I love the activities that this workplace puts out for people its entertaining and so much fun!! I love the variety they have and you can tell how much effort has been out into each one. I’ve never been to another home thats this inclusive, 10/10 would recommend!!

My parents have been residents at TCW for almost 2 years. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful! My parents are getting excellent care and support! The dining room is a popular place to be, especially for Sunday Brunch! The menu options are varied, and the cocktail options are popular. JJ, the dining room manager, greets everyone warmly and keeps an eye on residents waiting for a table, and prepares their table with fresh linens and serves them quickly the rush. We are so happy with TCW!!!

Doing physical therapy on location with Sue and her team with HealthPro Heritage is the highlight of my Grandfather's (Calvin Cook) week at Towne Club Windermere! Their direct communication with family is outstanding. These physical therapists go above and beyond to help the residents at Towne Club Windermere. We highly recommend them and are so grateful for efforts!

My sister is a resident at Towne Club Windermere in Cumming GA. She recently was discharged after brain surgery. There they have in-house Physical Therapy Rehab for their residents in the building. Their in-house Rehab manager Suyasha Pai is an excellent therapist, who has the patients well being in her heart, and mind. She, and her crew Nidhi Dharga, Tanya provide outstanding service to their patients by encouraging their patients to achieve their goals, to be fully capable in their physical accomplishments. They all are a joy to see, a very cheerful, positive, and encouraging group of people who have genuine smiles on their faces no matter what their day maybe. Wish all of them the best, and may they keep the residents healthy, fit, and smiling.

Towne Club Windermere is very fortunate to have "Rise Senior Living Healthpro Heritage" located in the same location where residents reside. Patients can receive rehabilitation and physical therapy from outstanding professionals without having to leave their building. The Rehab Program Manager, Suyasha Pai, is highly qualified in working with and encouraging seniors to improve their health and wellbeing.

This is an exceptional community in which to reside. The staff provides outstanding hospitality with genuine warmth and attentiveness. Management maintains a visible and approachable presence throughout the property. The dining options are truly superb, offering a refined and enjoyable experience.

The only retirement community that had a trick or treat open to the public! Opened their doors for the community to support! My daughter had so much fun and the joy on the faces of the people who live there was priceless!

Thank you JJ and the dining staff for your help in celebrating my grandfather’s 98th birthday. Everyone there is so sweet to him and he is quite a handful. He had a wonderful birthday and it was very stress free for our family visiting from out of state!

Before you think about sending your love one here or moving here yourself, please read my reviews. I currently live at towne club, and the only reason I stay is because I cant afford to move. Living here has been an absolute nightmare for me. I have not had a housekeeper for the last 4 weeks since the owner changed the schedules and has insisted that I have two people come in, one being a male, which I am very uncomfortable with. I have repeated told him that having a male come in and touch my personal belongings is not safe for me, t makes me uncomfortable and anxious. I have told him that repeatedly, and he completely ignores that fact that without having to say it outright, I am a survivor and have told the nurse, the caretakers that having a male in my apartment is too traumatic for me to deal with, but he totally ignores my needs by once again writing me this morning that I can leave and let a man come in. It is astonishing to me that he ignores my rights as a resident, to be in a safe and trusting environment, where my needs and rights are met. This owner, who came here a few months ago, because the director quit, has no understanding of th residents rights, nor is he willing to abide by the laws, he told me in one of his emails that the 'BUCKS STOPS HERE' and not with the ombudsman, who I had to get involved because of his abusive behaviors. I pay for weekly housekeeping, as well as other residents, and he will not give me a credit for the weeks that were missed, and has not offered a refund to other residents who have not had their apartments cleaned. This man just likes to take our rent and keep it whether he does the work or not. Please be very careful before you move here, there is so much you will not see until you move in.

Prior to COVID -19, the TCW activities team, JJ, Christina and Susan, did an excellent job planning every day fun, healthy and educational activities both on the property and bus trip outings. Their costumes for all occasions brought much joy and still do. Even with the lockdown changes brought by the virus, they never lost continued focus on mental and physical health tirelessly creating safe activities to accomplish this for all residents of Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. They have decorated carts including music for delivering special treats much like an ice cream vendor. A Farmers Market Cart, wonderfully designed, brought everyone an excellent array of fresh fruits and vegetables. We are all very thankful for these three wonderful, hard working, loyal employees and the love, care and attention they have bestowed upon all the residents at Towne Club Windermere. I just want to tell you JJ and the activities teams here is the best very creative out of the box thinkers to keep us entertained the last thing they did was bring in the Farmers Market to our doors and got to pick out fresh veggies we still get to play Bingo safely 6 feet away with masks but they're doing everything in their power to keep us entertained safe:)

The staff is always helpful with a smile. Donna established rules which we followed to avoid the virus . Apparently it worked. We were so lucky to have great servers as our delicious meals were served in our apartments.

A beautiful, well run, friendly place with my mom's thumbs up ‘ She's so happy here with her independent living lifestyle. As her health care needs possibly increase, they have everything she could ever need. I give the entire staff including chef 5 stars!
