From the moment I entered the front doors the first time I knew Allegro was special. I work at several assisted living facilities and was blown away with the beauty of the property and the professionalism of all the employees. I spend most of my time in the memory care area, and have befriended many employees and enjoy my interactions with the residents. Angela, the activities director, always keeps the residents active and entertained! The calendar is always full of fun activities, movies, and special speakers. I love Allegro!

As a professional singer and pianist who performs monthly at Allegro Senior Living, serving both assisted living and memory care residents, I can confidently say this facility is exceptional. Allegro feels like a 5-star hotel with its beautiful grounds and numerous amenities. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by welcoming staff and an atmosphere of warmth. The activity directors, Michael and Angela, along with their assistants Mauricio and Madison, do an outstanding job providing diverse experiences for residents. From musical performances to interactive sessions (I recently witnessed Michael teaching residents pop slang - what fun!), there's always something engaging happening. The Bistro area, complete with a baby grand piano, fireplace, and bar, is a particular highlight. It's a joy to perform there, watching residents dance and sing along. The memory care unit also boasts a beautiful living room with a fireplace and piano, perfect for intimate performances. What truly sets Allegro apart is how the staff treat residents - not just as residents, but as individuals with unique personalities and preferences. Their compassion and dedication shine through, even on challenging days. I've had the pleasure of bringing my sons to perform with their Americana band, which the residents thoroughly enjoyed. It's heartwarming to see how music brings everyone together here. While I can't speak to the day-to-day living experience, as a regular visitor, I've consistently observed a positive, engaging environment. The residents are always eager to participate, often suggesting songs for my performances! My experience at Allegro has been the best experience of my life I was very depressed at home after my husband died When I walked into Allegro my first day and met Isabella and Michael, I knew this was the place for me. I didn't know how I'd leave a big home and live in a tiny apartment. But the tiny apartment turned into a loving home, especially because I was able to bring my 2 puppies. The staff is fantastic, the food is wonderful, and everyone is happy and cheerful, just like the name "Allegro" means in Italian. It's also a musical term meaning fast and moving forward and I am a retired music teacher. This is my perfect home. The grounds are beautiful, the residents are friendly and inviting. We clean and maintain all the carpeted areas within the property. The management and staff are all extremely pleasant to work with. We see many different properties and this has been one of the cleanest facility we've seen in a very long time. Cleanliness is definitely a priority at Allegro. While at Allegro we see the interactions between staff and residents. Every resident is treated like family. I can only hope to be able to spend my latter years in life in a facility with so much love like Allegro. Keep up the excellent work.

My sister and her husband, moved into Assisted Living, the care and attention they were given was wonderful. The meals in the dining room, were above and beyond any restaurant meals. Later they moved to Memory Care. The wonderful care continued, with more help. The activities each day, really keep them alert, far better than any other facility I have visited. My sister has now passed, my brother in law continues to be active and joins in most activities, being blind he does have limitations. Thank you Allegro Winter Park. If the Activity Staff were in the Olympics they would get GOLD!

I am an entertainer at this location and this has to be one of the cleanest, most beautiful assisted living facilities I've had the pleasure of working in. The staff goes above and beyond to be friendly and attentive and the seniors themselves always seem to be having a great time (yes, even when I'm not around). Michael is the life of the party and brings such a sense of warmth and fun to the place, I'm always thrilled when I have an opportunity to sing here and spend time with these wonderful people. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

I entertain at Allegro every month, and have for several years...and having entertained at dozens of facilities over the years, I can honestly say that Allegro is one of my favorites! The area is always immaculate and beautifully decorated. In addition to the residents being welcoming and friendly, and a lot of fun, the staff is also very friendly, and they always participate in the show in some way or another...whether it's dancing or clapping along to the music. (And believe me when I tell you that that doesn't happen in every facility!) And it's quite obvious to see that the staff and residents have a mutual love and respect for each other. I look forward to going there every month.

Allegro Senior Living Winter Park is absolutely a wonderful Community for older adults. The residents at Allegro Senior Living Winter Park are very friendly and the staff is very caring. The management and staff go above and beyond to help bring an exceptional quality of life for the residents who reside there. They also extend the very same to family members and friends of the residents. The Lifestyle Director, Michael Slagel, is outstanding. He is extremely creative. He is very upbeat and adds to the positive environment I've experienced each time I have visited. Without a doubt Allegro Senior Living Winter Park has my vote as the number one Senior Living Community in the surrounding area!

This is such a fun place. My best friend lives there and she is always so busy with games, events, going out with her friends etc, I need to make appointments to see her. Michael is so full of ideas it is incredible. Parties for holidays and non holidays as well as happy hour music with entertainers. The list goes on and everyone is so friendly, My girlfriend loves her apartment and it is decorated so cute. I have recommended this facility to others so be sure to check it out.
