Ms.Cynthia, the hairstylist at Piedmont, is truly one of a kind! Not only is she incredibly talented at what she does, but she genuinely cares about every resident she serves. She always goes above and beyond to accommodate everyone, even when poor communication or scheduling issues are out of her control. Her professionalism, patience, and dedication never go unnoticed. She’s an exceptional businesswoman who treats everyone with kindness and respect, and she’s always willing to do her best to make things work. On top of that, she creates such a warm, welcoming atmosphere—she truly lights up the entire building with her positive spirit. And of course, her work speaks for itself—she does amazing hair every single time! I can’t recommend Ms. Cynthia enough. She’s a blessing to the residents at Piedmont and anyone who has the opportunity to sit in her chair.

Excellent agent. Facility has almost all we could ask for. Very clean and large staff who are pleasant and appear to be available all the time. Facility is well maintained . Apartments we saw would meet our needs. New appliances, new flooring and fully painted before occupancy.Weekly activities seem much to choose from.

We have looked at several Senior living options for my in-laws in California and also the Atlanta area.Brittany gave us the best tour we have had so far. Activities here are great. Music therapy is my most enjoyable moments here. I find so much relaxation in music and have access to it as much as I desire. My favorite employee is Anita, I enjoy her personality and company. Ms. Malerie our activities assistant is wonderful and has the best attitude. Molly is really cool.

Our tour with Brittany was very informative. She introduced us to the executive director, as well as other staff members. All were very professional, but also very understanding and caring. They all spent time with us and were very welcoming. Brittany answered a lot of questions and her answers were very honest and direct. From the time we stepped inside we were made to feel like way more than just a number on the corporate books. This is a very nice place with all the amenities that one may need for their senior years. Trey gave us a wonderful tour of the building and the different rooms. Just across the road is the Lenox Mall, which is an added bonus.

I Recently attended an open house event at The Piedmont and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The entire staff was Friendly and Efficient while making you feel like you were just visiting someone's home. Food and Drinks were served and both were excellent. The fruit in the pastry was especially memorable. The Piedmont is a beautiful location and the residents are delightful to meet and visit with. I am looking forward to meeting more in the future. Loved the Building with staircase that greets you in entry way. The location of Piedmont is perfectly situated in Buckhead! The rooms were very nice . We had lunch there which was very good since I have dietary restrictions. The gentleman who took us on our tour- Mr. Mactavish was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Look forward to visiting again

The tour was excellent. Trey met with us and gave us a thorough overview. Then he escorted us on an excellent walk around the common areas and showed us the options for the 2 BR units that we are currently interested in. He then sat down with us and answered questions and gave a very complete folder of information to take with us. We are from Hilton Head Island, SC and invited us to call or revisit any time. The Piedmont is very impressive and Trey’s hospitality was perfect. We learned more than we expected and were made to feel welcome any time with additional question we have or visits we want to have. It was a great and useful experience.

Unless you need a support system, like playing cards and Bingo and aren’t fussy about quality of dinner food, I suggest you find another place. I lived there for 8 months and was only saved by the fact that I am mobile and have a car! I’m now in a regular apartment building, paying 1/2 the price of Piedmont as I can cook my own meals and have a fabulous gym in my new place. Check this place out thoroughly.

My wife was cared for in Piedmont’s Assisted Living for only six weeks bridging her transition from rehab ultimately to hospitalization and inpatient hospice. She presented a significant challenges due to the extreme pain she was enduring. The caregivers faithfully and sensitively cared for her throughout. The Assisted Living manager was fully accessible and ensured my wife’s needs were accommodated to the extent possible. When I am eventually ready to move into an independent-living retirement community, Piedmont at Buckhead will be my first choice.

The Piedmont is an ideal location in Buckhead and close to Sandy Springs. The residence building is beautiful with gorgeous apartments, wonderful facilities that are easily accessible via elevators. The Piedmont offers a wide variety of activities. All the employees are friendly and respectful. My Mom has been a resident for 5 years and is particularly thankful to Jade her cleaning lady. She always goes above and beyond in her work. Mom can trust Jade and everyone in the building with the security of her belongings.

I moved into the Piedmont two years ago and I have never been happier. My apartment is beautiful. This is such a friendly place. Nicola Gordon, the director of food service, is so welcoming and accommodating. We are served breakfast and dinner and the food is delicious. There are many choices for each meal . If you are not happy with the choices you can always order something else from the main menu. There are so many activities. They range from things like bingo and trivia to creative activities like crafts, art, and writing. There is a beautiful swimming pool and a great gym and there are many activities in this area also. Family is always welcome. This is one of the friendliest places including both staff and residents. If you are looking for a new home the Piedmont in Buckhead is the place to live .

My father is a resident, first in the independent section and now in assisted living. Everyone is kind, respectful and so supportive - not just with my father but with all of us. Making the move to assisted living is tough, but Susan has helped us tremendously. She is calm and reassuring through every step. At this point, just hearing her voice, knowing that she is present and ready to care for my family in every way, soothes my worries and fears.

The Piedmont have turned around completely. I’m loving the new staff & ALL the residents there. Very friendly & pet friendly too! It’s clean on every floor you go to. Lots of activities to do to keep everyone busy & happy. When you walk through the door it looks like a Pallace, not to mention the sound of music when you enter just gets your day started.

Management is professional, friendly and timely. The Executive Director Sanaa Black is one of the kindest and most sincere people I have ever had the chance to work with. She is quick to help, and makes each and every resident feel like a valued and cared for family member. I have yet to have anything short of amazing interactions with every staff member at The Piedmont. You are sure to be greeted with friendly faces and warm smiles from all the staff as soon as you enter! They have a wonderful chef who creates new menus everyday for the residents that even include plant based options! There are over 14 reoccurring activities every week for residents to choose from as well as different monthly outings and monthly activities. Overall, The Piedmont is a top choice when looking for senior living in Buckhead. It is easy to stay active and healthy and also feel loved by all.

I helped a good friend of mine move into the Piedmont and it was a wonderful experience. Her apartment is beautiful and she has enjoyed spending time with her new friends and the activities offered. The Programs Director, Amanda has been especially helpful in answering any questions she has and helping her get acquainted with communal living. I'm very impressed and although I'm not quite a senior, I would love to move in myself!
