My Mom has been living in Holbrook since November and we are thrilled with everything about this amazing, family-run operation. Especially because my Mom has improved so much, in so many different ways, since she moved in. The facility is brand new and gorgeous - just like living in a country club. The staff is excellent...so courteous, professional and caring. They do so many"little" things to make my Mom and my family feel special. I live in Philadelphia and came down to see my Mom for 4 days and stayed at one of the apartments on site. It was wonderful and very reasonable for the amount of space and amenities that Holbrook provided. I can't recommend Holbrook more highly. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

We had the opportunity to stay in one of the cottages for 6 months while our house was being built. Holbrook is an incredible place.. amazing sense of community, wide array of activities, perfect location, genuinely friendly staff and 5-Star facilities. This is the go-to place for Senior Living in Acworth.

Absolutely over the top! The attention to detail is amazing and I look forward to see what is next! The staff has remained consistent in their quality of food, service. The accommodations are beautiful and they are strict about Covid precautions.

Great retirement community MiL mixed into this fall. Great restaurant inside. Many ammenites for all to use. MiL has been very happy. Have used the restaurant several times. The chef specials are wonderful. Highly recommend trying the pork chops, or the chef specials for the day.

As amazing a place to work as it is for our residents to live. So grateful for our solid company, expert leadership wonderful residents who fill our building with vibrant life inspirational moments. Its not only a beautiful environment to be in; its healthy too - our whole building water filtration system UV lighting into the HVAC systems are just part of the unique amenities that contribute to our collective wellbeing every day.

Amazing experience! The valet was very helpful and friendly upon arrival and the property is stunning. It feels more like a resort than an apartment complex. The food was also very good with great service! I am glad more businesses like this are coming to the Acworth area.

I took the guest tour with Karen and she was delightful and full of passion and knowledge about the facility. This is 5 star resort living for active adults and I was blown away by all that will be offered. Not only will the residents have everything from heated indoor pools and farm to table restaurants but some of offerings will be available to the communities around the the Holbrook. I live in the area and can not wait for the restaurants, live entertainment club, and breakfast bar. Both the apartments and the cottages are beautiful and well built and my mom will likely move in as soon as we take care of the financials. Thanks Karen

Having visited my mother here I highly recommend It! The best description is a cruise ship on land. Food is amazing, activities are plentiful, facilities are top notch, and best of all is the sense of fellowship that the residents have. Mom never has to eat alone anymore.

I have been looking to move my parents to Georgia from New York for over a year. My parents are very selective about where they want to move. They are both in their early 70s and are extremely active. We have looked at facilities in the area along with 55 and over neighborhoods. The 55 and over neighborhoods had very minimal activities and amenities and the Independent Living facilities were more along the line of Assisted Living (My parents are not there yet) A neighbor of mine told me about The Holbrook and it checked every box off the list. Not only do they have high end cottage homes but a great variety of apartments . We were blown away when we heard about different restaurants and the quality of service and food. Hello, pools and spas? I asked if I could move in with them. They are so excited for this summer to come and to start a new chapter in their lives.
