the entire community is kept is pristine condition and the very high level of care and maintenance is evident all over the campus. This is truly a gem of a community and I very highly recommend it as a serious option for long term living choice. The amenities are kept at top shape, the management offers so many activities to keep the tenants very entertained and happy, the facilities are gorgeous and it's like living on a luxury cruise ship that just never sails..! Absolutely a wonderful place to call home.

My rating is based on my touring experience only - I do not live in Annabelle On Main. I'm moving to ATL and looking for a place to stay short term while looking to purchase a house. I toured this property on September 15, and also had several phone conversations before my tour. Cody was very professional and pleasant both on the phone and in person. The tour was enjoyable, and Cody checked up on me following the tour to see if I had more questions. It gave me the impression that this complex is managed by highly professional team. Even though I've not yet decided between staying in Duluth or other areas in ATL, I think this is probably the best apartment complex I've visited so far.

I love this place, everyone has been so helpful with everything from moving in they provided just enough storage for our things Cody, Mellisia, Monique, and Steve. I also want to add David, the maintenace guy came and attached our hand held hose. This community is very beautiful, nice and modern. The staff is very interactive with their residents and are always planning events. You can tell that they actually care about their residents.
