Extremely helpful in doing the leg work of finding out pricing, options, floor plans, amenities, etc. Thorough in answering questions and always willing to help. The best option to start with in looking for an independent-assisted living facility for loved ones.

Kristen, from The right Move Senior Resource and Placement Service, was so helpful in our pursuit of the perfect place for my loved one. Kristen was quick to respond when we had questions or concerns. She made a potentially stressful transition much more peaceful and smooth. So grateful!

I worked directly with Kristen Thaxton. I was very impressed with her expertise and very appreciative of the guidance she provided. We had several hurdles along our path to placing a family member with significant dementia-like symptoms into a Memory Care facility. Kristen was prompt in follow up and helped with discharge from an acute care facility to a behavioral facility and ultimately providing comparative information and guidance on the Memory Care facility we selected. These are difficult and complicated decisions and not all Assisted Living-Memory Care facilities have the same capabilities, training, etc. Our independent online research was limitedly helpful as well. As a result I recommend Kristen and the Right Move Senior Resource and Placement Service to anyone and will use her-them again if we have further needs.

We are so thankful we had this resource and couldnt imagine having gone through the process of finding a place for our Dad without Kristen on our team. She was very sympathetic, responsive, detail oriented, and focused 100% on what was best for our family during a really hard time. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Kristen was absolutely wonderful in guiding me through the process at a very stressful time. I was lost and in a sad place. She continually encouraged me to hang in and stay strong as it will get better. As I write this it has gotten better. She was right and Im so appreciative of her help.

Such a big help - we couldnt do it without Kristin. This process is heart wrenching and stressful. We needed a partner that knew what they were doing - we were clueless. It was great having someone navigate the waters with us as we desperately tried to find the right fit for my father with Alzheimers where his needs would be met.

I simply cannot say enough about the time and attention Michelle Withrow has taken with our family in assisting with memory care placement for our dear mother. She has been an amazing advocate for my mother from her hospitalization to placement in a memory care facility, frequently making herself available all times of the day and even following up on weekends. Her vast knowledge, experience and networking skills in the area of elder care is astounding and has earned her a highly favorable reputation. I highly recommend Michelle to anyone needing assistance with anything relating to elder care.

During the difficult time of transition for my mom, Michelle was right there for us, finding us the perfect fit for her. I couldnt be more pleased with her willingness and promptness to assist us in this process. The Right Move is a critical piece in the muddy waters of elder care, and we couldnt be more grateful. Thanks again.

I highly recommend Michelle Withrow at The Right Move. Nobody wants to be in the position of having to make the difficult decisions associated with moving an elderly loved one into an assisted living or memory care facility, but Michelle made the process so much easier. She is professional, experienced and caring and was a valuable resource in helping me find the right place for my mother.

I am the daughter of a very independent strong man living alone until he stated falling. At 83 years old his body did not bounce back like it used to. After 6 falls within a period of 7 monthshe just could not take care of himself. After the last fall he was admitted into the hospital for a week for testing. He became so weak that upon discharge he was sent to a local nursing home for physical therapy. The Plan of Care was agreed to by the family and the transfer came about. He was admitted to a local Nursing home and had PT on a daily basis. We wanted to get him back on his feet so he could be discharged to a Assisted Living. The family decided he could no longer take care of himself and live alone. When having a meeting at the Nursing home I did not know how to and where to start. They gave me the information to call Right Move Senior Resource Service.I called the number and had to leave a message to speak to someone who could navigate me throughout this process.I received a call back that same day from Michelle Withrow. WHAT A GODSEND. She was out of town at the time but took down my information and what I thought was needed for my Dad. I was so glad she knew how Important this was to me and my family. She called me back in 2 days in which we discussed in details what my Dads condition was and his needs. Also what we could afford and the location we were interested in. She told me she would get back to me.This woman was able to call 10 facilities and schedule appts for me to tour and speak to the ADM and staff. Also I was able to see how happy the residents were. She always called me after my tours of each facility to get my input. Also she took the time to meet me and my Dad at the Nursing home he was a patient at was able to narrow the 10 down to 4 and had my Daughter and Granddaughter visit the final 4to help me with the final decision. The decision was made and I notified Michelle and we made the transfer to the new facility. On that day the facility came and picked my Dad up with the Administrator, Nurse and of course myself and took us back to get him settled in.He had a rough 2 weeks settling in and letting them take care of him in which I am very pleased with.ad is doing better and Michelle still calls or texts me to check on his progress. He has realized he can no longer take care of himself and livealone. I can tell they Love my Dad and are taking wonderful care of him.Thank You Right MoveTHANK GOD FOR YOU MICHELLE WITHROWSubmitted by C. Fisher

Kristen at The Right Move Senior Resource could not have been more helpful to my family. We needed to find a short-term assisted living facility for my father in a very tight timeline. Kristin spoke with me late at night, sent emails at night, and worked as needed to ensure my dad found the right place for him. I cannot say enough good things about the work Kristin does.

At Nelson Elder Care Law, we work with seniors, and their loved ones, everyday while they are going through the transitions of aging. We have been able to call upon Derek, Kristen and the rest of the Right Move team to really swoop in and help guide the families through what can be a difficult time if not handled properly. Everyone we have referred here has had great service and has amazing things to say about them but I think the best part is the the families can get things sorted with less stress and ultimately spend more quality time with their loved ones rather than having to deal with the unfamiliar world of senior care.
