We are so happy we found this place for mom. The office ladies are such a big help and bent over backwards to accommodate mom. They provided us lunch which was delicious. I spoke with one resident who has lived there 6 years and loves it there.

I cannot say enough good things about this facility. My mother is one of the original residents. She has lived there four years and has been so, so happy. It has done wonders for her mental and physical health being able to interact with the other residents. They offer a wide array of activities for their residents - from beading, painting, exercise, Bible study and more. The often host live entertainment and celebrations for the residents also. The staff is friendly and helpful and the facility is always spotless. Highly recommend.

Facility does not deliver on its' promises. The food is not healthy nor appetizing. They claim they have a chef on staff, but from opening to date, the food quality and service has been poor. The buildings are supposed to be secure, but the front doors are repeatedly malfunctioning. The types of outings that they claim residents will be able to participate in are not what is actually offered ( and this is pre-COVID). My mom currently lives here and the rent keeps increasing while the service and amenities continue to decrease. She is currently considering other options.

I've started working at celebration the beginning of this year and I'm in awe of how great it's been! The staff here are amazing and show true compassion for the residents that live here. The residents are fun, friendly and a joy to be around. I also love how supportive everyone is here. It truly feels like a family.

PLEASE Read about our experiences at Celebration Village Acworth. During the 9 months my daddy was there, we experienced a general lack of effective and accurate communication. Leadership personnel frequently blamed subordinate personnel, the family, or third-party providers when concerns were expressed. Following a surgical procedure, the personnel failed to ensure Daddy's surgical bandage was changed for 27 days. Stating that they do not "do" wound care, they blamed Home Health Care. Daddy developed a serious infection, was hospitalized, and moved to skilled nursing due to a significant decline in health. During his medical stay away from the property, I discovered unsanitary and unacceptable conditions when I entered his apartment to pack his belongings: human waste on the floor, on un-laundered clothes, and on a chair; expired food in the refrigerator; a used bandage on the carpet; and hospital discharge papers from June under a stack of papers on his table, and more. It is a devastating outcome after putting our trust in Celebration Village Acworth. During the COVID-19 restrictions, we depended on their ability to care for Daddy more than ever in our absence. They failed him and they failed us.

I am a recent new hire and have been very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the care and concern for the residents. I witness the exceptional care and how the staff goes above and beyond to ensure the residents have what they need and want. The food served is fine dining and is absolutely delicious and enjoyed by all. The difference is noticeable and I highly recommend Celebration Village Acworth for your loved one.

My mother has been a resident of Celebrations since March of 2018. She started in concierge living, then moved to assisted living, and now in memory care. We were always told it was designed toage in place, so I am happy we do not have to leave for a nursing home. Hospice is in place and they make visits to the facility. The memory care staff is great. They take great care of my mom and have been trained to deal with the elderly and their ever changing moods. I will never regret our decision of calling Celebrations home for my mom.

Celebration Village in Acworth is made up of the most caring and helpful group of people we have ever seen. Deep compassion and heartfelt caring are part of the culture. We are so happy to have our mom here and cant imagine her being anywhere else. From the CNAs to the Nurses, staff and Administration, everyone is genuine and has a big heart for what they do. They bend over backwards to help residents and families. Its very rare to find a place like this with people who truly care. We thank God every day for the people at Celebration Village.

My parents moved into Celebration Acworth in July of this year after many months of research. It was a great decision! The facility is lovely and maintained impeccably. There are so many activities that there are not enough hours in the day to do them all...something for EVERYONE! The staff is so kind, compassionate and I have never encountered anyone who was unkind or grumpy from the management staff to the maintenance staff. They are always looking out for the residents and go above and beyond for them. As the daughter of aging parents, this was a huge decision and we know that we made the right choice!

Our family could not be more pleased with the care , compassion, staff and facility. My sister has been here since March and there has never been a situation or problem with anyone. She receives top notch care and compassion from all disciplines. There isnt a day that goes by when we are not asked numerous times about her from the service workers to the persons in leadership positions. I was in health care for 37 years and have never been to a facility with this high quality of care for their residents and each other. Everyone meets you with a smile .We thank God for sending us here in my sisters last days

Our journey with Celebration Village began about 2 years ago when my father moved to Acworth from South Carolina. We toured every place around Acworth and the Charleston area. Absolutely no place compares to Celebration. Amenities were 5 star, but what made this place special was the people who worked there. This place was our second home, and my father made so many close relationships with the people there. Dont even bother going anywhere else. We love Celebration and they will forever be close to our familys hearts.

My 79-year-old parents are in the process of moving in to the concierge living section Celebration Village in Acworth. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality from the staff and residents alike. The place was built with people like my parents in mind: great food, stimulating activities, lots of open space for gathering and socializing, great organization, amenities galore, and opportunities to both grow and help others grow. The staff has really impressed us with their responsiveness and care. They go above and beyond the call of their jobs because they sincerely care about the well-being of the residents.

Im extremely impressed with the entire staff at Celebration Village!! The facility is extremely beautiful, well-kept, and full of good vibes and energy. This place is just perfect for my Dad, who is turning 80 next week. Granted, my dad may not be one of their quiet patients, but not one staff member has given him the cold shoulder or evil eye. It means a lot to my sister and I. Celebration Village (CV) is fairly young (built in 2017), and they just completed 2 brand new independent living facilities for active seniors like my dad (this summer). CV would NOT be the same without remarkable staff members like Keith (Head Mgr), Maureen (Sales), Donna (Move-in), Gina and Maria (servers), Mike (maintenance), and many, many more. THEY are what makes CV so special!! Trust me, as a former businessman, I know how some businesses are run and the importance of really good customer service. CV is a well-oiled machine - everyone knows what his-her responsibilities are. Oh, did I mention their food? Its incredible! As a frequent visitor, I have a hard time staying away from their cafeteria, lol! Gina, like many other servers, is such an awesome server - treating everyone with love and care. And just as important, Donna and Maureen have made the entire move-in process enjoyable and special. When you meet them, youll fall in love with them! They truly care about seniors at CV - always checking on them and willing to go the extra mile to resolve unexpected situations. Oh! I havent even mentioned Holly (activities director) and their wonderful therapists and gym! Dad hasnt started using them yet, but I know hes looking forward to them. I highly, highly recommend CV to families looking for a place for their moms and dads.

REMOTE FAMILY MEMBERS DENIED ACCESS TO MOTHER - I have not spoken with my mother since she has been put in the memory care facility at Celebration Village in Acworth. This was almost 3 months ago. I live in Salt Lake City and when I call, over and over again, the staff at Celebration Village pretend to try and connect me to my Mother. I know this because one time I heard one of the nurses say to Mrs. Kay the front desk person there, "They don't want me talking to her." Who doesn't want my mother talking to me? My brother says she is desperate to leave and so he doesn't visit her, despite living near the facility, because my Mother says he is the "only one who can get her out of this place." My brother also explained they don't give her access to a phone because she would call her lawyer. He said if I want to do something about this or find out how she is doing I should hop on a plane and find out. I think I have received several phone calls from celebration from an "Unknown Number" but the phone calls are silent and are not connecting. Are they not allowing my Mother to call me despite her knowing my phone number and trying to reach out? My Mother doesn't have the agency to leave without a direct relative going there and escorting her out, evidently. I simply want to have access to video chat with my Mother. I would like to know how she is doing and my 10 year old daughter misses her Grandmother. The last time we FaceTimed was on Mother's Day and my mother completely recognized my 10 year old daughter and me without prompting or reminding.

I cant say enough about the entire experience at Celebration Village Acworth. From my first meeting with Maureen to our move in was top notch. My Mom has been battling ALS for several months, and as you can imagine its taken a toll on the family. The staff here has gone above and beyond to help her with her daily activities, and making sure the family is in the loop with everything. Her previous residence took forever to respond to calls, and the entire facility was sub-par. Celebration Village is gorgeous both inside and out. Theres a rat-pack themed billiards room, as well as a full service-access exercise room, full bar, movie theater, the whole works. As I write this, theres two dozen residents singing and clapping with a performer singing Elvis in the main atrium. If you find yourself in a place where you need Assisted Living, Celebration Village should be your first (and only) stop.

The food is a huge disappointment. Very heavy, lots of over-cooked chicken & fish. Definitely not 5 star dining. And, they start picking up the serving dishes off of the buffet before the meal period has even ended. Requests have been made for better food, but have fallen on deaf ears.

When my wife and I decided to move to a retirement community in Georgia close to our two daughters, I asked my daughter Judy to find a place for us. After a search, she located Celebration Village in Acworth, Georgia. We could not be happier. Celebration Village is an outstanding community. Excellent housing, delicious food, and most important the quality of the employees are found at Celebration Village. The employees go over and above to accommodate our needs. We never feel as if we are bothering the staff. We are always treated with respect and feel welcomed and part of an extended family. Celebration Village provides lots of opportunities for fun and entertainment as well as educational and informative classes in addition to an exercise room. We also have the option of using a car service within an eleven mile radius for doctor visits, shopping and other personal needs. Celebration village also offers weekly trips to restaurants, shopping, plays, museums, etc. We thoroughly enjoy living at Celebration Village.

Wow. Toured today and I have to say it is breath-taking. The amenities they have have to be seen to be believed: They have a full salon, a full bar, a dedicated game room, an art studio, a fitness center, a full theater, a cooking school...all connected and centrally located like an on-site mall.

This is a brand new community and it looks beautiful. The community is in a good location and is close to a lot of stores. They have an exercise room, pool room and a movie theater room. I think this community would be worth taking a look at.

Not Sure Donald Edwards reviewing the correct place or he jumped the gun on not only an amazing place but an amazing team of very caring professionals. I challenge Donald to try reviewing again. Yes I do recall some problems during construction that made it hard to transition but what I found is that went over and above to accommodate everyone affected. After you visit the local care facilities stop and see Celebration Village in Acworth. They set the bar further than them all and will not disappoint.

Maureen has been very helpful with preparing my in-laws laws for move in at Celebration Village. The apartments are beautiful and they have thought of every detail. Having A Hand to Hold available as an on-site site sitter service will be very convenient. We're looking forward to them moving in!

She was very helpful and accommodating! We were so impressed with what Celebration Village has to offer and we are looking forward to my Mom (and our family through my Mom) becoming a part of this wonderful community! This place is beautiful. It feels like you arr living in a country club type setting. They offer a gym for the residents. They have beautiful grounds to walk around in. The lady that helped us was very nice. It was just way to expensive.

This property will be nice. It is still under massive construction. They moved their office on site now. It is not ready to be on site. It is a war zone there. There are no longer any models to view. There are cranes everywhere, mud, workers everywhere, and no where to park. It is behind schedule. They are now scheduled to open End of March beginning of April.

This is a fantastic lifestyle opportunity for seniors! The showroom office staff are very knowledgable about what this property promises to be. They are also caring and sensitive to prospective "Villagers" needs and situations. My Mom can't wait to move in and be a part of this community. They truly seem to have something for everyone here.
