I have been living here for 3 years come next Month (dec). Several things have improved, I Do Reccomend this plac for anyone who would rather have a room with power,water, cable, and 3 meals a Day included in the rent. An we have a Handicapped equiped 12 passenger bus. The bus will take you to your Appoinments and places where you Shop.

My mother loves Terra Bella so much that she tells her relatives and friends that she lives in a hotel. She doesn't need to cook, clean, or worry about safety. She now has many new friends there with whom she shares her interests and time. My mother thanks me for taking her there.

Hopefully the food menu has wat's on there? Not having what's on the menu is not right, Prayers that it has changed since the last time I was there, Thanksgiving was awesome, however I have sat with / talked to many that did not have what was on the menu given or served something totally not ordered, # it seemed they were feeding Birds instead of people,

My father in law has been here for over a year. He has enjoyed the food, his accommodations, and the activities. The staff and other residents are friendly. He has developed a network of friends who include him in their activities and genuinely care about him. The facility provides a bus service but many residents have vehicles or family members who take them on their errands. Over all he has really enjoyed being there and we think it's been a great experience so far.

I have been living here 2 years. The Activities program is second to none in reaching the needs of residents. So many meaningful things to do, such as excursions, lunch trips, bingo, parties, celebrations of events, games, arts and crafts...just to mention a few.

Terra Bella Riverplace has been the best place for my mom since my father passed away 5 years ago. The clean and safe environment is great but most importantly the friendships, activities, and care she receives daily is key to her health and safety. The management and staff are more then just that...they are FAMILY now. Thanksgiving was awesome, they accommodated friends and family to share this special day together and the food was amazing! I highly recommend Terra Bella Riverplace for your loved ones wanting a safe independent living "HOME".

TerraBella is the greatest place with such wonderful people to help out at anytime. My mother moved here last November and she absolutely loves living here.

My dad moved to Riverplace in July 22. In the last 6 months, we have really seen a change in him. He has made friends, participates in activities, and has more pep in his step. His one bedroom apartment gives him his own independent space. The meals are excellent. I usually join him once a week for a meal. The staff really treats our whole family as part of the family. If you are looking for a place for your family member to feel like home, definitely consider TerraBella Riverplace.

I am a new resident and the staff are friendly . Meals are served on time. 8 am,noon and 5 pm. The room I have has only a refrigerator and sink ,not a kitchenette as advertised. Even so I enjoy my room.

Nice place for older adults to live. Big spacious 2 bedroom apartments. Clean and friendly environment. Patio with each unit and pets are allowed. Something to do most nights for the adults(movie, bingo, church etc).

Like the place you would want to spend a couple hundred years or so: first class accomndations and first class cuisine and first class staff make this place the River Place to be.

If your looking to retire soon this is the place for you, you can communicate with other people, you can relax a lot more, they also usually play old elvis music there lol, if you do go, ask for the name betty sudderth, because she is the nicest person in the world

Just checked out. Over night guest as we can stay free being from a different Holiday. Very clean, everyone friendly. Would be a nice place to live. Only drawback is guest room is not handicap accessible..
