The Phoenix at James Creek is the best Assisted Living Community that I have visited. We were looking for that special place to call home for my mom and it checked all the boxes and then some! We have been so pleased with my mothers care and she has blossomed making new friends. Even during this difficult time with the Covid-19 virus I know she is safe and healthy. Thank you Phoenix at James Creek for being there for all of us. Our community needs more facilities like yours.

Just moved my family member here. The facility is absolutely gorgeous! Beautifully appointed! Upon entering the building you receive a hardy hello from everyone you see. The staff is friendly and seemingly caring. The Executive Director is present and involved. The nursing staff seems very astute.

I love that Phoenix at James Creek helps the community! In the last few months donating to the Alzheimers Association, Food Bank and Humane Society are just a few. These efforts give all of the residents a sense of purpose. A beautiful thing.

The Phoenix of James Creek hosted the Right at Home owners of Georgia meeting yesterday in their beautiful meeting room. They provided a delicious continental breakfast and lunch. If you are looking for an up to date, beautiful space to have a meeting or conference, I highly recommend this spot! Also, if you are looking for a senior living option for a loved one, this community is a must see. Thank you Phoenix of James Creek!

Our Momma was a resident there and they were there for her, and us, in the best of times and the worst of times. They (The residents, the staff, and relatives of the residents) are like extended family. If you have a loved one that needs their services, please check them out.
