These are old reviews above..since Navion has taken over, Fountains has declined. Management has been horrible since they took over. They truly do not care about the patients because they fail to respond to legit complaints. All of management needs to be fired. Don’t waste your time at this facility. It may be nice but do not waste your time. Stay away

Since Navion acquired ownership in May 2022, the facility has declined to below community standards. Food is below average with quality dropping after Navion took over. The facility seems to be staffed mostly with agency people and turnover of tenured employees seems to be the reason for agency staffing. Residents have a longer than usual wait time when requesting assistance via the wireless pagers. (Necklace button), when agency staffing is present. The physical facility is not as clean as it once was. Before May 2022 this facility was the best in Bartow County and had the highest rating.

As of 12/5/2022 over 12 staff members have resigned from the facility, something isn’t right at this facility. Trying to contact parent company Navion has been a waste of time.

Beautiful community in Cartersville. The ED Gina and her staff treat all their residents like family with love, care, and compassion. I would highly recommend this wonderful facility for mom or dad.

Had to make the decision to move my mom into assisted living about 2 months ago. Hardest decision ever but couldn't have picked a better place! EVERYONE from the director Gina,and Becky at the front desk Tammy and every single nurse and nurses aide, the activities director Jamie, Maintenance Guy Shaun, Kitchen staff, the residents there have become like family to me and my mom. Thank all of you for all you do for my mom.

My dad has lived here since it opened and loves it. The staff are friendly and and care about the residents. They have a lot to do there and its always clean. The owners are great and always on site. Owners that actually care is a big plus. We looked at 8 different places before choosing The Fountains and I am glad we did.

Ive had the opportunity to work there as an independent contractor off and on and I can tell you that the staff and management team are amazing. Their vision exemplifies excellence in every way! These guys are doing what they do for all the right reasons and it shows. The care staff is the best of the best and every one of them truly love the residents! Not to mention they have a chef that prepares 5 star meals every day!! There is no place that I would have my grandparents other than this place right here!! It is truly a 5 star all inclusive resort for seniors!!

My Mom has been at The Fountains of Cartersville for almost a month and absolutely loves it there! It is a wonderful new facility that was built with much love, care, and attention to details for loved ones who need assistance. They even have a prayer room that can be utilized by both residents, family members, and staff. Because its privately owned, The Fountains is able to offer an all inclusive monthly rate for those needing assisted living, a welcome change from levels of care charged by corporately owned facilities, as well as some privately owned ones. Whats interesting is that they have more caregivers per resident than most corporately owned facilities provide at a higher cost. Weve experienced both corporately owned and privately owned facilities and the privately owned are definitely more superior. Mom loves the decor and the fact that theres so much light and brightness throughout the Fountains. Shes received excellent care by conscientious caregivers and staff who truly appear to love all the residents under their watchful eyes. Ive also been impressed by their chefs delicious and beautifully presented food, as well as their activity director who strives to include various activities that appeal to the interests of all the residents living at The Fountains. Mom has myasthenia gravis and experienced a health related crisis this week which landed her in the hospital overnight. I so appreciated the quick and expert response by the staff on behalf of my mom, who couldnt wait to get back to the Fountains upon her recovery the next day. I have been blessed to work alongside the owners of the fountains for a few years now. Sharon, Kay, Craig, and Chris care deeply for their residents and employees. Sharon provides top notch care for her residents as well as training for her staff. The residents have full access to walking trails right next door so they are able to maintain an active lifestyle. Our Activity Director Jamie is the sweetest and works so well with the residents. She keeps them engaged and moving which is so important. Whitney our chef provides amazing dishes for all meals of the day. Overall this is the best facility I have ever worked at!
