Can't give a zero star rating so a 1 it is. Coming close to start writing to Florida health boards and whomever will listen. I have left numerous calls with the front desk for someone from management to call me and never get any type of response. Supposedly should be getting some type of status reports, but never do. Signed up for physical therapy for my mom and no reports either.

The transition to assisted living was a breeze thanks to the caring staff and administrators at Sodalis. Everyone is truly dedicated to the comfort and care of the residents. Within a few days of her occupancy there my aunt was a social butterfly participating in daily activities from am to pm. Lots of smiles and happiness everywhere. From the Fabiola in admissions, Brandy at the front desk, Juan the handyman, Chris the director of nursing to Becky executive director the door is open for questions and they aim to please. Home sweet home for my aunt. Thanks to all!

I had to enter my friend, William Bladon II, into the Memory Care unit at your Vero Beach, FL facility. I had outstanding service/mostly provided by Fabriola Estera, Finance Director. She made this painful process so much easier, meeting all of my/our needs with Bill's admission & also referrals to other agencies to help me with this transition. I had many questions & concerns & she handled ALL professionally & aplomb! She is a gem and represents your organization well! The same can be said for all the personnel in the Memory Care unit itself! They were friendly, caring & put my mind at ease! Dementia is a heinous disease & clearly they all know their stuff!! Bill's condition worsened enough to make it impossible for me to care for him. I feel Sodalis can & will do that now! Thank them ALL for me!!!!

I cannot say enough positive things regarding the wonderful care the entire staff provided to my mother during her 2 year residency at Solaris. From the maintenance and dining staff up through the CNAs, LPNs, Director of Nursing including the Front Desk Receptionist, Director of Entertainment, Payroll Manager, Community Relations Laison and Administrator she was treated with dignity and professionalism in a friendly and loving manner. The entire staff had up-close and personal contact with each resident. My mother truly loved it at Solaris and I will always remember that they treated her as if she was THEIR family member-- for all this I am forever grateful.
