The 5 stars pertains specifically to the maintenance service provided by Norman W, who assisted when my air conditioning was broken for 5 days straight in late May/early June. (Emblem prop mgmt gets zero stars for not addressing the problem sooner.) I ran into Norman in the hall on my way to the leasing office to get a status on the repair issue. He offered to come up right then to have a look, and had my AC running again in just a few minutes. He then went the extra mile and came back at 3:00 that same day (with his colleague Van) to ask if the AC was still working! I was impressed! I said yes but that it never turned off, and he offered to check the coolant. No problems since (fingers crossed) and the system is functioning as it should. Thank you Norman! Emblem Alpharetta is lucky to have you on their team.

In the short time I’ve lived at Emblem, I have lost track of the changes in ownership and in the onsite managers. The only 2 people who haven’t changed and who I can depend on are Trent and Norman. They are dependable, reliable, know what they’re doing and do it well. They arrive with smiles on their faces and, no matter how long the work takes, leave with smiles. I certainly hope the owners and managers realize how lucky they are to have them. Today, though, I have to give my 5 star review to NORMAN. I dropped a 14K nail down the drain in my bathroom. Norman came, after hours, and retrieved the nail for me. He’s a keeper.

I am in the process of moving my elderly mother from Oregon and rented an apartment for her at The Emblem- it's a very clean, well-maintained, and beautiful complex. The staff, especially Anne Kriebel, are incredibly kind and made the application/move-in process as stress-free as possible. I know my mom will be happy here!

I wanted to leave a review on my experience at this property. I appreciated all the help by Ginger Myrick. I was assisting my parents with their move out. I’ve always had a great experience here and my parents loved it here but we had to move to assisted living so they could have more round the clock care. They definitely would stay if they could. Great place to live or visit family who live here.

This property is absolutely outstanding! Not just in the day to day living, but also the staff! They are both highly profressional and personable! You can tell that the staff truly does care about their residents. Ginger has done nothing less than go ABOVE and BEYOND! She is meticulous and you can tell she has a passion for what she does! 10/10, HIGHLY recommend!

After 25 years in our large single-family home we weren't so sure about this transition. But, since moving here in April, 2021 we have easily adjusted from our single family home to apartment living here at Emblem. The staff has done a wonderful job of making us feel "home" here and most of the residents are friendly and engaging. The property is nicely maintained and always feels safe and welcoming. Our schedule has not permitted us to attend the social activities of the community but there seems to be many opportunities to get to know your neighbors and build a social life as each individual needs or desires. We have recommended Emblem to several of our friends as they consider downsizing as well.

Her attention to detail is impressive and her customer service skills are excellent. We've been here at Emblem for three weeks, and I feel I need to express my thanks and appreciation to the great Staff here. Nancy looks forward to meeting Anne who set up and conducted the Tour that made us decide we wanted to live here, I met her recently and thanked her for getting this going for us.. Genevieve, Kristal and Ginger have taken great care of us from the start. The process went so very smoothly and since moving in, we have been taken great care of. Questions have been answered promptly, any concerns or issues have been explained and addressed. Mikhail and Petar from the maintenance department have also been so helpful and looked after the few items that need addressing, and we are now relaxed and loving our apartment. Both Nancy and I (and Gizmo the cat) are so glad we found Emblem, and love living here.

MOST AMAZING BEAUTIFUL PLACE EVER !! I have been happy to say that with 21 years of living in apartments , Kristal was by far the MOST experienced leasing cosultant . From the minute I meet her, she immediately pin pointed my needs , navigated me into what I am exactly looking for. She answered all my questions thurally. I am just so happy with the experience I have had with her. I cannot wait to become a future resident of Emblem !! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

It took us as several months to find the most appropriate fit for my mother. We visited many residences in the metro area and nothing seemed suitable until we visited Emblem Alpharetta. From our first visit, we were pleasantly surprised! Without having a scheduled appointment (and in the throes of a pandemic), Ebony graciously accommodated us with a tour while answering a barrage of questions. The property is quiet, well maintained with a very elegant and appealing atmosphere. What really made the difference for us was the warm and friendly reception from the staff “ Genevieve, Ebony, Anne and Crystal. After subsequent visits, and phone calls, it began to feel like home. This was a huge transition for my mother and in these challenging times, finding a residence in a community where she could maintain her independence, feel safe and welcomed was paramount. The staff at Emblem delivered. Thanks, ladies!

Genevieve, Ebony, Krystal and Anne have survived the Pandemic/Remodeling and done a remarkable job of preventing all of us Seniors from gong crazy. I am a local musician , before the Pandemic I was playing live music at 25 different Facilites . Starting again to get busy . So I’ve been around many Activities Directors over the years . And if it was possible to leave more the 5 stars for Kristal Tombs I would have . This is a dedicated worker , who is really involved with her Residents . The 1 1/2 hours of my events , she is setting up the room ,drinks , snack , before the event begins . And through out the whole time , she watches over the Residents just making sure everything with the Residents is good . The snacks & drinks are always plentiful.. She is always there to encourage the Residents to pick a song , or get up & dance , or helping the ones with less mobility, making sure they are part of the event .. I’ve been around a lot of Directors & she’s one of the best . The management team is also very good , Ebony will join in on the fun event, go around & talk to the Residents and Genevieve always makes sure my checks get out on time .. so I can highly recommend Emblem to anyone who is thinking of another facility .

The Emblem recently did some major renovations and updated the community. The inside is gorgeous, and the outside areas, including the pool area is beautiful. And, the manager, Genevieve, and assistant manager, Ebony, are always willing to go the extra mile to help residents and make sure their needs are met. I highly recommend Emblem for anyone 55 and over looking for a beautiful place to call home.

Very poor or really lack of management ie: t this afternoon we had water leak in or bathroom but the managers mailbox was full(happens often) so we did our best to contain the water as it has leaked into our living room - this will have to cleaned and dryer to prevent mold - they are remodeling the 1st floor and it has been a night mare for ALL residence- dirt dust- been going on for months - this place is a nightmare.
