My mom has lived here since September 2020 and I am impressed how the care staff really treats my mom like family. They joke and laugh with her and they have earned her trust. The recent remodel of the facility looks great inside!!Mom loved the Sunday Church services and all the activities during the week.

The Phoenix has remarkable service. The care that is provided to the residents is beyond impressive. They take pride in providing an at home feeling for not only the residents, but for the entire family. Laura and Rina were so helpful and comforting throughout the entire admission process. I know my family member is in good hands! Thank you for making our transition so easy. My family and I appreciate you two specifically and the entire staff for all that you do for our loved one.

I stated working here in the middle of January and I can say since I have been here, the Phoenix of Albany is doing wonders with the community in comparison to what it has been known for beforehand. Rina Pope, the executive director brings a wealth of knowledge to the senior care industry and she is diligently working with the rest of our management in providing a great support system for all staff and residents who want to vocalize their concerns and questions about what is going on here. The community is very family oriented and person centered in working with each individual and I'm truly excited I get to work with this company. Rina is doing a terrific job in providing structure and accountability here.

My mom has been at Phoenix for 3 years and we both love it. I visit my mom about 5 days a week so I spend a lot of time there. The staff absolutely make the place. Whether its the director, maintenance, a nurse, housekeeping, or the kitchen staff, they are all kind, caring, and helpful. Its so much more than an assisted living facility. Its a family. The staff and patients genuinely care about each other and look after one another. We wish we had moved to Phoenix years earlier.

My mom has been at The Phoenix for more than a year and weve been very pleased. The administration and staff offer compassionate care . The word games and puzzles keep minds sharp and the many activities keep them busy. The staff is responsive to the residents needs and are very encouraging. The food is delicious. We are looking forward to all of the holiday events that are planned. Thanks Phoenix!

My mom has been here for 2 years. The name has changed from Morningside to Phoebe and now Phoenix but so many of the same, loving people are there. I live 2 hours away but I totally trust that if anything happens, they will contact me immediately. My mama can be a little difficult at times but they are always so loving and patient with her. Thank you to all of the wonderful employees!
