The Landings of Canton Hills is an amazing all-inclusive senior living community with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The residents are very nice and welcoming and truly make it feel like home.

This is such a tough season in life, but Angie was the most accommodating and helpful person to get me through this transition in our family dynamics. I know I was a wreck and definitely wasn't thinking straight, but Angie and everyone at The Landings has been patient and helpful with every detail. My mom is getting settled in and seems to be very happy with her new little apartment and friends.

The two wonderful nurses Sharon and Shirma, are a real gift to The Landings of Canton Hills. They are Godly women who truly care about the residents at this facility in Canton, GA. They brought it from a failing facility to one now that is top in caring for their residents. I’m proud that they care for my friend, Sue Olsen. The company that put them here did an awesome thing by hiring them. However, when it comes to the food, I give them barely 1star! If only they would improve the quality of the food there, they would have a waiting list of people to come live there.

Do not recommend. My loved one was a resident of Memory Care here for four years. There were frequent administrative changes, and along with each change came lapses in care as staff changed as well. For the years 2022 and 2023 especially, the facility was understaffed most of the time, which led to unsafe conditions for the residents. My mother died due to an accident a year ago, and we still have not received an accident report, although official paperwork was filed. Shortly after the accident, the administration and most of the staff were fired or quit, making it even harder to obtain information. I filed a complaint with the state. Corporate is impossible to reach to speak about problems. Last, the facility owes my mother's estate nearly five thousand dollars for overpayment. There are aware of this and have acknowledged it, but she has received nothing, as corporate has not responded. My last resort was to leave my honest (poor) reviews on social media.

I walked in the door and everyone was very friendly and the environment made me feel like I was at home. I would recommend this facility to all my family and friends. Please stop by and visit or schedule a tour. You would love the atmosphere!! It’s home away from home!!!

DO NOT RECOMEND! Horrible and not worth the money family has spent since day 1! First few days worker tossed soup down on tray spilling it all over, then staff brought food that the family member couldn't eat. Constantly not drying clothes properly and bringing them back wet, laxative given when not needed causing accidents, and not giving medicine properly. This is all resulting in patients being pulled and hospitalized. Complaint with state have been filed.

Staff has been completely changed with what seems like overnight. The new staff is not what it was. Spring told me flat out that "They did not have to give residence families the code to get in". Anytime in the past, the code was sent almost immediately. Thankfully Glory made sure I received the code before I left visiting with my mom. My mom was so worried that she asked me if they were going to be mean to her because they were mad at me. I hate that mom has to feel unsafe, especially for what she pays a month. Same night, a new staff, who is known to be Springs daughter, came into my moms room, took out trash (which there was none) and left the can with no new bag. She never came back. I had to come to the Landings late eve Friday December 1st because the staff refused to let my moms companion in, as they claimed she was fired, but she had already been in once that week, so we had no idea there was even an issue. There was no contact made with us, beyond her companion, which if there was an issue, we should have been contacted immediately. I have been calling, emailing and even texting corporate and contacts I was given. One number has a voicemail that is full, no email replies, and no returned calls. Update: Glory has been incredibly helpful and turned our opinions positively. We are hopeful this will continue and staffing will continue to grow!

I have visited every assisted living facility in Canton and the surrounding Canton area before choosing the right fit for my mother. This one has the friendliest staff and offers the most bang for your buck. I would highly suggest placing a loved one here, as I did for mine, who has dementia and is living in their memory care unit.
