My mother was previously in an independent living facility and required being moved to memory care. I recently moved her into the inspired living memory care unit, and could not be happier with the facility, employees and culture of this place. They are very warm and welcoming to my mother. They make sure everyone eats well and healthy, they get tons of socialization. Her level of care is extraordinary compared to what we were trying to fight through previously at another facility. I toured plenty of facilities that were nice places, but you can't buy culture like this unless it's run by people that really seem to care about what they're doing. From the first moments I started working with LaTange and Shylonda I knew this was the right place for my mom. Because I am. So close by I visit the facility almost daily when I am in town and have been happy with every visit. Dealing with dementia is a very difficult thing on the parent and the family and working with the team at inspired allows me to enjoy the time with my mom when she is doing well and not be super worried during times she isn't. This is a nice facility in a forested setting with people who care and know what they are doing.

Our parents just recently moved to Inspired Living in Alpharetta, GA, when I tell you the level of service has been outstanding, it HAS, starting with the first call with Tange. All of the staff members have been great. Our move in went smooth and the level of service and care our parents are receiving has been awesome and they really love it there as well. I also have to mention the facility, its very nice, clean and welcoming, it smells so good in there every time I walk through the front door. If you are looking for a home for your loved one, I highly recommend Inspired Living in Alpharetta, GA.

My brother loves his new home at Inspired Living Alpharetta! The staff and residents have been warm and welcoming, and the food has been delicious! The amenities are great, from the beautiful swimming pool to the game room with a pool table. The events have been fun, and I love that the family is included and kept informed. The location is convenient to the Northside/Alpharetta Medical Building on Old Milton Parkway. We are so happy to have found this caring community.

My mom moved in three weeks ago from a different AL community down the road. In the short time she's been at Inspired Living, she's already in better health and more engaged than she was at the other community. The thoughtful and communicative Care Team at Inspired Living is what sold us on this move. They arranged a meeting a few days after my mom moved in to discuss her care plan with someone present from PT, medication management, house keeping, maintenance, and other areas. They have an app that I can see what activities my mom is attending, what is coming up, and more. There is also a weekly recorded call from the Executive Director to family members to keep them updated on community news. Every employee (and resident!) we've encountered has been friendly and helpful. My mom loves that they know who she is and I love that they are always checking in on her to encourage her to attend meals/activities. She has also enjoyed the food so far and has been finding her way around the building easily. We've attended events together, as well, including the Family Thanksgiving Dinner last week and watching musicians perform. Inspired Living was the first place I visited when looking to move my mom from Florida, but I was swayed by false promises at the other community. Inspired has proven that it walks the walk and I'm looking forward to a long relationship with this community.

I can't thank Toni and LaTange for the time they took with me in explaining their respite care program and showing me around, all the more a gracious gift because in the end I decided not to move my husband to Inspired Living. I toured their memory care center, specifically focused on their respite care offering. When I first met with Toni, I did not know anything about respite care and Toni was kind enough to explain it all to me. After my meeting with her, I left planning to take advantage of the respite care offering. However, circumstances changed for my husband resulting in us not using respite care. But now I know what respite care is all about and where I will take my husband if we need respite care in the future. Thank you, Toni and LaTange!

I had an opportunity to visit and tour Inspired Living in Alpharetta. It's a beautiful place with a friendly, caring staff. Aging is a privilege. Considering senior living and/or memory care for a loved one can be a challenging decision. The staff at Inspired Living in Alpharetta makes it an uncomplicated task. The residents engage in fun, meaningful activities that contribute to their social well-being. The building feels inviting, safe and tranquil. I highly recommend a tour and consideration.

I moved my parents to Inspired Alpharetta from out of state. As I was traveling alone, I broke up the travel to fly in with dad one day and return a couple days later with mom. I was flying cross-country so the flights did not arrive until well after normal business hours. The Executive Director (Elaine), Wellness Director (Toni), Wellness Coordinator (Marvelyn), and Sales Director (LaTange) all stayed late on two different nights to welcome us. Even with us arriving after 8pm, they still provided a nice warm meal for my folks to welcome them. From my initial Inspired Living visit with Lorene on a random Sunday afternoon (without an appointment), Inspired leadership is always engaged and holds their staff accountable. In fact, they always have a senior leader on site every day of the week, including the weekend. And it's not a show! I regularly pop in without notice and inspect their apartment to find beds always made and room orderly. I couldn't be happier with selecting Inspired Living Alpharetta to take care of mom and dad!

After 4 full months of my mom living at inspired living I feel confident in saying that we are so pleased with our decision to place my mom there. The staff is involved in every aspect of the community. They show personal care and interest in my mother and our family. They have become an extension of our family to us and especially my mother. They have been very forthcoming in any questions we have had since moving her there and transparent to the upmost in any situation the community may experience. We absolutely are so impressed with the weekly updates etc... we get from the staff regarding past week in review and upcoming events and activities. They welcome families to join in on almost everything. We so enjoy the amount of activities they offer their residents and the excitement the staff shows during the events. Your loved one is not just another resident, they are someone that they take time to get to know and treat with respect and care. I actually work in a senior community and so have looked at our experience and my moms experience in a wide open eyed way and have decided that we have made the right choice for the care of my mother! We have been looking at facilities for our mother. We are not in a hurry, but we want to see what is out there for future reference. Inspired Living Alpharetta was my mom’s first choice. I came from California to see her top five choices. This place was her number 1 pick. Tange was our tour guide and was a wonderful host. Everyone we encountered in the facility was friendly, welcoming and outgoing. Even the Chef remembered mom from her first visit came out to say hello. We enjoyed the tour and the facility is very nice.

Unfortunately, our mother died of Covid prior to being transferred to Inspired Living. The kindness and compassion we experienced with the Inspired Living staff, specifically Lorene Wilkins and Elaine Austin,, was extraordinary. I recently emailed Inspired Living after visiting my mother at the Alpharetta location. She has been a resident since December 2021. Here is a copy of that email; it says it all! Today I visited my mother to bring her weekly bananas. I was greeted by Ida with a sweet smile and a good banana recommendation she had learned at Smoothie King. While chatting with my mother she said out of the blue....."they are so good to me here". Can you imagine how I felt? This was such a hard decision for me to move her from her home. I have the privilege of working with this amazing community and staff. Not only is Inspired Living beautiful, but the staff go above and beyond to ensure their residents feel like family. When you walk in you are warmly greeted by either Rajai or Carla who make everyone feel welcome. Sales Director, Angie Forcucci, puts families looking for a community for their loved one at ease by taking them through the process with compassion and understanding. Executive Director, Mark Mitchell, truly loves what he does, and it shows. He has a personal relationship and cares for every resident. Mark sees it as his calling to make all of his residents feel loved and cared for. I highly recommend Inspired Living for families looking for a warm, compassionate community.

My dads health was declining rapidly and it was urgent that we find an assisted living facility since he could no longer manage the stairs in his home. After touring about 10 places in the Roswell, Alpharetta area, we settled on Inspired. The staff was so helpful and kind as my parents navigated the paperwork. Sadly, Dads health took a sudden turn for the worse and he passed away before they were to move. Mom decided to go ahead and move. The whole downsizing process was stressful to her, but the staff worked hard to make her comfortable. They even supplied a room for Dads memorial service! The went out of the way, above and beyond, (insert other cliche here, because they were awesome). Mom is settling in now and working to adjust. The only complaint Ive heard is she cannot find a sewing buddy...but maybe one will move in soon. I hope Inspired attracts more able-bodied seniors who are up for adventure, like my mom...that would be a nice addition.

My research into assisted living options for my elderly mother ended here. The minute I walked in the door I was greeted with friendly smiles and greetings - and this was from the residents! Before my initial meeting I took a few minutes to look around the main areas and was impressed with the modern look, fresh clean smell, fashionable decor, and attention to detail. The ladies I met at the front desk Carla and Rajae, make you feel like family from the moment you walk in. I sat down with Brenton Steiger, Sales Director, and he consulted with me based on my mothers needs, medically, socially, dietary, and so forth. He educated me on things I hadnt considered and we agreed on a go-forward plan that pleases all parties. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Mark Mitchell, the head nurse on staff at Inspired, who genuinely wanted to know about my mom as a human being. I also met a woman named Susan Mead, who is fantastic! Susan is the activity director for Inspired and I have seen firsthand the admirable way she interacts with the residents. She has a gift. They love her and I can tell why. The rooms are appointed nicely, the common areas are resort-like and the setting is in the woods. This is an absolutely wonderful place to entrust your elderly parent so hurry up, my mom needs some new friends! ~Tom R.

I dont write reviews often, but felt compelled to do so after observing one of Inspired Livings caregivers - Pamela McGhee. She was absolutely wonderful, and goes over and above all expectations. It is my hope that Inspired Living retains Pamela in the Memory Care facility, and I feel she is well deserved of any financial incentives Inspired Living has in place for their employees. As is common in the industry, Inspired Living has experienced significant turnover over the last year (my mother has been at Inspired since January 2018), but it is my sincere hope that Inspired Living will modify their caregiver retention structure to ensure caregivers, such as Pamela McGhee, are well compensated and have incentives in place to retain those caregivers who are not only skilled, but proactive and compassionate towards the residents.

Inspired Living is a beautiful place. Each staff member I have met is kind and enthusiastic. They meet each guest by name and are genuinley interested in them. My visit accidentally coincided with Wine Down Wednesday. At 3:00pm residents gathered in a lovely balcony area with very comfortable seating and were entertained by a singer who was very professional. He was positively entertaining and very respectful. His songs were prepared well and delivered expertly. Residents obviously enjoyed his concert (so did I) :).

We chose Inspired Living of Alpharetta because of the beautiful new facilities and amenities, the roomy, well-appointed units, the friendly people, and the wonderfully responsive staff. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to this very special community. There has been much thought given to the facility. The gathering spaces are comfortable, the dining room is gorgeous, the pool, dog walk, movie theater, and library are what make a house a home! However, it is the people who truly make the difference! There is a deep, caring spirit throughout. Kindness, compassion, and joy are the traits of each member of the staff. The nursing staff, the concierge, the dining staff and the maintenance team are engaged, friendly and accommodating. The activity staff plan fun activities and personally invite residents to jump in. The staff became part of our family and we felt right at home when we were there! We had family activities in the common area, pool parties and movie nights. My grandmothers apartment felt like her home, but we also loved being able to enjoy so many amenities with her. Recently, my grandmother passed away. As our family struggled through the grieving process, our ILA family was with us. The same staff that loved her well, loved us too. We will forever be grateful.

A year ago I didnt think I would be here, but after living on my own in New York and undergoing surgery I realized my inability to walk well and paying for private duty was not economical. I decided to move to be closer to my sister and she helped me find Inspired Living. When I toured I was immediately impressed by the entrance way and dining room and the common areas. I havent once regretted coming here. The staff are very kind and compassionate and having someone drive me every Sunday to church has been the icing on the cake.

Ive never actually been to the community, I am writing this review in expectation of great things! I have had friends of family members mention one of the communities in Atlanta. Alto senior living. After experiencing the way that they conducted business and cared for their residents I was inspired to say the least. A manager there, named Trent Willis was extremely impressive and attentive; Which led me to this point. I expect that whatever difficulty the Inspired community has been dealing with, we should see a positive upswing given Trent, as i have heard is a new acquisition for your team!

Facility was beautiful and new. Lots of great public space. Rooms appear spacious and well-designed. Interior hallways felt too sterile (like a hospital) instead of like a home. Would be nice if walls had support rails for residents like we have seen with other facilities. Sales associate wanted to try to impress with technology and corporate push to be the largest; not enough focus on what the individual resident would be interested in. Our 3rd choice (out of 6 facilities) we are looking at for our elderly parent.

My son helped me to find Inspired Living. He toured many communities as he is a fireman and is used to going into senior housing. He said that Inspired Living had a family atmosphere and he felt that the staff truly cared for the people living there. Since I moved in a year ago I have come to feel the same way.
