The main building is beautiful but don't let that fool you. A recent change in management has resulted in a reduction in promised amenities and food/services have gone significantly down hill. Heron Point has real issues behind the scenes.

Where to begin? Having lived here during the last 1.5 years, I've found the staff to be overwhelmingly focused on resident services. The residents are friendly and helpful, pleasant and add to the joy at living here. I can't imagine choosing to live anywhere else.

Great facility, especially activities my grandma loves the games , arts n crafts, especially the bridge club is a big hit for her n the entertainment because she loves the men that come n and play.

I'm so impressed with this facility! The building is always spotless and well-maintained, which shows the staff's dedication to providing a comfortable and safe environment for the residents. The team is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure the residents feel valued and supported. There's always something fun happening, whether it's a lively activity, a delicious meal, or a special event. The range of activities and amenities is truly impressive! I would highly recommend Regency to anyone looking for a wonderful senior living community. Five stars and a big thumbs up from me!

In Terms Of When It Comes To Beautiful Apartment Layouts, The Amenities Nearby, The Stunning Views Etc. Heron Point Independent Living Comes Second To None. I Also Really Loved How Accommodating The Lovely Staff Were To Me. Really Made Me Feel Valued And Well Respected As A Resident. If You Are Looking For All These Things I've Mentioned And More, Then I Highly Suggest Heron Point Independent Living Of Vero Beach Is The Community For You.

We moved my dad in three weeks ago. They are supposed to clean the apartment once a week he has yet to see a housekeeper and has told them at the main desk. Also we were blatantly lied to by this person when looking at the place telling us that someone comes in daily to load the dishes and tidy up. When I mentioned this to the main desk the laughed and asked me where I got that info. When I told them who they were not surprised. Also they have food delivery my dad put his order in for dinner at 2 pm for 6 pm delivery. At 6:30 he called they said they would get on it at 7;30 he went down to pick it up himself and they wanted to charge him a delivery charge. He is 96 years old this is unacceptable. The hallway carpet are in desperate need of cleaning. We are very disappointed. If things don't get better we are moving him out. Changed my rating due to housekeeping doing cleaning for a half hour only in the kitchen didn't touch the rest of the apartment. Waiting too here from management. Won't hold my breath

Really nice facility! Exercise class offered daily, pool classes weekly, outpatient therapy on site for any needs my family may have. Would definitely recommend!

I visited this community with my Aunt. The staff was very friendly. There were a lot of activities going on for all the residents. The renovations look like a country club. The Hospitality even sent us home with a delicious meal! She was definitely impressed!

Regency Park is presented in a classic setting with an abundant amount of welcoming and hospitality! Their dining is exceptional, where residents enjoy cocktails and chef inspired cuisine. Rooms are well maintained and activities allow for a bit of interest from all residents. A very beautiful community.

Weve been at Regency just a year this April and we are living a pretty carefree life here. Our visiting children can see how happy we are. Residents have been welcoming, always helpful, and above all our meals are excellent. The building and grounds are beautifully maintained, despite some roofing issues which are being addressed. Our monthly cost which includes a lot of extras is about what we paid to maintain our Florida home and buy groceries. Check it out, it is beautiful here.

My Dad lives there and they are truly a caring place under their new management. On Memorial Day my husband and I attended a wonderful program honoring those lost and all those who served. A USN Chaplain led the program, patriotic songs were sung and the veterans who attended were honored. The residents are very active and everyone stops and talks to my Dad. The public spaces are luxurious and the living spaces are well maintained and cleaned by the staff. My Dad is very happy here. Thank you, Regency!!

I recently spent two days at this property and was amazed at the overall feel due to the new management change. Both the Independant and Assisted Living show well- very premier, the residents were engaged and Katy, the community golden retriever was very accommodating:)
